I got my truck back in a timely manner. All the repairs were well done. The paint colors matched the rest of the truck. All the parts are in their proper place, not crooked.

My experience with Herbers Autobody was excellent, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
The workmanship is Top Notch, the bodywork and detailing that was done was immaculate,
There was even extra things done to my car that I noticed and that to me showed how much they take pride in the work that they do and that they care about their customers.
From start to finish it took time but this was not the fault of Herbers, it opened my eyes to the fact how the World is still feeling the effects of a Pandemic Lockdown of 2 years,
which is still effecting everything from parts for vehicles to vehicles,
I say this to remind us all to be patient, be kind.
Herbers is a great business and I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

They were very thorough they even put my tonneau cover back together which they didn't have to found the proper decals to go on my vehicle very happy and highly recommend

Excellent experience start too finish. Along the way there were a few things I thought would be issues.only from past experiences from other body shops.but this shop in gp went the distance to make things right.too me that is #1 in customer service.professional service.transpersancey good customer relations Is key. I'm so impressed with the new manager at this shop now.
This shop was horrible, and my car had a lot of things wrong when it left here in Dec 2022.
But now there is a new manager Shawn and he is amazing. Fixed what was wrong and things I didn't even see as well.
Highly recommend going there now!

I was extremely surprised to see what herbers did with my car, I had the worst experience with herbers before outside of grande prairie and was thinking there was not a chance I would ever go back to them. Shawn was absolutely the best, took his time out unexpectedly speaking to me about how he would go ahead to fix my car and tried to reassure me on what he could do. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks so much Shawn and the entire team for their outstanding customer service. Greatly appreciated!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Constant delays without notifications from the business. I know there is a long wait on parts right now but should still notify the customer when the vehicle is not going to be ready on the day they said it would be.

Went here to have dents repaired through insurance. Ive had my car back for about 10 days, just washed it for the first time since having it back, went to a co-op drive thru…water poured in through the rear, completely soaking the headliner and likely leaking in behind the side panels in the trunk. They are closed Saturdays, I will be returning there on Monday to discuss options. Hopefully they repair, review will be updated at that time. Just based on my experience so far, stay away from Herbers Auto Body.

I called on a Monday morning to book my car into the shop told they would call me back. No call back waited 5 business days then called back to only receive attitude from receptionist. Not willing to even be courteous enough to keep my business. Will not be booking my car to be fixed there or recommending to anyone

Terrible work even worse customer service couldn't pay me to ever even take a kids bike there.second time using them first was just as bad as second.worst body shop ever can't believe how they rip off customer and insurance company do not recommend back ally mechanic do better work terrible absolutely the worst place to take anything

They were pleasant to deal with. Had a few issues with waiting for parts to arrive but they got the job done.

The service was excellent and the damage was repaired "like it never happened", just as they advertise. They also provided regular updates on the status of the repairs, so you are never left wondering. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my truck in with short notice and they were able to repair my bumper did a awsome job looks brand new! And they even met me on the weekend to let me pick my truck up after I got back from holidays when the they were closed really accommodating was great! Def highly recommend great business and work

I went to 3 different shops for a quote and Herbers offered the lowest one. The staff were professional and efficient. They stuck to the quote and the work was done within the time they said. They even did a quick detailing and wash on the inside, a nice surprise! I highly recommend this shop! You'll be treated fairly and you'll be more than satisfied with the service.

Initially, not all of the work on the work order was even done, so I had to get it rebooked in to have the work finished. A month later, all the work was completed, but, at best, I found the work to be sub-standard. Lots of white paint overspray on to adjacent black plastic and painted parts, and plastic panels not properly clipped back into place. Their estimate was also higher than the other two I had, and I only went with them because they could get my vehicle in right away, and my lowest estimate, was booking for three weeks ahead. I most certainly would not recommend Herbers to any of my friends in the car club, or anyone else for that matter

Hit a deer. Herbers was very time efficient and communicative. Had my vehicle ready for me in a short time

Herbers has the best prices in GP and has fantastic customer service! They took all measures to ensure customer care was met when sorting things out with my car.:)

Very unprofessional, was told i would get a loan vehicle wen i drop my truck, 2 days after dropping it, got a call informing me they no longer have a vehicle, no apologies nothing, jus straight up, "we cant give u a vehicle, the one we had has gone in for repairs"
Go to pick my truck up after a week or so, get told everything is perfect, they took it for a test drive, its 100% good, they replaced my rear bumper, tail light and minor work on tailgate, i get in, back up camera not working, brake light and licence plate not working. Jenna had just told me everything was tested and working great.
Then i get told i have to wait a week to get it sorted out as the technician that worked on my truck will only be back after a week.
Wat shocking pathetic service, they ought to be embarrassed of themselves.
Never Again will i use or recommend them.

I received great friendly service and quick repairs on my vehicle after being rear-ended in a parking lot. The front of my vehicle came back to me looking like new. I received phone calls and emails about the status of my vehicle and where it was at the entire process.

We had a good experience with the Grande Prairie location. Communication was good, they did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle after hitting a deer. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out which was a huge bonus!
