I bought a 2024 tundra. The salesperson Jay Jiang and Olivia Ma, who is in charge of the loan business, are very friendly and helpful, and they are also very responsible. I recommend that new and old customers must come to them and they will definitely feel at home.

This dealership has turned from one of the nicest to one of the greediest. We bought our Toyota Highlander back in 2010 and our experience throughout had been great. From the no haggle sales to 12 years of after sales service, we have nothing to say but good words.

However, we went last month to inquire about replacing our car and was told that the only way that they will sell us the Grand Highlander is if we pay an additional $8,000 + tax for packages that we don't need. Imagine forcing us to pay for pricey all weather protection, windshield protection, rubber mats etc.

I believe this kind of practice is bordering on unethical sales tactic that the government should look into.

Anyway, we decided to go with a luxury brand that turned out to be classier while paying the same price.

Goodbye Toyota!

I bought a new Tacoma from Heninger. I would reconsider buying from this dealership, Toyotas are great but once they get your money all the smiles, and customer service goes out the door. Do yourself a favour and look at other dealers to spend your hard earned cash.

Shout out to Vanessa who helped work my Tacoma in for Service coming from out of Town on a weeks notice! Derise upon arrival was a breath of fresh air, explaining work, Shuttle arrangements etc. This place is high end.

I made phone call to ask if they have extra warranty package for my car, they pass my phone call to seven departments and seven person talked and finally no one had answer.

Called to inquire about a used vehicle, offered $900 below asking and was told no we aren't selling for that. I was in the middle of saying "I will speak to my wife then and see how badly she would like the vehicle" however the sales rep hung up on me. Incredibly rude, disorganized interaction. Wouldn't recommend.

I arranged an appointment a week in advance so we could view and test drive a Highlander and a Rav4 hybrid to see what best suited our family's needs. We arrived to be told that both were in service and we would not be able to test drive them. Our salesman was unfortunately rather disappointing. He knew almost nothing about the vehicles features, didn't show us anything about the vehicles, and made some unfortunate foot in mouth comments during our interaction. He didn't even offer for us to at least test drive a regular highlander or rav4. We were ready to possibly buy our first new vehicle and left not wanting to go to a dealership again anytime soon.

We had an excellent experience with Ray Tavernier and Lee Serban! They both took the time to carefully listen to our needs and advise us vehicle selection and financing options. We absolutely recommend Heninger Toyota and these two gentleman for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Great work and Thank you!

Gave our vehicle to someone else. We placed a deposit to order 2021 Sienna AWD XSE Hybrid with sales associate Jay Jiang. After 4 months, Jay notified us vehicle has arrived and is ready for pick up. Asked us to add accessories that we did not want to the final price. Very insistent we had to add all their suggested optional accessories. We refused. Next day the General Sales Manager, Peter Chen called and said our vehicle belong to someone else on the wait list and he had no documents showing we ordered the vehicle even though we have copies of email with the sales agent and deposit receipt. Peter Chen and Jay Jiang provided no reasonable explanation and very condescending towards me and my wife when clearly they made a mistake. Contacted the General Manager Mitch Massey and owner and don't expect any better. If you have a deposit on a vehicle, check that your paper work is in order.

Out of all of the dealerships I have been contacting via email, Monique has been the most engaging.
Most dealerships will send the initial automated response but then take days, even weeks to reply afterwards! However Monique was always quick to respond. She’d even text me consistently on her day off just to make sure I’m looked after.

Thanks for making this possible. Once I’m able to gather more information, Heninger Toyota will be the place where I purchase my RAV4. I highly recommend Monique!

I dealt with Lee Serban and Murray in the used car department. I was under a time crunch and needed to take the vehicle earlier. They fit me in and got everything done which was really great. Both very nice to work with and highly recommend.

