Truly excellent service! From the cool sitting area to the free shuttle service, car wash etc They did my oil change and wheel replacement for free because of a maintenance service package I opted for. They know how to create a loyal customer base for sure! In my experience so far, they have been honest with pricing and recommendations! Keep up the great work team, we appreciate you!

Poor service I don’t get get the right service, no body answered a phone call sick and tired for wating call wating and put on hold. Why they are using phone if they don’t answer, up to now my tire not change service of my Toyota Rav 4 not get a maintenance service and they want to keep your car in whole day for maintenance service hello we have work too and it’s all on favour with them after they disturbed you for a whole day you will get your expensive charge, I miss
My work because they don’t have consideration that 40 mins away from Calgary, I don’t understand why they need to keep my car for too long for maintenance I need consideration I’m one of the loyal costumer

Very satisfactory service from Joel Jove yesterday at Heninger toyota service. He actually serve an extra mile by making sure all aspects in my car have been checked for safety. Heninger Toyota Service is highly recommended.

1st visit Oct 5; My initial experience at the Toyota service department left a great impression on me. Josh's energetic approach was evident from the moment I walked in. He greeted me and his friendly demeanor made me feel valued. One of the things that stood out during my visit was the minimal waiting time. I didn't have to wait for long before my service needs were addressed.

2nd visit Oct 26; I had a fantastic experience. Danielle, one of the service advisors, was exceptionally accommodating. She took the time to listen to my concerns. She ensured that I understood the services that would be performed and provided me with an estimate of the costs.

The real surprise came when I spoke with the manager, Mr. Adrian Smith. He went beyond to make my experience even better. He offered me a 50% discount on the winter tire change.

Another highlight was the convenience they provided. After I dropped off my car, they arranged for an Uber ride to take me home, which saved me a lot of time. Once the service was completed, they sent another Uber to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership to pick up my car.

Overall, my experience was excellent. I would recommend this dealership's service department to anyone in need of quality car maintenance and exceptional customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Wobschall at my local Toyota dealership for an oil change service, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Kevin's professionalism, knowledge of Toyota vehicles, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. He took the time to explain the entire oil change process, making sure I was well-informed about the service. The oil change was quick, efficient, and done right the first time. Thanks to Kevin's expertise, my Toyota is running smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend Kevin for any Toyota service needs. Last week, I brought our Highlander in Heninger for Service 1. I was greeted by my advisor Darice Rieland (with a smile) who explained in great detail what service was to be performed on our car at this time. The time line she gave me for the work to be done was as promised.
I have been dealing with Heninger Service for several years and have been impressed with the friendly attitude and quality of work performed on our vehicle. Heninger does it right the first time, and service advisors such as Darice Rieland really make one feel they are important to the Toyota family.

They ordered special tires for my Rav 4. I changed my mind a few days after ordering and there was no problem. No restocking fee. They got me a different set of tires very quickly and had me on the road within 1 day. Accommodating, Prompt, Informative, Experienced, and I will return.

Typically I do not take time to review a place but I think this place deserves one. I called into the service centre a bit ago because I was having problems figuring out how to start my vehicle and leave it but still lock it seeing as I do not have remote start. The first woman I with was truly awful and spoke to me as if I was inconveniencing her by asking my questions and was no help whatsoever if I could remember her name I would write it here.
I called back about an hour later because I still could not figure this out and luckily I spoke with a wonderful woman named Shelby. She is the reason this review is getting 4 stars instead of zero. Would have been a 5 star experience had I not spoken with the first woman. Shelby took close to a half hour to kindly help me solve the key issue and was so amazing to speak with. It’s a shame when a business has certain rude people like the first person but Shelby more than made up for it. She made me felt comfortable in asking all my questions and not a bother at all. I highly recommend anyone calling heninger service to ask to speak with her.

Unorganized, lost and confused staff all over, service appointments took 9 hours. No idea what they did all I need done was oil change and tires to be swapped from all season to winter. Called three times they don't give you any answer or explain to you why it took this long? Or what type of issue the car had for it to be in the ship to be serviced for 9 hours?
Steer away from these people forever
Find a better dealer to service your Toyota vehicle.

I went in for an oil change, I was there for 6 hours! Worst experience I've had with anyone. My car Is VW and they did not have the oil that is needed so they had to order it in which took a while. My car and skid plate were just fine with all the bolts when i got there and they lost some bolts when doing the oil change and they said I didn't have them all and zip tied my skid plate to my car because they were in a rush to go home because It was end of day and i was there all day.
If it wasn't for Henry N in Services I would of lost it on everyone. He kept me sane. Walked me through everything. He told me the truth about my car and what was needed and when the oil had arrived. Henry needs a raise and is way to good to be working for such a bad company. Henry is the best thing to happen to Heninger Toyota services.
No one cared about me or my vehicle other then Henry. Worst management ever.

Everything was great and timly as usual Car feels fantastic as well!
Not something to complain about by anymeans, but just some feedback for your team; This is the second time in as many visits my car was supposed to be washed and neither time did it get done. Again not the end of the world, just is disappointing to get into a dirty car for the second time.

Just feedback, no complaints:) you guys are still killing it over there!

I love coming to Heninger Toyota. They are always so friendly and I love that you can drive right into the service bay especially if the weather is unfavourable. Kassandra was such a ray of sunshine and very friendly. She was welcoming and made me feel at home.

