I recently had autobody repairs done at the Herbers North location. I was extremely pleased with the high level of service I’ve received. The staff was very helpful and professional. They made sure to keep me updated with every step of the repairs needed. I would highly recommend them!

Herbers at 6003 125 Ave is amazing! Not only were they polite, quick, and efficient, they went above and beyond! Someone backed into me in a parking lot, so my insurance sent me to Herbers. My car was repaired in less than a week! Also, not only did they wash the outside of my car, they completely vacuumed and cleaned the inside as well. Everything went well glad I had a Renta as it took time to get parts in ee pd for some switch for my gas tank to open and it does not work. But everyone was very good to deal with still had a lot of scratches on my vehicle due to glass and the car was not cleaned

This shop was fast and efficient. The agent described exactly what was needed to be done and answered my questions knowledgeably. The repairs were finished in the time schedule they noted. The only thing I did not like was the location. In and out of unfamiliar streets. One street blocked by construction. Otherwise I am a happy customer.

I got my vehicle repaired by Herbers North
When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was Dusty and filthy dirty, fingerprints all over the vehicle and muddy shoes inside the vehicle

Someone tried to steal my F250 and damaged my driver-side door and left a puncture hole in the door and wrecked the door handle. I was unable to get into this truck after. I called Herbers and they were able to get me in in a timely fashion. I dealt with Brian and he was very knowledgeable. There was no delay in getting my vehicle in and the estimate of when it would be ready & the cost was spot on. You can also go on their website for updates on the progress of the repair. This is such a fantastic feature and was pleasantly surprised with this. They even picked me up to pick up my vehicle. The truck was spotless and shiny inside and out. The repair job was excellent and my door works better than it ever did. I also had some other minor work done, not related to the attempted theft and the price was very reasonable. I am very impressed with this autobody repair shop and would highly recommend it.

This is my second time that I had business with Herbers Autobody Repair (North branch). They never failed me. As always, they did an excellent job on my Sta. Fe. The repaired the big dent at the back-left of the car and replaced the front right moulding. Now my car looks brand new after the accident. Note that they did not only repair my car but also they cleaned it, in and out- without additional charge. The people working there, from the estimator, to the receptionist, to the driver who brought me home and picked me up, were very friendly, polite and respectful. The bill was a lot cheaper as compared to others. This branch is highly recommendable. I will always do business with them.

Herbers recently completed some bodywork on my vehicle and everything went smoothly. They have an online system that kept me up-to-date on the status of the repairs from start to completion. The repairs were completed sooner than expected.

I was rear ended and my insurance booked me to this shop since it’s the closest to home. Went there on friday and was told to leave vehicle on wednesday and will be able to pick up the vehicle thursday. It was pretty fast serivce and the people who work here are so pleasant. Brian explained everything about the process. My front bumper is damaged bcoz someone hit it while at walmart and planning to come back for the replacement for sure. Thanks Herber’s for an efficient customer service! Kudos!

“Did we use this business? ” We opted not after the quote process for the following reasons:

A bit of a surreal experience. Without reading too many of these reviews, my assumption is that the quality of their repair must indeed be top notch, since their customer care and quoting services… are not.

Our “certified repair estimator” defined a new type for me: the sleazy car salesman of repair estimation. Do these employees earn commission on their repair estimates? Because that’s certainly what it felt like, and in the most ineffectual of ways.

First impressions got us off to a poor start right off the hop. Being aware of our presence, our “estimator” nevertheless declined to make eye contact or greet until he’d finished completing his rounds and refreshing his coffee. When he was good and ready, he still declined eye contact, instead leading us to our own vehicle with all the energy and enthusiasm of an angsty and inconvenienced teenager.

After a 20 second glance at our door, his first declaration was immediately that we’d have to replace the entire thing. This initial estimate was for 1500. When pressed, he finally fetched his actual repair tech, “the German” (who, for the record, made a far better first impression even before speaking), to confirm. Our estimator worked very hard at this point to keep his conversation between the tech and himself, going as far as to whisper in front of me. Nevertheless, I gleaned what I’d already come in there knowing, that the door was absolutely repairable (not needing replacement) and that that “would save (me) a lot of money” - something that seemed to visibly irritate our estimator.

