Very poor skills this shop has took my 2016 c450 there after hit while parked in front end 3 weeks pass by they call me saying car is done I drive down there new bumper trim is broken hood on crooked and rim not replaced just cleaned it.
Fast forward another week they call again saying car is done I get there hood still not lined and won't shut right rim fixed finally gap under driver headlight 3 times bigger then the passenger side finally 1more week go by they say it's done I get there hood still does not shut properly this is my 3rd time coming after they said it's done my insurance agent had enough of them and told me to take to different shop to complete the work they have told me they completed 3 times STAY FAR AWAY

They handled everything just right, great job! They said 5 days and my van was ready in 4 days. A little less than estimate. Every thing was super easy for. I was treated very well.

They did a great job on my car, it was clean and looked brand new. Why I am writing this review is because Herbers doesn’t just fix cars, they also provide customer service and this area needs some work. Front desk staff are unwelcoming and focused on picking a movie over helping customers. I was told different things about the status of my vehicle from different staff. I was told three completely different times of when I could pick up my car, and they made the payment process super complicated when it didn’t have to be. Staff gave me information about payment and later I was told was that the information I was given was against policy? I would probably recommend taking your car here because the mechanic side is great, but just be careful with the front desk staff.

Absolute pleasure to deal with, Abhs was professional and honest from start to finish with my vehicle. Even touched up the carbon fiber hood for me which blew me away, very impressed!

Somehow this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company especially for repairs. I got my car back today finally after 3 long months almost 4 and first thing I notice my mats are gone, dash camera, bluetooth, and paperwork. Next is the best part, my brakes are not working as well as they did before repairs, steering wheel is now clicking, parts of the car more rusted due to being left outside in rain and all that without being taken care of, tires flat, gas empty. I expected some human decency and maybe professionalism, I wish my insurance chose somewhere else. I recommend to anyone seeing this do not use this service it wasn't quick, the updates were terrible, I was told 5 different dates when it would be done. Now my car seems more un drivable than it was without a ignition working

Needed front end replacement along with adjacent parts on my Mazda 6. The job looks good, better than the same work at Carstar. The only problem was they went 3 days over quoted finish date. Started with same day when I called before getting insurance involved. Showed up for appointment day, then it was 2 days quoted. Work got done 4 days after I brought it in and not sure if it would of been that way if I hadn't called in and spoke to the manager.

In short, good work but concerningly over quoted time.

After my truck was parked and hit ended up taking to to herbers, very happy with the work and time frame it was done in, dealt with Eric he explained things perfect.

Took away one star because of the online real-time repair, my truck was not done on the expected day. But no problem, supply chain issues and other unforeseen things can happen I don't mind, but the online estimated completion date just kept geiing bumped up by a day. This happend 5 times. I think it would be better just to give a worse case expected completion date. That way chances are vehicles will be done before that date and customer will think you got it done early. Instead of done on the 20,21,23 etc which was annoying

But would totally go back, was so nice to see my truck looking like new, Would just ignore the online tracker and just wait for a phone call,

Honestly… one of the best and smoothest experiences I have ever had with ANY business! I hear about so many horror stories when it comes to insurance claims and repairs, and maybe I was one of the lucky few, but the people at Herbers made everything so easy and went above and beyond for me. Even understood when it was going to be a few days before I could pick up my vehicle. Thank you for making a less than ideal situation turn into an amazing one… from repair quality, all the way to customer service!

They did the repairs on my car after someone hit me. They were polite, friendly, and professional. The repairs were done quickly and my car looked good as new. I was very pleased

When I brought the vehicle in for repair, I received a friendly greeting.
All my questions were answered with an offer of a rental vehicle. I was given a ride home and a ride back whe the vehicle was ready.
After I examined the vehicle at home, I noticed a molding was loose.
When I brought it back, it was fixed almost immediately with no questions asked!
Excellent customer service!

