I loved it here so much that I asked if I could be a part of it! Roxane is a truly beautiful soul and has created a wonderful space for healing.

Can't say enough amazing things about this place. Honestly it's my happy place. The therapy and love I have received is something I can never repay all the practitioners for. Roxanne is such a light and I always leave my LSV session feeling such a sense of calm and peace. I've had many journeys now and it's something I will keep in my self care routine.

This was my first experience with vibrational frequency healing and definitely will not be my last. Roxane was a fantastic host. I loved my experience at Heart of Healing! I had never tried anything like it before, so I was little nervous about sensory overload but it felt like the release I needed from creative block and anxious cycle I was in! I went for a 45 minute session and time flew by so quickly that I wondered if I had fallen asleep! When the lights and music turned off I could have fallen into the best sleep of my life, I felt SO relaxed! P. S. I took this photo of a friend while she was in her session!

Simply stated: Heart of Healing is an incredible experience, and I'd encourage anyone to try it. I've had the good fortune of experiencing many healing modalities - breathwork, EFT, soundbaths, meditation, acupuncture, massage, etc. - and nothing compares to this. It is wonderfully unique. I found it to be deeply relaxing, with a truly unparalleled effect on my body afterwards. Days later I'm still feeling the positive effects, and could easily envision this being and important tool in my chest for overcoming stress and re-setting after a busy week.

The facility is intimate, beautiful, and beyond comfortable. Roxane (the owner) is knowledgeable, experienced, and an all-round lovely human. Okotoks is lucky to have such a cutting edge, remarkable centre in it's downtown. This is truly a flagship healing modality, and now we have it right here in Alberta! I really didn't know what to expect before my first sound bath journey. Heart of Healing's owner Roxane is such a kind soul and so welcoming that you really feel in a safe space upon arrival.

I have never been able to meditate successfully so the full immersion of light, sound and vibration at Heart of Healing let me experience something I have never been able to obtain.
