I have been going to head candy salon in bankers Hall for a few years now, and won't look back. Service Is amazing! Taylor has been doing my hair the whole time, her attention to detail and her ability to give you what you ask for is on point! I have been blonde I have been red and I have been Dark brown, and she mastered all the colours!

I got my first curly cut from Pamela after researching stylists for over a year and she did an incredible job. I had no idea what to ask for in regards to my haircut and she made it look absolutely stunning. She also walked me through the styling process while she was washing/styling my hair which was so beneficial and nothing I have ever experienced in a salon before. Thanks Pamela!

I was so nervous going to a new salon. I walked in 1 hour before closing for a haircut. Sara was there, talked to me, I wanted a trim and clean up. She said trust me. I can't believe how good my hair looked for just a trim. I went back 2 days later for color. So nervous. I had to cover grey and had some left over blonde had been going back to my natural brown. She said we can do a lighter brown and pull down to cover blonde looked like balayage with one color. My old hairdresser said we had to go real dark to cover grey and blonde. My natural color is lighter brown. I looked solo good. Sara did what I have always wanted. She is amazing. And suggested an incredible new bumble and bumble leave in cream styling product for fine hair. She's now my go to girl. I'm getting eyelashes done. And I can do eyebrows and waxing and other future services. A one stop shop. Thank you Sara and headkandi and butter salon.

I found Sara by googling “best grey hair colourist” and she delivered! Love how my natural grey is blending with the grown out dye. Very knowledgeable and has the ability to get you whatever complex colour look you want!

Karina did a Hair Botox treatment on my hair. It was expensive but worth every penny. My hair has never been silkier or shinier. I have no frizz and I do not have to use a straightener or dryer so there is much less damage to my hair. It has been 10 weeks and my hair still feels unbelievably soft.

Karina carefully listens to my needs. She does an amazing job with my colour and ALWAYS asks if I would like my hair curled. I leave the salon with hair that lasts for days! I also enjoy chatting Netflix with her. Go see Karina at HedKandi, you won’t regret it!

HedKandi is my favourite salon! Love all of the locations so much all of the girls always do a great job, and they are always very reasonably priced which I admire a lot ️️
I recently seen Sara at Bankers Hall location and she did a phenomenal job on my hair!
I get super nervous about doing balayage as I love my hair dark, and decided I want some dimension for summer And she definitely exceeded my expectations with the color and how it turned out
She does a great job explaining the process and made me feel so comfortable the whole time, her scalp massage was so relaxing as well ️
Sara also does a great job explaining the aftercare as well to ensure long term results for my hair!
Will definitely be seeing her again!

I have been going to see Taylor M for over a year now, my first experience with her blew me out of the water and I don’t think I’ll ever let someone else touch my hair again. Everytime I leave her chair I feel like a new person. The confidence she has allowed me to gain over the last year is incredible. My hair is the most beautiful it’s been since I was a teenager, but forsure the healthiest it’s ever been. Sara is amazing! She asks a lot of questions to ensure the requested cut/style are something you can maintain yourself. She was incredibly thoughtful and was conscious about being careful with the new colour I had. She took the time to show me how to style my hair. She was thorough with her explanations and made it easy to understand. The cut was great and I'm very happy with it. I'll be back to see her again.

I’ve always struggled to find someone who can cut my fine wavy hair and I’m so pleased I’ve found Pamela. Within half hour of sitting in her chair my hair immediately looked better than it has in months. Pamela was patient while she explained how I can look after my hair at home and I found her calm, assuring and professional. She knows what she’s doing!

She is also great company and I loved the time I spent with her. Getting my hair done no longer feels like a tedious trial I’ll have to endure with dubious results.

Alycia is professional, knowledgeable, and takes time to get to know her clients by listening and making suggestions. I usually do a cut and colour, and every once in awhile I have foils done. I always leave feeling beautiful!

I went to get a curly cut from Pamela for the first time and I’m really happy with the result. She did a great job, and she made sure everything looked good before I left. The price was affordable, her service was amazing and Pamela was very entertaining and kind. I think I have finally found a stylist who can take care of my curly hair

Pamela is amazing! I highly recommend. She is incredible at what she does and she knows her stuff inside and and out and will give you proper recommendations for what you need for your hair. She is a wealth of knowledge and you shouldn’t sleep on getting your hair cut, coloured or styled by her! And she is the kindest person and a great conversationalist!

My hairstylist Pamela gave me the most incredible modern and cute mullet. So easy to style and manage and I look like a fairy? ‍️? ‍️? ‍️. Highly recommend.

This past Friday I specifically flew to Calgary from Victoria to get my hair done by Pamela.
I met Pamela in Toronto a few years ago and I’ve never been so impressed by a hair stylist. Her knowledge and talent is on another level.
Pamela has now set up shop in Calgary and has joined forces with The Hedkandi Salon at Bankers Hall.
This was my first time in a Hedkandi Salon and I was really impressed.
The staff were professional and it felt like everyone enjoyed their job there. There was a good vibe and the music was on point.
The layout was very spacious and I liked that each stylist had a comfortable amount space to work their magic with their clients. Everyone wasn’t squished together.
If you like people watching, the financial district suits are walking around outside which makes for good entertainment.
All in all, another amazing job by Pamela and a really stylish salon that I will definitely be back to.

I went to Hedkandi for the first time and was very satisfied with the service I received and the staff are so nice and friendly. I had corrective colour done by a nice and talented hair stylist named Lois. She did such an amazing job and it looked so perfect. I had red hair colour done prior to that a couple ofp years ago and wanted to change it. But it looks so natural now and so glad I went there to get it done.

