A very friendly place, very knowledgeable and helpful too. I enjoy all my appointments there.
Some times their schedule gets really busy and finding a close appointment is hard. But, overall I'm very happy with their services.

I originally went to this clinic because the location was close. So glad I did. Lareina, the audiologist and Rachel, who works reception are both wonderful. The whole experience for me was amazing. I've had a hearing loss for many years so I wasn't sure what to expect. Lareina was so knowledgeable and set me at ease immediately. You will never hear a more friendly voice on your voice messaging than Rachel's. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I can't rate less than one, but I would have. Prior to my appointment date, I called the clinic to postpone because of a family illness. I left a message, but NEVER got any response. I was expecting a re-booking, but did not even receive an acknowledgement of my call.
My conclusion is that you are not interested in my business.

I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 6 years old, I was born moderately deaf. Since they first discovered my hearing loss I have had a significant increase in my loss and now am closer to sever loss but it has stabilized in the last few years. Before Apex I was treated ok but never informed as I am here. I know hat my hearing aids can do and I know what types of aids will help in what ways. They suggested Oticon and I have never looked back! The service is excellent, the warranty is good and I will never see another place as long as I live in Calgary, I recommend them to everyone I know who might need or is getting hearing aids. Nancy is kind and patient and doesn't treat me like I am stupid, in fact she gives me confidence by explaining things to me and informing me of my choices before expressing what she feels would be best. The office staff Dorothy especially are always kind always friendly and I will be loyal to this company as long as I live in Calgary. If you want friendly, professional and first class quality then this place is exactly what you are looking for! Thank you Apex for our hard work your dedication to quality and your kindess to someone who was lost in her own mind. I truly feel "less" deaf than I have ever felt in my whole life, because I feel as if Apex has finally given me ears:) and not aids:)

This is very frustrating to you as well as myself (C. Jamie George) can you please call and let us know if this is too much trouble to pay for his hearing aids in regard to asking for answer from WCB to send to Indian Affairs. So Jamie can go somewhere else.thank you. Catherine R. Sinclair

Recently I have been finding it more difficult to hear friends talking to me in a noisy restaurant or bar. I also find that in a conversation I look at people's lips instead of their eyes. As a result, I thought I would get my hearing tested. I did a Google search and came up with Apex hearing. They were offering a free consultation so I booked an appointment for last Friday. I met with an audiologist called Nancy at the Mission location. She tested my hearing and apparently I'm in the normal range. For high frequencies my hearing is in the lower end of the normal range. So no hearing devices were recommended for me. Nice to know.
Overall, my experience at Apex Hearing was positive. Reception was helpful. Nancy was very professional. The test was free. And my hearing is fine - just stay out of noisy bars - easier said than done.