Next step was to summarize the estimate, something we (my partner and I) opted to wait outside for. After this seemed to be taking an inordinate amount of time, we went back inside to find our estimator labouring over his computer with schematics for our vehicle in the background. Our estimate had gone up to 2300+. He seemed very much to be looking laboriously for any little detail he could throw in to increase the cost. We left.

He then called us, leaving a voicemail saying “not sure what happened. ” Well now, sir, I hope this dispenses with any doubt: Whether your work or estimation was in actual fact honest or not, you created the very distinctive impression that we were being conned… So we’re going elsewhere.

Service was excellent. They kept me posted on progress. They were able to find a part that expedited the repairs. They are great at what they do.

Was in a car accident and Herbers north is the shop I chose to do my claim with and let me tell you! I won’t go anywhere else after all the great service I have received from Herbers NORTH ️ I am truly grateful for all of them there, treated me so well and they went above and beyond for my vehicle and it’s repairs, even cleaned the inside of my SUV for me! Knowing I have children and a dog who have made it cluttered and dirty on the inside lol just take my advice, use Herbers auto body for whatever kind of care you car needs ️

The staff gere are absolutely amazing. They took great care of me and my vehicle. The updates were rapid and kept me informed, process was easy. Couldn't have asked for better.

I have been dealing with Herbers since 1996. It started with a 1964 ford galaxie they painted for my father and I. I just picked up my trail blazer from them and it looks better than how it came off the show room floor. Dealing with the front end staff Lola and Michelle (who both are the bomb diggity) made having a crash painless. Brian went above and beyond like always. Had minor body damage to very new SUV. Needed the rear door shell repaired and various trims replaced. Once all plastic trim parts came in, Herbers Autobody Repair got the vehicle fixed up within days. Had concerns about future rust and they made sure the area was rust protected. I'm relatively new to Edmonton and brought my vehicle into Herbers for minor front end repairs based on the reviews I had read online and on the recommendation from a coworker. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. It was a completely hassle free experience from start to finish. They took time to explain the different service options available following the initial inspection and allowed me time time to review and consider each, before making a decision. They also offered free shuttle service to drop me off at work while they completed the repairs and returned the vehicle to me in excellent condition both inside and out. North side Herbers has the most WONDERFUL staff to deal with. They provide updates daily on where they are at with your repairs, my vehicle was done way earlier than expected AND they gave me an interior detailing which was a nice bonus. LOLA- incredibly polite and on top of everything. She is very pleasant to deal with. ASHLEY- we only briefly spoke, but her bubbly personality made her really easy to speak to and she was so informative, knew her stuff and even answered my ridiculous questions with a smile. If you are thinking about collision repair I promise you they will not disappoint (lifetime warranty people). I’ve been to other Herbers but THIS LOCATION by far has the best staff I’ve encountered. I went to Herbers for the first time to get my bumper repainted due to someone backing into me.

The whole process with Herbers was quick and of high-quality. Brian who gave me my quote was very friendly and easy to work with. Herber's arranged for my car rental and for someone from the company to pick me up.
They estimated a 3 day repair but had it done in just less than 24h
This is the second time I have used Herber's (same location) and was more than pleased with the quality of their repairs on both occasions.
Herber's is an accepted repair place with most if not all ins companies.

I was worried about dealing with getting my car fixed after being rear-ended by an out-of-province driver, however Herbers made it all super easy! They handled all of the insurance for me, including sending my info to enterprise and booking my rental car for me. My car looks good as new and they even polished my rims and vacuumed the interior on top of washing it! I highly recommend them!

I was 100% satisfied with the work done on my vehicle and the customer service I received was exceptional. I was kept informed on the progress of my repair and it was done quickly! They even installed the tail light I provided free of charge! I got a great deal on a new windshield as well so I got them to install that while the repairs were being done.

I took my vehicle in for a estimate and then the work to be done. I appreciated the fact that they looked at the vehicle and did a estimate for the insurance company and then ordered the parts in so that there wouldnt be any delays on the day of servicing. Took my uncles car here to fix the door and get a new lock on. It was done 24 hours later and looks fantastic. They also detailed his car. The inside and outside of the vehicle looks great. Would definitely bring my car here if I need body work done. The staff were very friendly and it was very clean and easy to find.
