Henderson Pool

My son was dying today 7: 30 around on pool. He was screaming 3 times but life guard didn’t activated. Thats ridiculous

Great way to spend a hot summer afternoon. Kids had fun. Place was clean. Staff were friendly. Kudos.

Went twice in one week. Kids love the slides and French fries from the concession stand. Life guards are friendly yet attentive.

Totally loved it. Great for all ages.wheelchair accessible, snack bar with hot food like burgers dogs and Nacho's.cold drinks and slush puppies. Family change available. Life jackets are free to use if needed. Water slides were very very fun

Love the pool, love the slides and activities, the kids section is super fun. Would have given 5 stars, except food is served here and 2 out of 5 visits they've had to empty the pool because somebody threw up.

Not sure it's the right venue for food.

Pool is huge, water slides are fun (usually a small lineup for them), climbing wall is exciting, and lots of grassy area to setup a spot for the day.

Amazing affordable place to take kids on a hot day. Warning their showers were burning hot in the change rooms

Lifeguards are really amazing.

We went from 12 to the end of the day. All things are amazing. The pool has all depths, so it is suitable for all ages. Life jackets are free for rent. Food is allowed. My three-year-old son jumped into the deep pool without his life jacket; it could be a catastrophe because I didn't see him, but the lifeguard was there before me. Generally, it was a fantastic day.

Excellent pool. Great place for kids. Food and drink from home IS allowed to be brought in. No alcohol. Concession on site. Lockers are $0.25.

Honestly was truly a beautiful and wonderful place. The water slides are amazing and super fun. They have a dive board and your allowed to almost anything (being responsible) and the deep end of the pool is really nice to just dive and cannon ball in. Honest 10 out of 10 with plenty of seating areas and grassland to bring blankets.

Oh side note, they allow you to bring in your own food and bags but they do a quick search for any drugs or alcohol. (As of the 13/7/2022) I'm not sure If they serve food or have a place to buy food but I did see a vending machine with snacks and treats

It was $16 for a family pass and that was for the whole time it was open best place to go in the summer.

Nice little pool. Can't beat the pricing. Great place to take the whole family. Lines are really quick and there is a bit of food you can buy if you didn't bring anything.

They did such an excellent job of the renovation! The water slides and splash pad were a big hit with the kids. My only complaint is the website indicates outside food is allowed, but we were asked not to bring in pizza that we brought - please either update the website to make the policy more clear, or allow outside food in.

We love this place. Glad it's an alcohol free place to keep it family friendly! You can bring your own food and drinks. The kids love it and they sleep so good when we get back home! Always a great time at Henderson Pool!

Amazing place. Its only $15 for a family to get in. 2 water slides, a drop slide, a climbing wall and a great splash park area. Lots of shade further back from the pool. Concession with half decent items. Not much to complain about!

Updated Dec 2021 - was back again in the Summer of 2021, still as great as always! I think the price might've gone up a bit for a family pass (maybe a couple bucks), but still the best value around!

Worth the drive! Live in Calgary & my family had blast.would have been nice if they played the radio at least it was kinda a little too quiet

This is a great place to swim. My only wish is that the kids play structure and small water slide has water spraying everywhere. My young kids don't want to play there. Oh well! We just did everything else: diving board, 3 large waterslides and the climbing wall.

This place is great. Lots of lifeguards, the waterside are fun. Great place to take the family for a swim.

So much fun! We loved coming here. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The water was a tiny bit too warm for me personally, but was still refreshing on a hot day! They have something for all ages! Most important was how ATTENTIVE the lifeguards were. They were young hard workers
And definitely care about their job! I was very impressed. Keep up the good work! We will definitely be back!

Very nice place, very clean, water is warm. Life guard really cares. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Will be back. We LOVED it. So much fun for everybody, from babies to adults. Get there early on hot day if you want a ticket they sell fast. We got ours around 11: 15 and was almost all gone for the day.

Kids had a great time at the pool. Lifeguards are very vigilant, but nice. There is a big lawn area for a picnic. We ordered pizza to eat in the pool lawn area, some worker came out and said they discouraged large amounts of food. I didn't really catch what he was saying as a reason, but it may have been to avoid pooping in the pool as apparently this happens quite a bit here. Don't worry my wife and I and kids aren't going to poop in the pool even if we did eat cheap pizza. It usually takes a few hours at least for the diarrhea to set in.

What a joke. We came from out of town because the automated phone message said the times. It didn’t say anything about a capacity nor did it say anything about absolutely needing to pre-book. The website didn’t say anything about it either. So we showed up a half hour before they opened and we were turned away because they were at capacity. They told us to come back tomorrow to buy tickets.

So disappointed in the lack of information on the phone message and website. There needs to be an option to book and pay online and there needs to be legit information about the max capacity. Won’t be returning. The staff member was also very rude.

Very friendly staff and there was just enough people at pool that it didn't feel over crowded.