Honestly. I would give this company a zero star if it was possible. They will sell you a vehicle and take it back if they can get a better price from someone else. Completely UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL.
I'm from BC. My husband went to the local dealership here in BC to find the model he wanted was sold out throughout BC. Some easy internet searches found that Heninger Toyota had the exact vehicle that he wanted to purchase. He made an offer and the sales person (Monique) and the branch manger agreed to the offer and even congratulated my husband on the purchase. We put a down deposit of $2500 which the company happily took. We were told that we would get a call from the finance department and that the vehicle would be ready at the end of the month. After SEVERAL calls to Monique, without any response, we finally got a call from the sales manager to inform us of they had sold the vehicle that we have purchased and told us that they can roll the down deposit we provided onto a 2021 vehicle. We didn't want the 2021 version because the 2020 was under a Red Tag sale. They gave the excuse that the head office did not want to sell the vehicle to a BC resident in Alberta. This was an absolute lie because within the day we were able to make a deal for the same 2020 vehicle in Alberta at another dealership. That dealership shipped the vehicle in from another location and we were then able to buy the vehicle without issues. If they actually would have responded to us in a timely matter and be TRUTHFUL about selling the vehicle to someone else on us, I would be fine with it. But to know that we were lied to and ignored intentionally for 2-3 weeks, leaves a sour taste on my mouth every time I see or hear the name of this dealership.
FYI, I am not an exporter of vehicles and I don't appreciate being stereotype as such because I live outside of Alberta. The vehicle is sitting in my driveway. In addition why will you offer me the option to buy a 2021 vehicle if you thought I was an exporter and it was going against your policy?

The best purchase experience ever!

We were looking for the family SUV, a couple of friends recommended us to go to Heninger dealer directly. We met with sales Jay and sales director Peter, they are very patient and experienced with Toyota SUVs, they walked us through all models, spend an significant time with us to make decision. We end up purchased Toyota Highlander.

The finance manager Ken also very helpful, he helped us to get 0% interest for 1 year!

Saw the lady who has pretty much sold my entire family our most recent vehicles get a bad review on here. I won't name her here but the sales service here has been nothing but outstanding from her. She works so hard to make sure that you get what you are looking for and if you don;t know what you are looking for she would help out immensely.

Wow what can I say about Heninger Toyota! As a first time car buyer I was nervous obviously but had my heart set out on a certain vehicle. Osman was so helpful and answered all my questions with ease. He was extremely friendly, informative and was honest in his answers to help with my decision. He spent the better part of the end of his day with myself and my partner and really made me feel confident in my decision. If you go to Heninger go to Osman hands down!

Now on to Lee (my Hungarian familia), he worked his European magic and got me a great interest rate and made sure that I had all the details, information and everything in between for my new car. He registered my vehicle for me so that I didn’t have to wait in line at a registry. He was so lovely to work with hammering out the final details of the car and I thoroughly enjoyed his conversation and his attention to detail.

All in all Heninger Toyota surpassed my expectations in their customer service and I will always highly recommend both Lee, Osman and Heninger to everyone I know.

Just wanted to update my review.

Because of the great service I received from Heninger and Monique last time I was there I knew that I had to come back. When I saw the RAV4 on their website I immediately contacted Monique who set up at appointment with me. She was so great at getting me in ASAP because she knew how much I wanted the RAV4 model and this car would not be on the market for long. After test driving it, I purchased it! Monique was wonderful at giving all the information again about what is included with Toyota, and the additional packages that I could purchase to further protect my new purchase. Thank you Monique for staying late and ensuring I was taken care off.
Monique took me down to see Lee in financing. He is amazing, he explained the financing option and went above an beyond to get me the best rate possible (he was able to get me an unheard of rate)! Lee was in contact with me along every step of the way. Since this is my first car I had to idea what I would need. Lee gave me tips and checklist of what I needed to bring, which I found super helpful.

When I went to pick up the car, Lee and Monique made the transaction super easy! I got all necessary paperwork and got to drive away in my car

Had a wonderful experience at Heninger Toyota! My sister and I were inquiring to purchase our first vehicle. Monique was such a great advisor, she took the time to explain our car options and our financing options. She also explained the differences and advantages of leasing and financing for our cases. She made us feel comfortable with her knowledge and guidance. We liked how she asked what we wanted/needed in a vehicle and showed us great RAV4 options. We also took a look at the C-HR but ultimately we liked the look and driving of the RAV4. Although we did not buy at this time, we will be returning to Heninger/Monique.

COVID: Heninger Toyota was clean and made us feel safe while indoors. There are hand sanitizer stations and test driving is done safely maintaining all protocols. Everyone was wearing a mask and/or socially distanced.

So I was really quite hesitant when looking to swap out my Acura for a new vehicle. Monique actually took the time to help me find a vehicle that works with me. I really appreciate the time she put into helping me out. She is great and I just want to make sure people know that, because she is fantastic. Great service.

He is NOT the type of person that chases you to sell his vehicles. His primary goal is to make his clients happy.