I went to see Taylor for the first time for a big change, something I was so excited but nervous for. I sent her the exact inspo and to say she achieved it is an understatement. I left her chair feeling like a whole new amazing version of myself. My hair felt insanely healthy, looked amazing and the compliments I got were unreal! 10/10 highly recommend Taylor! You wont regret it can’t wait to see her again soon!

Terrible and rude experience. I had called in inquiring about how much it would cost to fix the roots at the back of my hair I had explained that the previous hairstylist I went had done a terrible job. The receptionist had told me I would be charged full price for the whole head and she could book me for a consultation to ensure the price. The receptionist had made sure I was booked at a time that the senior stylist (that I had requested) would refuse to see me. Then they proceeded to call me last minute to cancel on me and then went on to accuse me of doing my hair at home cause I probably couldn’t reach the back and that I was on a “budget” so I shouldn’t be booking for a senior stylist. So, because I called to inquire about prices about fixing the back of my hair from a previous experience, I was suddenly deemed as at-home, budget person? I’ve paid $500 for my hair previously done, and I requested a senior stylist to make sure my hair was done correctly. Absolutely rude experience.

Always a favourite, the location is such a plus and I’ve always had the best service! I’ve been with several different hairstylist throughout the years, and they’ve all been amazing:)

Awesome service and Taylor is amazing! It's been weeks since she transformed my hair and I'm still obsessed with it.
Salon also has good Covid19 protocols.
Just make sure to book ahead as they are a busy salon.

Honestly a great experience,
I hadn't gotten my hair cut since the beginning of quarantine in March, so my hair had grown super long. But the stylists were super friendly, every station I went to was immediately sanitized after, and any tools used on me were sanitized. I also was more than 6 feet from any customer at any given time, which was super awesome!
This is also an lgbt+ friendly salon, so as a transman it was super nice knowing I was in a safe space.
If you go make sure you leave a big tip for your stylists, they didn't have to be open rn, but they were and are doing what they can to protect me and themselves, I'm very appreciative of their services!

Karina did a phenomenal job with my hair - it turned out so beautiful and I really enjoyed my time in her chair. In light of covid-19, they kept the salon very clean and diligently followed social distancing protocols. I’ve trusted Hedkandi for years trying a handful of their stylists and I’m always 100% satisfied with my haircut/style no matter who I see! This goes to show Hedkandi’s dedication to the craft and providing quality service.

Great salon. They really make you feel pampered. I see Paloma and she will cut and style exactly as you ask. Love this place!

I got my hair cut by Nicole! She was an amazing hairdresser who was super friendly and detailed with her work. Nicole gave me styling tips on how to curl my new do and product recommendations which I really appreciated. She emailed me a few days after to check in with me which was great! Can’t wait to come back

I have had my hair cut here twice and ruined both times. First by Dana, and second time by Paloma. Ignore any good comments here. I had read good reviews about Paloma and i went in with very long hair asking about 2-3 inches cut off and with lots of layers and she cut of 6-7 inches and gave me a long bob. I was in shock of what had happened i didn't even want her to fix it as she clearly doesn't know how to cut hair. I am going to a different stylist at a diff salon tomorrow to get my hair fixed. It is shocking the price this salon charges for the inexperienced girls they hire. Just the products they use are nice, but only go here if you want them to cut the opposite of what you want! I will be warning everyone about these two girls as I am so upset as it took so long to grow my hair. So so disappointed.

I’ve been seeing Paloma for my colour for about 2 years now and she always does a fabulous job of keeping my hair blonde, healthy, and looking stylish! Also they have great magazines and tasty coffee!:)

I went in for one color all over and a hair cut. I got color done ok but the cut was a complete disaster. I asked her to do layers and this is what she called layers. When i did pony tail my half hairs were short and some long.when the stylish cut my hair i asked if that was it she said yes that was it and if she did anything more that wont look good.but after doing through a wash i just realized how off my hair looks. I don't recommend Harsimar for cut. She was ok with color but she needs a lot of improvement on hair styling. I feel it was't worth the amount of money i paid. Totally disaster.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Julie B.for a couple of years now and she is awesome, I can’t recommend her enough! I always leave feeling great and my colour grows out seamlessly and still looks good even months after I’ve had it done. She is super accommodating, professional and easy to talk to. Bankers Hall is by far my favourite Hedkandi location, the service and staff here are great!

I've been going to Hedkandi for 4 years now and recently started seeing Julie when my previous stylist left. I love her technique for long bobs that allows the layers to flow. It doesn't matter how I part my hair, the layers flow perfect every time.

Like a dentist or a doctor, I need a hair stylist to trust, to stick with, Maddison has been that for me for over 4 years. I have never left disappointed and I always get compliments on my colour. She is super friendly and listens to what you want and has great suggestions. I highly recommend Maddison.

Charmaine is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable stylist. She knows exactly how to give you the look you want, while maintaining the health and quality of your hair. You will discuss your desired hair beforehand and she will give you valuable input and advice, to make sure you know what you're getting before you begin. She's really sweet and down to earth as well, so you will feel comfortable. I highly recommend you come see her if you can!

I can not speak higher about the service I receive from Maddi! She always knows exactly what I need to freshen up my look, feel confident and be my best self. Her expertise and product knowledge is astounding and she always educates me on how she is styling my hair so I am able to do it home! Everytime I leave the salon I feel beautiful and joyful.
