It is better to have a walk in rather than getting an appointment. Even if ur early for appointment still you have to wait for like 40 mins outside, then they will call you to come in. And another hour to wait inside before the doctor check you. It's like you have an appointment for 2pm for example. You will be started to check by the doctor at 3: 30pm.

My whole family and I are clients of this clinic. Our GP - Dr. Robert Dikeukwu. We are all happy. The doctor is attentive to detail and competent. Today I do not have anyone problem that I could not solve with the doctor, although my children and I have some health problems. As for the general impressions of the clinic, sometimes you need to wait a little longer than you expect, but three times I came here without an appointment (when the children were sick) and each time we waited an acceptable time.

Always pleasant counter staff, and Dr. Aladi is honest and blunt. I’ve always gotten appointments quickly and at convenient times. Thanks!

You wait hours to see a doctor even if you’ve signed in I’ve already been here close to 40 minutes and the kid sitting beside me had been here for 1 hour and a half I’m trying to get my chest looked at and every time I’m here I end up waiting hours if you’re looking for a new doctors office stay away

I booked an appointment and was made to wait for more than an hour, on asking receptionist she said there are people waiting for more than 3 hrs and these wait times are normal even if u booked an appointment, as they are a walk in clinic. During a previous visit Dr Aladi was on call during the entire greet and meet session

The Receptionists are rude and condescending, they charge you for refills even though you saw the doctor 4 days prior and the doctor wants you to continue with the medication, making you waste gas to come in for a 2 minute conversation. I had an appointment at 4 pm and waited in the waiting room 50 mins to see the doctor. I could understand maybe 10-15 mins but this isnt the first time this has happened the average wait time is 45 mins even with an appointment.

Horrible calling experience. Every time I call, they put me on hold for, at least 5 min, listening to their services propaganda. This happens all the time.

What a horrible horrible clinic. My mom went in as a walk in after they told her to as they no appointments - she waited 1 hours.the docs saw her regarding her eyes. Gave her eye drops told her she was allergic and didn’t even say to what. And then when she told them my back hurts. Dr. Dikeukwu told her he has no time for her, that it was already 6 o‘clock. (Then why are u taking in walk in when u cannot accommodate) then told her to take Advil which she has for 2 weeks. If you cannot be a proper doctor to care for ur patients properly why bother at all going in that field?

I am very disappointed to be honestly, don’t bother going to this place, not unless ur willing to wait an hour even with an appointment.

I’ve just called this clinic, they are refusing to help my child. I just spent 2 hours on the phone this morning with 811 due to my autistic 2 year old being exposed to someone with shingles. He now has chicken pox and having a hard time. The nurse said he HAS to be seen, and with being extremely contagious he should avoid the ER. I have called 4 walk in clinics and all of them say they won’t accept him and the dr at this clinic said “just make sure he’s eating and drinking” refuses to acknowledge we have other children at home and have been around and exposed to many other children under the age of 1. How gross can you be not to help a child and leave me with no where as an option to go!

Waiting times are long, I do understand that walk in patients have to wait, or priority is given to appointments, but I have seen walk in come after me and go before, I have not asked for a specific doctor, when we called they said to come it's not busy and I am still waiting, by the way I do wait even when I have appointments up to 40-60 min, there is a problem in the system.

I called a few clinics and this one I didn't need to hold a long time to book an appointment. Today I had my appointment, the receptionist was nice and polite, and Dr. Flora Aladi was great and took her time listening my concerns.

I read the reviews of this clinic before I came as a walk-in patient. Firstly, the lady at the front receptionist was warm, receptive and professional. The wait time was minimal and I was assigned to Dr. Aladi. I found her to be very knowledgeable and efficient with the time we spent together. She took care of my issues and formulated a long-term plan for my future care. So my experience was very pleasant and I am very pleased with my visit. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I work out of town and see Dr Enebeli for my disease which requires regular consultation. Dr Enebeli listens to my needs and genuinely cares about my health. His compassion and knowledge is greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend him to all patients. Also, Rola his assistant is a caring person who also works with me. Thanks to the great team here

Great clinic and amazing doctor Robinson Enebeli. Very attentive, polite, caring, professional. Never rushes you out, always listens. Me and my parents visiting him and very happy with his service.

Went in for extreme and sudden vertigo. Told the doctor repeatedly that I had pain and blockage in my ear and a long history of ear and sinus problems. He was dismissive, rude, either ignored me or told me I was wrong. Barely checked my ears, told me my problem was ear crystals and would clear up in a few days. I told him I had experienced ear crystals before and this was something completely different. He again dismissed me and told me to go home.
I ended up having a sinus infection and needed antibiotics, ear drops and nasal spray. Something the ER doctor figured out right away and my regular GP confirmed when I was able to see her.
Absolutely 100% do not reccomend going here. If the doctor had listened to me at all I could have saved myself a 12 hour trip to the ER and been on antibiotics much sooner.

