If you shop Helly Hansen you already know about top quality outerwear and gear but I was blown away by the service. They HOOKED US UP here with concierge-level trail and activity recommendations and great overall advice for enjoying our time in Banff! Great vibe in an awesome shop!

Those guys are so much nice I ever seen.we’re just going in there for look around, but The people there are very enthusiastic. Even if you didn’t buy anything, they will still introduce the popular attractions in Banff very enthusiastically. It’s really nice store. Especially one of their worker named ShuQin

I was in Banff with my family a couple of weeks ago and we were always curious about this brand. We walked in and had THE BEST sales associate helping us, Sarah. She talked to us about the Solen SPF 50 T-shirts and the fabric, and how they keep you cool and warm all at the same time. She knew the ins and outs of the fabric and how it works.
We purchased two shirts. At first I was a bit skeptical, but I ended up wearing the shirt multiple times during my trip! My husband and I loved the feel. The shirts kept us warm when needed and kept us cool at the same time!
I got home and went into HH online and subscribed…. I think we found a new favorite brand for outdoor wear. Thank you Sarah for educating us on the brand! You've got new fans here in Miami!
Also.my kids love the hats! They each got a hat.and let me just say, they haven't taken them off since we got home!
