After receiving a reminder notification, just in case I forgot my appt, I drove my fusion to Herbers in Leduc. Checked my vehicle in to a gal with a good sense of humor and very welcoming smile. She told me it would probably be a couple of days but they would call me. Indeed it was a couple of days and I received my keys after a thorough walk around. When I sat in my car I realized they had washed not just the exterior but vacuumed and wiped down the interior as well. Very pleased with their service and do highly recommend Herbers in Leduc.

Have nothing but great things to say about the Herbers Leduc location. Auto accidents are never an enjoyable experience, but dealing with Herbers took one less stress away from me. The friendly staff was always there to answer my questions and keep me updated on the status of my vehicle even when my insurance company was hard to contact. My claim was over the holiday season, they did everything they could to get the ball rolling and avoid any delays. The auto body work they completed is outstanding, I would highly recommend everyone use this location, you will not be disappointed!

I heard good things about Herbers so I chose Leduc Location after my wife had an accident with our brand new CRV. It took 6 months to get the repair done, I understand that was due to Covid.after I picked up our CRV, I found multiple mistakes, They are working on it to get it fixed. I kept on finding more and more errors and that is what making me upset with Herbers. Front staff is very helpful, Jeff (leader) is happy to fix my findings but I am not sure about the back staff who worked on my vehicle. Each time I find something new they didn't fix at the first time I hate myself for trusting Herbers' reputation.

My front bumper was backed into I brought it into the nice people at herbers and my front bumper came out just like brand new I’m very happy with the service!

Brought my truck here after my garage door dropped on top of the roof of my truck. After repair I had water leaking into my truck so I brought it back and they re- sealed the windshield. Leak was still there so I brought it back again and the put in a brand new windshield free of charge. Turns out my old windshield was warped and wouldnt hold its seal. Both times they gave a free loaner vehicle while they had my truck. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful every time. And the guys in the back did great quality work on my truck. I'm a mechanic myself so I'm very picky about others working on my vehicle. Would definitely bring a vehicle here again!

My vehicle was taken to Herbers Leduc after a scary hit & run and they were so friendly and understanding, were communicative the whole time and made the experience way less painful than it could have been. During the unfortunate and stressful time of needing your vehicle repaired it´s important to have people assisting you. Such was the case when I required assistance from Herbers Autobody Repair in Leduc AB.in repairing my one month old 2021 dodge 1500 with less than 5,000 km on it. Lisa at Herbers made sure all went smooth from obtaining a rental car, communicating with the Insurance Company to making sure the repair kept on schedule. Had one of my cars repaired last year and another repaired this year (bad luck - for neither was I at fault). In both cases the customer service at Herbers in Leduc was great - the work was done quickly and I was kept informed of the progress. The paint matched perfectly and the car was cleaned and ready for delivery on schedule.

They we quick on getting us in to get quoted, the quote done by Lisa was quick to be emailed, they worked with us on time frame when I would be out of town and had it completed before I was back. It was washed, and warmed up when I got there, Ashley at the front was awesome to deal with!

I had some slight body damage repaired on a truck that I recently purchased and I have absolutely no complaints on any level regarding the work Herbers performed. They were courteous, prompt and quality of work is excellent. I have no qualms recommending them.

They have amazing customer service! They gave me an estimate that was very accurate. As well service that was prompt. I was very impressed.

So far excellent customer service. The insurance company representing the person who smashed into my car is refusing to settle and won't provide the ok to repair my vehicle. Hopefully Herbers can get it fixed at my cost and I will proceed with the multi million dollar legal suit. Herbers paperwork will be essential for the case. Took the vehicle in after some significant damage. The quote was prepared quickly and the vehicle was in without delay. The work was very professional, on time and on budget. In addition everyone was very focused on the customer. Herbers Leduc is a very well run shop!

Unfortunately I have been to herbers in Leduc 3 separate times this year. This year was the first time ever needing an autobody shop. Every time I get great customer service from everyone I deal with. The repairs were done right and on time. Should I need repairs again I would go to Herbers!