Currently writing this as I’ve been waiting an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time and still haven’t seen my doctor. I haven’t had an experience where I’ve waited less than 45 minutes past appointment times. Staff here are way too busy and don’t seem to take patients time into consideration.

I didn’t have a good experience with Dr. Aladi. I came in because I found out I was pregnant and was looking for a doctor. When she walked in the room she just asked me what was wrong with me. I responded nothings wrong that I’m pregnant and need a doctor. With her back turned she just says congratulations in the most monotone voice and gets straight to asking me when my last period was. She gave me lab work to get done and that was it. No conversation, just straight to the point. The impression that she gave me was that if I had questions or concerns it wouldn’t be easy to ask her. I did not feel comfortable having her as my doctor and that is why i went elsewhere.

Worst clinic Ive ever been in to. Staff are very unhelpful. I was hving trouble with my insurance and this clinic didnt offer any help. My AHS insurance was being accepted with other clinic except theirs so I requested them to verify again cos clearly there was a problem but the lady wearing hijab said that I need to sort it out myself. She was rude and very disrepectful. I will never recommend someone to come into this clinic. Worst experience!

Dr. Robert Dikeukwu and the front staff at this clinic are top notch. The front staff have been polite and helpful on 100% of my visits no matter what time of day or day of the week even if they are overwhelmed with walk-ins. One staff member in particular is very gracious. Have I had long waits before? Yes, and that is not unique to Health Watch by any means. They are also on the other hand the only clinic I have ever been to where I instantly get in as a walk-in, and the only clinic I have had my appointment right on time.

Dr. Dikeukwu in every transaction I have had with him is attentive; asks lots of questions, provides insight and knowledge. He is relaxed and personable and does not rush. I have only been going to this clinic for 4 months since we moved but have had a few different health concerns that have brought me to the doctor more in the last few months than I have went in the last 10 years. I am very happy with this clinic. They are doing a great job.

Their website has an email option that they refuse to use and claim it’s unmonitored. Me and my family have seen multiple drs here and none of them are good. Dr aladi made rude comments to the staff about my mom for almost fainting. Dr dzwanda (no longer here) told my sister who was hemorrhaging “life sucks and you just have to deal with it” (don’t worry she found a doctor who actually cares about her patients)
Dr Robert didn’t listen to my concerns. Didn’t check the area I said was hurting, didn’t check my lymph nodes. Told me to just take Advil.

I haven't had a call with this clinic that I wasn't put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. Worst is 50% of the time, the reception I believe forgot me since I was put on hold for 30 minutes. My family doctor Dr Karla is great but one middle aged woman at reception is worst and rude.

We are quite surprised to read some of the other reviews. This is BY FAR the best medical office my family has been to. Some context, we just moved from Toronto where the medical offices are BAD, and you wait on average 1 hour before anyone sees you anywhere, and service is generally poor. At this clinic, they ALWAYS answer the phone, the front desk staff is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. And the doctors are amazing! We’ve been with Dr Robert Dikweku a short time, but already appreciate his genuine care, listening ear, calming demeanour and advice. A+ to this place!

I have never seen any doctors have so much attitudes like the ones in here. I was the second patient after they opened at 9am. It took an hour of waiting. Then Dr. Aladi (the female one) slowly comes in. She doesnt explain much. She acts like i was the 100th patients of the day asking her the same thing. Perhaps the money that she makes completely took over why she wannabe a doctor in the first place. If you lack of a decent manner to your patients, why even become a physician? Is it just for the money to afford your head to toes brandname fashion? !

Please do NOT go here! We brought my 2 year old son into the walk in as he was wheezing, the doctor said he was fine. I still felt uneasy, so I didn’t listen and took him to the emergency room. They were shocked that we were told to treat him at home and they rushed him straight to a room for treatment. We did not wait at all despite the full waiting area. He needed steroids and inhalers. This is the third negative experience I’ve had with the same doctor and I have finally learned my lesson, please avoid this place.

Horrible experience. Dr. Flora Aladi would not listen to me when I was having serious medical problems, would not advocate for me, prescribed me an inappropriate and expensive medication when I actually needed surgery, this clinic will charge you money for everything they possibly can, they delayed my referral to a specialist for 3 months even though I was having extreme pain and I ended up in the emergency room. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

While the staff are friendly, they spend too much time talking and not enough time assisting patients. The office is not very clean, and the wait times are long. If you need to see someone right away then this place will get the job done, but otherwise, there are way better clinics in the south.

Very slow, called to make an appointment.told me to come in for a walk in. After waiting 2 hours I left disappointed.

I literally waited in room for an hour and 20 minutes for a referral. Ill be looking for a new doctors office
