Health Watch Medical Clinic (Chinook)

I came back after a week for follow up. I had an appointment, but still needed to waited for 40mins. Doctor came to check my foot, and told me to came back 2weeks later. Nothing was treated after 40mins wating, and the doctor always interrupted me when I tried to say somethings. When the doctor treated me for the first time, she did not talk to me what it is about. Will not go back again.

They never have enough doctors on staff and the wait times for walk in and appointments are ridiculous, I'm currently waiting to be seen while writing this and I’ve been waiting for literally two hours. This place sucks big time try and go somewhere else if you can

This clinic is amazing location is good, staff & front desk very helpful and nice. Dr Enabeli is the most caring dr I've ever had in my life. He is very patient & he listen to you. I had a bad experience with Dr Aladi here when i was pregnant because she didn't care about me anymore, always she was kind of laugh at my concerns and at the end i asked her to send me to the Iranian dr who can undrestand my language (Speak farsi) better she called me raisist she doesn't have a Dr personality she is kind of bragging person. I had a very good experience as a walkin in with other femail Dr too &she was good too.

I've been here a few times this past several months with great service until Dr. Alida Flora. Worst bedside manners I've ever experienced, along with the 1 min of her time she gave me.highly recommend you wait to see anyone else here.

This is a very unprofessional place. Don’t waste your time going here. Right from the reception to everything else. They answer the phones and leave you on hold to frustrate you to hang up. Beats my mind that it’s still open

I came in as a walk-in regarding my private area. The receptionists were very friendly and i was in the examination room within 30 minutes. After some time the Dr.entered the room to which I said "Hello, sorry but I kept my underwear on because I felt exposed"
She then began to berate me on the proper use of the paper blanket provided, to which I said I tried to put it on but it would not fit around my waist.
She then accused me of a disrespectful tone and said we just met so why am I being so disrespectful. I said I'm sorry maybe there is some misunderstanding. I even offered to remove my underwear and use the paper blanket.
She was not interested in my attempts to moderate the situation and continued to accuse me of disrespecting her to which I responded you are acting very unprofessional. I then began to put my clothes back on because I no longer felt comfortable in the presence of this health care professional. As I was leaving i heard her telling the other staff to not let such disrespectful people in.

In 30 years of living in Canada I've never experienced such a contemptuous and unprofessional encounter with someone who I am supposed to be able to trust with my health concerns.
She didn't even introduce herself I had to call back and get her information. I also did not recognize her as an immediate doctor since she was wearing camouflage jeans. Just a very unnerving experience in general. Would not recommend.

I went in and was seen within a few minutes.she is very pleasant, caring and detail orientation.

I went as a walk-in patient. I had injured my back at work and was in severe pain. Dr. Robert Dikeukwu instead of greeting, asking what my concern was. Looked at my face and said “ so you walked-in for WCB” I was shocked at by the lack of empathy by Dr. Robert Dikeukwu. Doctor mentioned he is off work in 5 mins and just go through paperwork while all I needed was to be examined and prescribed medication for pain. I felt extremely uncomfortable with Dr. Robert Dikeukwu, told him that I don’t like being rushed when I’m experiencing so much pain. Dr. Robert Dikeukwu told me to go see another doctor.
Later looking at his credentials, it became apparent why he acted that way, his training and educational background speaks volume about his attitude and professionalism. I wish him the best and pray for him.

Kind staff! Was able to get in 1 hr before closing as another clinic completely ignored me! Staff were very attentive.

We had our concerns brushed off, and clear issues ignored in two consecutive visits. The third visit was to an ER. Do not recommend.

Doctor completely brushed me off. I went in knowing what I have because it is the same thing I have been prone to since I was little. He proceeded to explain to what it was and told me I dont have it. I only went there because every other clinic was closed, I will not be going back

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a medical professional or clinic. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Called in advance, told to come in, waited 2 hours to be told couldn't be assisted because a certain doctor wasn't at the clinic who needed to do certain process.

I had a bad experience in this clinic. They don’t seem to care about people. They told me the waiting time would be 40 minutes. I was there for one hour and they said there is probably another half an hour waiting. I was already in the room for half an hour when they said that. Why would you take the patient to the room when there is still one hour wait. Also, why don’t you give more accurate waiting time when you know it’s gonna take longer. I could easily go home and come back if I knew I’ll have to wait for at least one hour and a half. Or I could go to Chinook mall or somewhere. They also weren’t walking patients to the rooms and a guy was about to come to that room I was waiting.
One of the front door staff was nice and friendly and the other one was rude. She also knew that I can’t sit for a long time because of my condition. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all.

Absolute garbage. Receptionist ordering me like a dog to sit in a different chair. Even though I've sat in the same chair other times. If I could give zero I would.

This clinic is in a great location and easily accessible. Front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Dr Thuy is so knowledgeable, kind, and explains herself so well to the patient.
I am so excited to have seen her new location for the first time today. I would highly recommend the location and Dr. Thuy.

I am a patient of Dr. Thuy Nguyen. She is an amazing, caring naturopathic doctor with great bedside manner. My health has benefited from the IV vitamin infusions. I’m much healthier and happier now.

I am very happy with health watch medical clinic, specifically with their Medical Esthetician Rania Albreem; the results of her procedures are amazing and she is kind pleasant and friendly.

I was having a hard time finding a walk in clinic because my regular clinic stopped taking walk ins. Dr. Aladi and her staff had me in and out and taken care of no problem. Doctor was a pleasure to talk to, I didn't feel rushed and almost no wait time. All round excellent experience.

We are so very happy with our Doctor Dikeukwu. He is a very very busy Doctor but that is only due to the fact that he is so thorough on making sure you are receiving the best of care and getting to the bottom of any ailments you are suffering from. If you let Doctor Robert as he goes by, know what your issues are, I can promise you he will do his very best to find out what is causing the problem. Select days he is in Chinook location so we plan our appointments around that but I am sure you could see him at his other location as well if needed.

Really awful place, do not see Dr. Aladi unless you want some one who will never advocate for you or explain your own health

I went for botox and fillers and unfortunately they damaged my face now i have one cheek bigger than the other and the botox doesn't work at all, when I asked them to fix my filler they ask me to pay more than the first time and when I said that I shouldn't pay again they refused to do it, I am not satisfied with the treatment and the way they treated me.
