The staff at Heartland fort vet were amazing with my senior dog, who can be difficult at times. The accomodated her specific needs and she was very relaxed with them.

The vet was extremely kind to my terrified pet. She took things slow and gave many treats to help my dog be less scared. I was even able to hold my pet during the exam which helped lessen the fear. She was very careful when checking sensitive spots and found issues that a different vet had missed multiple times. Definitely recommend even if it's out of the way for people. Trust me, it's worth it.

Our boy Reese is a complicated case. He suffers from multiple allergies, irritable bowel disease and chronic pancreatitis. For a young pup he has more than his share of challenges. Dr Vicki and staff have been
amazing. We feel our boys long term care is in the best hands possible. They take the time to listen and make recommendations that are well researched and always with his best interest in mind. Caring for a fur baby with complicated needs can be heart wrenching and we are so thankful to have their ongoing support. If you are looking for a clinic to bring your fur babies to I highly recommend Heartland.

My Maggie (pup who is 12 weeks old) was so sick and we had no appointment and we had never been there before. I called and they got her in right away and had her on iv and kept her for hours and made her feel so much better. They have an amazing staff! They even called the next morning to check up on her. They 100% have our business and would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Janes and her team. They are all so friendly and treat you and your fur babies so well. They all take the time to explain everything to you and never make you feel rushed. Would recommend them 1000%.

Dr Vicki has been great to work with. She’s very kind and spent plenty of time to get to know our dog. Prices are very competitive when compared to Edmonton vets. The only thing I wish they had was direct billing through trupanion.
