This place has been so great. The staff have been amazing, and Dr. George has been very helpful with finding solutions for my dog who is large and does not like the vets at all lol. Thanks to everyone there it is all very much appreciated. If your looking for a vet or looking g at switching I would definitely recommend give Heartland a chance you won't be disappointed!

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and take their time when they are in the room with you, despite the clinic being busy.

Excellent experience with Heartland Vet Clinic. We decided to take our pup there so his surgery (neuter and gastropexy) could be done with Laser. So glad we did. He’s healing nicely and the team at Heartland was awesome to deal with.

Dr. Jody and her team have such compassion and understanding. They are helpful, non judgmental and welcoming. When my dog's health took a quick decline, they were there to support and assist, which gave me such peace when i had to say goodbye to him. They do everything they can think of to resolve concerns and offer suggestions. They all genuinely care about us and our pets.

Competent, knowledgeable, friendly and personable staff. We live well outside of Airdrie, but it's worth the drive. The dog thinks so too.

They took our dog in when he was sick and we didn’t have an appointment. They were very thorough in the tests they ran and explained everything along the way.

The whole team is very good at keeping a warm and inviting experience for my two cats when we come to visit for their health check ups. Dr Jody is always very thorough when answering my questions and discussing available options, ensuring they both lead continued long, healthy and happy lives. She and her team are wonderful advocates for the well being of four-legged family members!

We are visitors to Airdrie and my old boy suddenly fell lame. Jed was seen the same day, diagnosis made and treatment commenced. He is doing so much better now, and further thanks be to Heartland for ensuring continuity of Jed's care. Forwarding his info to his vet at home is priceless and key to his ongoing management. This is the best place to take your cats and dogs. They WILL treat your animal right.both DRs are extremely knowledgable and will explain everything & even break down the whys.simply the best.will never change vets, even if i move cities!

All the staff were just Soooo friendly, from the front desk people when I booked, the nurse explaining me all the process and the doc being just so sweet and even give my cat a break when she was getting a wee bit hissy, which helped her calm down and had overall a great visit without being mean to the staff. They were very gentle and on top of all that, they didn't rush us at all, answered all my questions. Definitely will keep this vet as my main vet here! (I live in two places)

I love bringing our two labs to your clinic! I’m so grateful for the little extras of treats/toys to help my nervous one be more comfortable and simply just loving on my dogs. From the front desk to the examination room chats and conversing with the veterinarians. Everything always goes smoothly! Such exceptional care and attention is shown to our pets and we love coming to you guys!

Worst experience book appointment for 2 pm when reach there they Told me Dr is not available never visiting again.

I love the heartland vet, they are the only vet that I trust with my 3 cats. One of my resent experiences my senior cat Wendy was booked to have knee surgery. Before the surgery the vet advised to put her on a arthritis supplement. The supplement changed her world, Wendy went from not being able to jump off a chair, being carried up and down the stairs, no longer jumped or played to Running, jumping, she walks up and down the stairs with ease, and she loves to play again. We were able to cancel the surgery as her knee went back to the correct place. Heartland vet changed my cat Wendy's life.

They have been looking after my pets for years. They are freindly, dedicated and professional. They are always happy to answer my questions. They take the time with the animals that are nervous, skittish and reactive. They do what they have to do to make the animal comfortable. They think outside the box!

I strongly recommend Dr. George, Dr. Jody and all the Heartland Team.

There is nothing you could do to make our experience better. We could train our dogs to behave better but that is on us. Your staff are absolutely wonderful, inviting, professional and treat us and our furry family members with respect, dignity and care. I would not dream of taking them to any other vet unless I had to take them to the emergency vet. Thank you for all you do.

Unfortunately, I once again, need help with a pet. The doctor and staff are superb, caring, kind and more than willing to help. They do excellent surgery and the follow up care is again, above and beyond the normal.

Excellent service, caring.empathetic and friendly staff. They go above and beyond helping you get the right foods and supplements for your pets. I consider them to be friends and have no problem suggesting them for pet care.

All of the staff & doctors at Heartland are so awesome & caring. You feel liked your beloved pet/pets are in amazing hands. They are always very helpful and informative. I can be alot to handle sometimes with my gazillion questions. LOL They are so gracious and patient in answering them. I really do recommend going to see them whether you're looking to make a change in vet offices or simply need one. I feel like their fees are very reasonable & won't over vaccinate your pets just to make more $. Hope this review helps.

Tried many vets before I found heartland. Been with them almost 20 years now and have zero reason to change through several pets.highly recommend

Moved here 3 months ago, my dog was paralyzed, dr Jodi and staff were wonderful with her, had to put her to sleep 2 wks ago, dr Jodi and staff were great in helping me get through that very difficult day, because of them I had a few extra months with my precious girl.

