We picked this body shop to get some significant work done following a car accident. It was lovely of the staff to factory-match parts (no small feat these days), and keep us in the loop every step of the way. Everything was easy, simple, convenient and fast.

Regarding the service itself, everything looks and works great. Getting the car back cleaner than we dropped it off was a nice surprise. Thank you for excellent service!

Great in customer service at parts section and usually has a good stock situation or if they don’t, they make a seamless effort to reduce your wait time to receive the part.
Haven’t had even close to this experience at other Toyota part shops.

I brought my rav 4,2025 to have it fixed in 2017, the lift gate in less than a 2 years the paint started to have small bubbles on the edges. I brought to their attention they said blah blah blah, I will not recommend anyone to go there. My 2015 rav4 is looking good except the lift gate looking like 20 years old car that has not been taken care of.

They did an amazing job with the repairs on my highlander. Isabel was friendly and updated me with the repair process. The front staff was extremely friendly and always answered all of my questions. I highly recommend coming here for any vehicle repairs.

I have to say thank you very much for the appraiser Isabel Z. She had been very professional and helpful regarding my 2 months old Toyota RAV4 2023.
I was parked at the construction area, the passenger side got scratched up. She was able to get the worker right away to get out small scratches for me and direct me to options for other deeper cosmetic issues. I really appreciate everyone that works in this collision centre, everyone is very knowledgeable. Outstanding service from start to finish. Dropped my 2021 Tacoma off after a no fault collision caused extensive damage to passenger side of the truck. Isabel Z.was immediately friendly, professional, quickly provided a complete appraisal to my insurance company and was able to promptly book my vehicle in for repairs. While the repair process was lengthy Isabel proactively provided updates on a weekly basis that allowed me to continue on working with out interruption. Once repairs were completed I was initially very satisfied with the quality of work done and my truck looked and handled as if new. After a day driving there was a minor programming issue with the tire sensors and I let Isabel know the next morning; she went out of her way to book me in for a follow up the very next day. I was extremely pleased with how fast Isabel and the rest of the Heninger Toyota team got my truck turned around in perfect condition. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this team of highly qualified and professional group of experts. 5 stars well deserved.

Came in to repair some small scuffs on my brand new Tacoma tailgate, they turned it around in under 20 minutes while I waited, for basically free! Would recommend absolutely.

They took great care of my car, it was super clean when I got it back. The price was very fair for the amount of work. And they did it so fast, less than 3 days my car was ready.
