I wish I had found acupuncture years ago. I've got feet and knees that hurt to the point I couldn't walk around the block. I was mobile again after about 6 treatments. I now go once a month and continue to improve with each visit. Dr. McCollum is amazing! His practice is a very welcoming, safe space for everyone.

I am no longer a sceptic. Dr. McCollum’s approach is very professional, his explanation of the procedures incredibly thorough and clear, and his personal attributes of kindness and good humour are a testament to his character.

Love this place. So welcoming. Really like the accugraph report you get after your session giving the explanation of what your possible ailments are. And when you go back for another appointment and you see the next Accu graph it’s great to see the changes that have happened. It’s a great thing for those who are not completely in tune with their bodies. I have recommended this place to so many friends and family and they all love it.

I was nervous about acupuncture as I have a phobia of needles, and Dr McCollum was wonderful in explaining everything to me and helping with any anxiety I had about the whole experience.

I admired this beautiful building so often as I drove by, but when I discovered it was an acupuncture treatment centre, I was so grateful.
As a recovering cancer patient, I needed support to manage the many side effects of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.
The team helped me to feel comfortable and safe. Dr. McCollum took time to really listen and understand where healing was required. The first visit provided near immediate relief from fiery nerves in my legs and feet, as well as painful adhesion in my irradiated upper arm.
The last few visits have resulted in less pain, and much greater range of motion in my arm. I can also enjoy my long daily walks without a constant feeling of tingling pain in my feet and calves. And I was looking to do everything that I could to avoid having an external cephalic version. Immediately upon entering the clinic I was greeted by very friendly staff. Dr. Jared M. McCollum extremely knowledgable friendly patient and very kind. I love how he explained everything to me and made me understand how the meridians worked. All I can say is today at 37 1/2 weeks pregnant I found out that my baby has flipped and is now head down in a safe position to have a natural delivery. I truly believe it’s the acupuncture that made the biggest difference out of all the different things I was trying to get baby to flip. He moved around like crazy during both of my treatments. Last year my 1.5 year old daughter was sick more often than well, it was heartbreaking and exhausting. We finally decided to bring her to healing elements. At her first treatment her scan showed her levels were way too high across the board. With a great hand held device he was able to give our toddler a treatment without needles and she enjoyed it! This winter she has has one big illness that she passed through quickly, her immune system has never been stronger and she isn't catching every little thing at daycare. We are so grateful.