Shortly after arriving in Edmonton from Ontario I was in an accident causing immense damage to my Volkswagen Golf R. Herbers Auto Body took on my vehicle immediately and repaired over 10,000 worth of damage. They were transparent with me over the entire 3 months of having my vehicle in their shop. Any question I had they had an answer for me, and they always made me feel like my vehicle was a top priority of theirs. I will definitely be giving Herbers my buisness in the future without a doubt. The front desk admin team was great, they were fast and efficient! Same goes for the repair team doing their work behind the scenes and getting the repairs I needed. Derrick helped me with the estimate and was honest with me through each step and in answering all my concerns.

Had to replace a front bumper on my truck. Herber’s continues to provide excellent service and that is why I continue to come back for any auto body work. Very fair price as well.

I have a 2015 Camry was checked in on May 27 with tremendous damage on the driver's side panel front to rear. Got it back on June 9,2022, like brand new. Will bring it back after 14 days for paint sealant as I have it before the accident. These guys are good. I highly recommend this place for auto body repair. 7 stars.

The repairs were good and the people were nice. Every time I phoned they were polite and answered my questions or got some who could. I would have my vehicles repaired there again. They also washed my truck and cleaned my mats.

We had my daughters car repaired in January 2022 at Herbers. We had our first quote done at Fix Auto which had came in a lot higher. With the lower estimate at Herbers we were able to get the car repaired and not written off. This car only has 105 000km and is in great shape. So grateful that we were able to have the car repaired and the customer service we received. Something said about a family business and going above and beyond.

My truck was in and out in 5 days and the work done on it was perfect. The paint work done was absolutely mint! This shop sets the bar high. Thanks goes out to everyone there.

The people at Herbers Autobody are very friendly. Their quote on was not the cheapest or the most expensive (the cheaper quote did not include as much work as Herbers). The work I required was for a minor but deep scratch. They completed the work in the promised time and I received my vehicle back repaired as promise and cleaned inside and out. Well done Herbers. I will recommend them and if I ever need body work done again (hopefully not) I will return.

Well …one always hates to be a repeat customer but Zak helped us out again and we got the door repair where it lost the battle to a cement block! I recently had my car repaired at Herbers after I was rear ended. The third party wanted to avoid going through insurance so I was looking for a reliable repair shop.

The team at Herbers was able to get me an estimate right away, along with an expected timeline for repair. Herbers also offered a rental vehicle for the duration of the repair at a very reasonable cost. This made it much easier for me not having to coordinate with a vehicle rental.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Usually when I go to auto body shops, I feels that I am wasting their time and belittled for not knowing much about vehicles so I was quite nervous taking my vehicle in for some minor repairs. Herbers was on the list of approved shops from my insurance and was also recommended by my coworker and I was not disappointed. My vehicle looks brand new and it was even detailed before handed back to me (literally it was cleaner at pick up then drop off). I was pleasantly surprised how easy pick up and drop off was. Jessica was professional and friendly and did an amazing job in checking me in and explaining to my confused morning brain what to do next and what to expect in the next few days. I was given a ride to Enterprise by an also very friendly guy and was comfortable leaving my vehicle their care. At pick up someone came out with me to check the repairs and made sure I was happy with what was done.
I wish I could personally thank all the staff that helped me and worked on my vehicle! Thank-you everybody at Herbers for taking good care of me and doing an amazing job on my vehicle, if I need anything fixed again, I will sure to be back!:)

I recently had my 2013 f150 repaired at this location and from the initial estimate to the completion of my truck, Zak and his team were very informative and helpful throughout the process, i would highly recommend getting any work done here my truck looks brand new again and i have no complaints whatsoever.

Really impressive turnaround time on having the door replaced on my Jetta! It was a full 24 hours faster than expected. My car looks good as new and what really blew my mind was the fact that they had cleaned my car! Inside and out! Seriously I pressed by this detail! I was continually receiving email updates on the progress of the repair process plus receiving and dropping off the rental car was seamless. Thank you so much for taking great care of me and my car!
