Still expensive than other Indian grocery stores. Services are deteriorating, 2 star for their collections/ variety of items.

Dal makhani is delicious must try. One most important thing is that they take good care of customer preferences
Staff is really hard working.

Had to share my feedback about this place. My mum came from different province and wanted to buy some indian stuff which she couldn’t find anywhere. The staff helped her to get those things especially indian medicines. Thankyou so much to the person who helped her.
Would really recommend to visit this place and also try their chhole kulche

Last day we had the best time at lunch that i have ever had! All representatives of restaurant and grocery sections are very polite & decent specially the owner is always available there for helping customers which is really appreciated, he is very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back soon.

Well, Everytime i bought milk from hello india, It smelled bad nd of course expired but expiry date was nt due even in 10 days

I wish there is 0 STAR. Oh my god this has to be the worst customer experience ever! And this wasnt only the first time this has happend, im never coming back here ever again. We went there to buy some sweets today and a bunch of ladies were working there and they were doing nothing there was only one customer infront of us and she took 10-15 mins just to put the sweets in the box and while i was standing there they were all ignoring me and everyone was talking to one another. Instead of this store even if its close to my house id rather go to all india even if its far from my house the owner has the best customer service ever. And please please please teach your employees how to welcome custmer

Veggie Pakora we bought all burnt.
Today around 3.45, how they pack it up.we are very disappointed.

Just visited the store to get some sweets for family gathering, ordered some laddoos and the clerk packed the box so badly. The clerk packed 2 different batches together one being so faded in color and clearly they tasted stale. It was an embarrassment in front of whole family as soon as we opened the pack. Wouldn't recommend for ready to eat food at all.

This morning I go to this restaurant the staff is very helpful and the service is really good the girl treats very good and politely

Went there, especially for dhokla and bread pakora today around 6pm. I really like it, and the lady on the front served me the bread pakora she is so nice n so polite the way she talks very professionally. Thanks for her service

Worst Indian food I have ever eaten in Edmonton. The oil stinks in Chloe Bathura, the paranthas tastes like eating raw roti, the indoor place to eat is extremely gross, stinky and unhygienic.

When i firstly moved to edmonton, I went to hello india because it was close to my house, But the kind of personal treatment I received, I loved going there. Disha is great with making personal connections and now even though I have moved close to other location of hello india, I still prefer to come to this location. Amazing service every time.

Excellent curry. But below average Breads (Burnt). If not would be a 5 star rating for sure.

Worst Indian food I’ve tried in Edmonton. The food was stale and seemed like old. Their customer service is horrible. I am never going back!

Went in to pick up some spices and it smelled so good we stayed for lunch! Excellent customer service! Had the Butter Chicken, naan and fish pakora, it was all fantastic. Mr Dinosaur says thank you

Went there for the first time and ordered a goat dish and paneer bhurji with instructions to make it mild. My teenage son was looking forward to trying goat dish for the first time. Both the dishes were so hot that it will burn your mouth. You can’t even taste the authentic Indian flavour due to the heat. Who makes spicy paneer bhurji? At least not in India.

Thank you for ruining it totally for what was supposed to be a great Indian food experience.

Please instruct and train the staff to carefully pay attention to the customer instructions and need.