I have used Heartland vet clinic for the last 14 years, and have no complains. They are good people.

It was an unfortunate situation, our furbaby had become critically ill and had lost a lot if weight & wouldn't eat she was in pain & suffering. Heartland was the ONLY vet that could help elevate her pain that day. They escorted us into a family like room dark, nice couch & a blanket to hold our loved one as the nurse/vet tech gave our furbaby Nina a relaxant med & then the final shot to end her suffering. The staff was very kind & told us to take as long as we wanted there was no rush to leave. The staff was above and beyond & the price was very reasonable as well. Thank you Heartland Veterinary!

I owed lots of pets in my time, I never been anywhere that had so much love and caring for your pet from everyone there. Even though I live in Calgary, I will always drive to Airdrie to take my puppy Murphy for all his vets needs. No money in the world makes up for the kindness, caring that you feel taking your pet to the vet. I don't know what would make the experience any better. YOU GUYS ROCK

Overall Heartland Vet Clinic in Airdrie was a good erxperience. The nurses and Vets showed real empaty for my pets.

This clinic has always shown they care about our dogs. They are professional, provide exemplary service and work well with our entire family.

We brought our new puppy into the clinic for her second round of shots and the support staff were so welcoming and friendly. The clinic was clean and welcoming. After taking our pup's weight, we were quickly taken to an examination room which was nice; no waiting around. The veterinary nurse was friendly and answered all the questions we had regarding pup's upcoming shots. Our vet was Dr. Gheorghe and he was really friendly, professional and took his time. Our visit didn't feel rushed at all and he gave us a few tips and recommendations when it came to our puppy's breed. Everyone in the clinic was amazing. We're so happy we signed up our fur baby with them.

Wonderful place, the doctor was very professional and polite, she explained everything in detail.we will be returning for sure.

Ive been going to heartland vet clinic since ive had my dog. Theyve been so helpful and answered any questions or concerns i had and have been so wonderful with my dog and he loves his visits with Jodi and George. Ive never gone elsewhere and the staff are fabulous.

Expensive. Nice staff and place but not affordable. To drop off a bunny for disposal without ashes was jaw dropping.

I have 2 rescues. Recently I lost one of my fur babies. The staff was amazing, so compassionate, caring and understanding they were with me thru it all.

We are from Calgary and will gladly travel to Airdrie to have our Penny cared for two weeks in to her spay and hernia procedure, everything is great! They were straightforward, professional and very affordable compared to the quotes we got in Calgary. I would never sacrifice quality for price for my fur baby, and being a few hundred less than the other quotes, it leaves you thinking. But based on the other super positive reviews, I gave it a go and am so glad I did! Thank you Heartland Vet clinic!

I've been here multiple times in the past few months with my young German Shepherd and always been impressed with the quality of care from Dr McMurray, Meagen, and the front desk staff. Today I saw Dr. Rotaru though and was blown away by how attentive and patient was with my somewhat-difficult dog. Definitely the best experience my dog has had at a vet so far. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the staff at this clinic - they are all very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They also never make me feel rushed, and the prices are extremely fair! I think we are very lucky to have this clinic in Airdrie.

Gheorge is absolutely amazing. He drove 1.3 hours on his day off to check my fur baby (45 minutes each way). He truly cares about your pets. Everyone at Heartland is awesome and treats your fur babies like their own. I've been using them for 12.5 years and will continue to us them with future pets. If anyone is looking for a great vet I can't reccomend Heartland enough. Feeling grateful?

Dr. Jody is a very knowledgeable vet who really cares about the animals and the owners with no desire to 'sell' services. I trust her implicitly! As well, she has high standards in staff education, and functions like a human hospital in medication control. She and her staff are all amazing and trustworthy.

I just want to give a huge thanks to this office! Our puppy was brought in while we were on holidays after a tragic accident. All of the staff did everything they could to save our girl. They were kind with the after dealings and showed extreme thoughtfulness and I will be forever grateful

Both vets are fantastic, the staff know their stuff. They always know who we are and remember the names of our greyhounds (we're on number 8).
They have always been a bit on the expensive side but they never keep throwing test after test at you.
The quality of service is second to none.
If you're looking for quality and don't want to get ripped off I highly recommend them.
Another thing we have always liked is the staff has all been there a long time which makes dealing with them very easy be it on the phone or in person.

Amazing staff and so good with not only my dog but with every animal I have ever seen come in. Very good at helping to accomodate the owner and doesn't give extra medication that's not needed.love this place