I had my car taken in for an insurance repair. The staff is amazing, easy to talk with, very responsive and they stay on top of every step of the way. It was a seamless customer experience for me and Herbers Leduc is now my trusted autobody repair go to!

Overall a good experience. Vehicle was repaired and perfectly paint matched (after a little mix up) they fixed there mistake and only kept my car an extra day. So no complaints and they were very helpful and professional.

Five outta Five would bring my smashed up vehicle here again. (not that I wanna smash my car up, but if it happens again I would be more than happy to bring it back again to make it look good as new.)

I own two vehicles, one being my work truck that I use in the oilfield that has specialized equipment in it, and the other being my summer driving muscle car. And both of these vehicles have been taken to Herbers Auto Body in Leduc AB for very different types of repairs.

My first visit to Herbers Auto Body in Leduc Alberta was for my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 double cab All terrain. Now keep in mind this is my personnel work truck that is all decked out with oilfield stuff. I had my vehicle parked in a work parking lot over night as I was out on a job when some dummies decided that it would be a good idea to break into my truck and steal everything except for the change in the cup holder. That being said I had the back seat of my vehicle removed and had a industrial grade power converter, custom downward facing sub/work bench, amp, 2 way radio, and beacon light all bolted to my truck…. To make it all worse they cut all the wires rather than just pulling them out, so all the wires had to be re done. Not only that they scuffed and scratched the leather with their soiled shoes of mischief. The way they got into my vehicle was through the drivers side door by yanking the window down and breaking my window air cover….
So long story short I had a bunch of custom stuff in my truck that is more than the typical vehicle and had it all done at like 4 different places, and had to get new leather seat covers installed. They took my vehicle in and did all the leg work and running around to get it all installed and looking like new. Making a not so good experience of my vehicle getting broken into, into a much less stressful time.

My second story is that I have a 2010 Ford Mustang GT with Lambo doors, custom decal and aftermarket parts on it. I had someone back up into my vehicle at a set of lights, damaging my front bumper…. But unfortunately I had all aftermarket parts with a chin spoiler and decal on it. Not only that my car also had lambo door hinges making it a bit of a different car to enter and exit that can easily be damaged if you don’t treat them nicely. They handled my car as if it was a real Lambo or super car and ensured that they kept it safe during its time there. Also they did all the leg work and reinstalling of the aftermarket parts and decal on it.

For both of these times they have been super easy to book and set up times that worked for me, handled my custom vehicle needs, kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs, handled the insurance company, the rental car place is super close and they set it all up if you need it, and the quality of the repairs have been good as new and or better.
I work as an Industrial Coating Inspector, and my dad also works/Teaches the Industrial coating course as well is a red seal journeyman auto body mechanic. So between the two of us we are able to pick out issues with paint and repairs very easily if things are not done correctly with are super coating inspection vision eyes! And all has been done to a professional standard. And even if a person didn’t see something and noticed it later on, Herbers has a great warranty for their work!

Would recommend the use of their services for all Automotive repair needs, internal and external, paint to lightbulbs Herbers got you not only covered with a new coat of paint, but also with quality workmanship.also they offer very competitive prices for their work! So if you have to pay out of pocket you don't have to worry about being over charged.

Had insurance dispute after they deemed some minor bumper damage (no mechanical damage) a total loss. 4 other body shops disagreed with their appraisal and said vehicle was not a write-off. Did some digging and found we weren’t the only ones who’ve been gouged here. Filed a complaint with AMVIC. Terrible ordeal.

I worked with Kelly and his customer service was amazing. As for the work, my back number had to be redone and it's the best looking thing on my truck right now! They also cleaned my dash, windshield and sprayed done my truck. 10/10 would bring my vehicle back to this establishment.

After I had received my estimate, I was able to get in the next week to get my car fixed! They were super efficient with fixing the sent!
