Went in to ask if they had time to give me a quote on some paint damage (from being rear ended) and had the front lady patronizing me about how they normally only do accidents.

Drastically different experience with Herbers Auto West Edmonton than I had with another shop 5 years ago. Who knew you can get your vehicle back earlier and with flawless repair (with identical color match) ? ! They even lined up my rental, shuttles to and from the rental, AND cleaned my truck! The experience was excellent.

We had a tough go with getting our vehicle properly repaired by a sister body shop after 5 months, but after recieiving a call from the President of Herbers Autobody and discussing the ongoing issues we were having ; he had taken the time to meet me, go over concerns and get the vehicle
To Herbers west for repair. We just recently recieved our vehicle back last week, and are so relieved that the repair was over and above expectations.

I won’t lie by saying we had a lot of bumpy roads prior to the vehicle going to Herbers West but once it was there it was so smooth, and the staff in the orfice, and others I had the opportunity to meet were very easy to work with.

I am absolutely floored by how good of the repairs that Herbers did, my truck was hit hard by a drunk driver in the rear, rolled into a vehicle in front of me. They made the the whole thing, from start to finish very easy. They gave me an estimate, timeline, let me know if any delays, lined up a rental for me, and got it completed where it looks like a brand truck, I am so impressed, I highly recommend, thank you Jigar and team!

I had an overall positive experience at Herber's autobody. The front desk people were very polite and attentive. I'm happy with the work that was done on my vehicle, however there was a lack of communication about them not having my headlight available for the repair. I was not informed about this until it was noticed on the final invoice as I was getting into my car. After speaking with one of the managers about it, he explained what had happened and apologized for the mixup. Although I would have appreciated this being explained earlier on, I do appreciate that the manager took the time to speak with me and rectify the situation.

I got into an accident and based on friend's recommendation, i decided to bring it to Herbers. Give the times we live and the supply chain issues, repair went fast. Was not 100% done in the first place, but i was able to bring it back without any problem and have it fixed, no questions asked. I received a courtesy car during this time, wish the car would have been a little cleaner, but those are minor details, and at the end of the day, customer service deserves more than 5 stars. Was easy and nice to deal with Jigar and Gary.

I had an issue with a tail light being out. Wasn't sure if had to do with previous work done or just a burned out bulb.they looked at it and fixed it, no questions asked.thank you! You guys rock

My experience at this auto body shop was very positive, starting with my pre-repair inspection. Jigar P.went through the required repairs with me in detail and showed me the areas of concern. When it came time to drop off my vehicle for repairs, a rental had been arranged. I was kept updated with the repair progress by email.very much appreciated! My vehicle was ready in 2 days, half the time of the original estimate. Reception staff were very pleasant and answered any questions that I had. I will definitely recommend this location of Herbers to any family or friends, should they need service on their vehicles.

Went to Herbers West after a minor car accident to get a quote for repairs. Very professional, and respectful. They completed the repairs within a reasonable time and did an excellent job! The service manager, Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable to answer my questions upon pick up.
Very happy with the experience and definitely will return for vehicle maintenance in the future.

I damaged my front bumper and it was quite a bit of damage! Herbers did an excellent job from start to finish. I called them and made a pre-repair assessment for the next day. I was able to get my assessment, connect my insurance really quickly, set up a rental with enterprise, and had my appointment booked. The damage was minimal enough for my car to be driven while waiting, but once my appointment was made the work was done within 3 days. I’ll be going to
Herbers for all of my car repairs from now on!

Excellent customer service. Insurance suggested Herbers after I was in an accident with my Camaro. They were very prompt in the repair, car took less time than expected to be finished and was finished with fine detail. Car now looks better than ever. 5/5 I’d definitely recommend the west end herbers for any vehicle repair and would definitely use them again if a situation arises that I need it.car looks awesome and I couldn’t be happier, it’s like it never happened!

We had an excellent experience with Herbers Autobody Repair! Quick quote, excellent work done in record time and lower cost when we picked up our vehicle. Herbers is the best autobody repair shop in Edmonton. The staff are very friendly and courteous. They don’t waste time getting you in and out. Our estimate was for 1 week in the shop and that’s exactly what it was. We used to go to a different shop, but after this experience we will come back every time. Hoping we don’t have to though!

It’s my second time having a car repaired at Herbers and both had been pleasant. They have great service and arranged everything including car rentals. Everything had been a breeze and quality of repairs looked perfect like no accident have happened.

Had some repairs that needed to be fixed on my rear bumper and miscellaneous. Took some time to get the parts in but that’s not their fault it’s the suppliers. As soon as they got the part they called me and got my vehicle in first chance they got. They quoted me 2 days and they got it done in a day. Great service, fast, and very professional. Thanks guys

My car was damaged while it was parked back in October 2021. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues it was not able to be fixed until last week, January 2022. However, during this wait Herbers continued to give me updates on expected delivery and they were always very kind. The repairs were done efficiently, with frequent progress notes, and my car looks flawless now. The staff, Jessica and Dino in particular, were always very kind and efficient. Thanks so much Herbers!