The folks at Heninger continue to provide honest and reliable service. We have been getting our vehicle serviced there since we purchased it in 2004, and have always had a good experience. Joel does a wonderful job ensuring our vehicle is kept in top shape, and is extremely professional, as are all we deal with in the Service and Parts departments. Went to Toyota for the first time today. Usually go to my own shop but they had no space and I need to get it done. Called ahead and they got me in. Dealt with Sam Ventura when I first checked in and he was incredibly professional, easy to deal with and informative about my car. If I return I hope I get to deal with Sam again.

Forgot to mention.being able to talk to the tech was very very helpful.in the end the repair required two appointments because parts were not in inventory.because of communication with tech. I could pre order parts with parts dept.and didn't have to go through diagnosis for second appointment

Despite the stress we are all experiencing with the Covid situation, and the change in the usual processes, his smile and charm makes you relax and just believe everything will be OK. I always get great service from Heninger. I used to go to another dealership down south but they were horrible, untrustworthy and dishonest. I came to Heninger and they have treated me like a valued customer. Nothing but high praise for the whole team. Kassandra (service advisor) and Henry (Parts dept) were exceptional. They were really helpful getting me back onto the road after getting a flat tire on my way out of town. Heninger is all about great customer service. Thanks so much.

Bought new 2020 sienna paid for $1500.00 with 4 set winter tire Michelin at dealer, within 2 months 1 tire crack already. Bring it back won't warrant it for replacement, however it will cost $29.95 repair it.

What an waste of my time, make a phone call make an appointments ahead and be there talk about it

I have no complaints with the work, it is good as it should be.

I have some concerns with the shuttles and appointments because regardless you are there on time, you have to wait for the shuttle 75 minutes.

Another issue is that my vehicle has an uneven back door. They just blamed to an external force but there is nothing outside! You won't see any sort of external damage, and there is not a negotiation skill.they didn't offered a support: a discount with a shop, a recommendation.

Heninger is punctual, easy to deal with because they use e-mail, texting and the internet to gather information from you and obtain your consent before proceeding with recommended work. Once they have checked your vehicle, they never oversell you; options are explained, priced and you are allowed to decide without pressure.
I have used a variety of automotive repair businesses in Calgary and Heninger is the best. Both in cost, professionalism and quality work that lasts for a long time after you leave the shop. Why go elsewhere?

Very good customer service, fast and again appreciating the technicians worked in my car. A little disappointing when asked to reinstall a mud flat that fell weeks ago. I was sure my maintenance contract cover any damaged piece but the assistance told me it wasn't like this. Sometimes customer service could Exceed Expectations instead just do the job like any other workshop. Thanks

Had a great experience with the Heninger Service Centre.

Went in on 2 occasions - September 30,2020 for wiring harness on driver side door; and January 30,2021 for first service. Excellent customer service - Brandon Friesen and the technician/ Nadine Smith and R. Bondame. Thank you for the job well done. Keep up the good work.

Thanks to the staff who had helped book the appointments.

Appreciate the free shuttle and Uber ride and the complimentary car wash.

Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Honest and fair priced. Brakes were squeaking for awhile and was getting to 120k KM on vehicle. Asked for front and back brake pads, instead they recommended a brake tests on both, which is free if you have subsequent service. Came back and recommended front brakes only with no upcharge at the end. Appreciated it.

Brakes were also cheaper than other garages I called in the area.

I bought my 2020 RAV4 from Heninger. Last month my car was damaged in an accident and I requested to tow the damaged vehicle to Heninger Fixed Auto for repairs. Today when I went over to pick up my car I saw a huge crack on my windshield which was not there at the time of accident, nor at the point of repair. I was told by Heather, who seems to be in charge at Fixed Auto, that they were not responsible for this and instead wanted me to file insurance for the damaged windshield. It does not make any sense logically; if the crack was initially there, it would have been filed with the original claim altogether. The only explanation is that they damaged my windshield and was afraid of taking on the responsibility. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I need an answer and solution to this absurd incident.

Went in for our second service and had our winter tires changed last weekend and it was a great experience! Our appointment was 9: 30 AM and they were able to finish everything at 11: 30AM! I’m very impressed with how smoothly it went. I dealt with Brandon who was very professional and efficient. He provided us with quick and exceptional service. (I definitely recommend him as an advisor!) Front desk and receptionist were very friendly and accommodating too!

Went in for a free airbag recall service the day after the biggest snow storm of 2020. They were quick, efficient and professional. Free shuttle service after drop off and when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Very complete facility. Please note that they are not located at the Heninger dealership. They moved about 5 years ago to a location just down the street. Very impressive.

Due to Covid, wanted to limit time outside of house. Was able to order new tires and rims through phone and email discussions, and price came in lower than expected. On the day of service, it went really quick and easy. Love the changes to my car.

I went in for 16000km service. It was done very quickly. When I went to pick up the car the front desk fellow listed the services performed including wheel rotation. After I left I checked and the wheels were not rotated. In fact they had not been removed. I returned and at first the front desk guy denied that the service hadn't been done. When we checked with the service tech, he admitted he hadn't rotated the tires, so the front desk guy then tried to insist the it wasn't done because it wasn't necessary. Being caught in a lie didn't bother him a bit. Finally his supervisor noticed and came over and only then was the missed work done. Trust is important to me, if I am to patronize a business.
