From the first time I called LaShaun of Heartandsoldyyc to sell my home I was received with great compassion and respect, given advise on how to prepare the home for viewing in it's best light. Also given an offer to help prepare my home. Was kept up to date on all showing and comments on my home. It was so nice to be able to call LaShaun or Ashlee any time I had a concern or question and be able to get the answers I needed to move forward. For never having sold a home before I was well informed of every step of the process that was required. If I was given the chance to use the services of Heartandsoldyyc agian I would, I highly recommend these two Ladies. You will never have a team that will work so hard for you while respecting you and your home. I was given advise to benifit me in my chocie to sell.