The west end Herbers Autobody is the place to go! The front ladies are kind, helpful and quick with answers/phone calls. Dino was great to work with providing quotes, working with insurance companies and very personable on the phone. When the repairs were completed on my van, it looked better than new! The staff worked quickly and did a fantastic job fixing my bumper and light. If you need your vehicle repaired, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had accident damage and my hood and side panel had to be replaced. After they got the parts, they were blazingly fast in getting my car back to me. Awesome People.

When our vehicle got into a accident the first auto repair that we check was herber because we heard a lot of good feedback about this company and they are right! Our SUV was fixed fast and repair turns out to be amazing like nothing happen to our vehicle plus the good thing is they give us a lifetime warranty for the repairs so we don't have to worry if incase we encounter problem to the parts that they fix and we got our vehicle sooo clean we love it, thank you herber west end

I had to get a new block heater cord installed because I am clueless when it comes to auto repair, so I let the professionals handle it. I had accidentally left my vehicle plugged in and I drove away, and out came the cord from under the hood! Oops! During this extreme cold warning, I absolutely need to have the car plugged in, and they were able to help me out with a professional installation with same-day service, which was very surprising! The service manager (Garry) and the front counter woman were very friendly and we had some good chatter about how the Oilers are doing lol. DO NOT SHOP ELSEWHERE. Fair prices, fast service, and friendly smiles through the masks! A+. I'll be back.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I felt I had to for the service I recieved from Herbers. Everything from start to finish was exceptional they even made my 08 Dodge Grand Caravan look brand new after a collision and that is no easy task! I was even more impressed and surprised that when I recieved my vehicle it was sparkling clean inside and out and honestly I gave it to them in not the best condition inside (a 4 year old occupies the back!)

Thankyou so much for the great service and I recommend anybody who needs autobody repairs to go here and nowhere else!

Was not happy with this location. My wife was involved in a hit and run crash that did damage to front bumper, hood, quarter panel, and headlight assembly on drivers side. Was advised by my insurance company that this place was recommended for repairs. I felt they immediately wrote off car. Hood was not opened. I believe a proper inspection was not performed. After getting word from my insurance that the car was deemed a loss, i requested a second opinion. When i got the car back. I notinced they had removed the collision sticker. Took car to different body shop. Was approved for second quote. And.guess what.the car will be repaired.

They provided excellent body collision work. My front end of Infinity was smashed by hitting a deer. I can't tell the different (even better) when take the car home. They take care of returning my rental car, so that is a plus of convenience.
A little of delay, but due to Covid-19, parts not arrived earlier.

My bumper & fender had to be replaced through my insurance company. Super fast job, looks better than new and very reasonably priced. My car was squeaky clean both inside & out when I picked it up.

Herbers repaired our work van and it turned out great. It was done in a timely manner with very little down time. They were very pleasant to deal with and would use them again.

Lisa is an amazing lady at your location. She deal with the City of Edmonton and my insurance company when I was rear ended by a City of Edmonton bus. She dealt with people who didn't want to help her at the City and finally went through my insurance company who dealt with the city lawyers. Work looks great and they came in under their quote. Intact's auto emailing system gave me a time to pick up that they were not ready for, but did their best to accommodate me.

They (Coreen?) was very helpful and knowledgable she kept us up-to-date on what was happening at each stage of the appraisal process. If the repair itself is done as efficiently and professionally as the first stage; then Hebers get full marks from me.

Someone "kissed my rear bumper" on my Honda Civic last month and my hubby got me a couple of estimates including Herbers. They were the cheapest estimate and when I spoke to them over the phone to book in the car, they were very engaging. Dino was more than helpful and Corrine was wonderful explaining the process involving getting a rental car. The job was done in 24 hours, Dino took the time to call me to explain what they found and the car looks fantastic. They deserve kudos for their attention to detail involving Covid 19 restrictions too. Lastly, they came in under their quote which made the other party feel much better too! After getting rear-ended, I was able to get my car in for a pre-repair inspection within 24 hours. Dino kept me updated on the process all the way through. I was impressed with Herbers’ customer service and how much they pay attention to the littlest of details. The cherry on top was that they cleaned both the outside and the inside of my car. I hope to never get rear ended again, but if I do I will definitely return to Herbers!

I was skeptical the first time about having them dismantle the area of damage, but it helps them to know the exact extent of damage and what needs to be ordered for parts. Very timely repair - brought it in, had a covered rental car that only ended up going home for a day or so to sit in my driveway and we had our Highlander back - Super! Great work, Friendly staff! The team at Herbers did an exceptional job in repairing the damage to my car. As a very careful vehicle owner, I also appreciated the car being returned cleaned and vacuumed. Such was the skill of the repair team, there is no hint at all that there was damage to the car.

Repairs were done as promised. I asked them to call me with a quote for extra repairs, they did the extra and did not charge. Very impressed.

Repairs were done in a timely manner, quality of work looks first rate.
I even received daily updates via email.
The staff I dealt with, Jess and Jigar, were friendly, returned emails very quickly and made the whole process smooth as silk.
