Garbage jab. Orange pill still showing tell garbage preparation has to be gone 800 before painting and they paint top of it. Even the paint is dry.wow What a messy job. I dont think they dont have supervisor. All jobs are done by apprenticeship idiots. Also Im apprenticeship, and we dont work like this. The door and quarter have gaps tell awful estimator job. I wouldn't bring my family vehicles here ever again and dealing with unknowledgeable people. Good images of herbers are gone. I ll tell my insurance and will go somewhere else

Herbers south replaced the front bumper on my 4runner. They did an amazing job.also, they cleaned the interiors of the truck.was shiny.amazing stuff.

Fast repair, excellent coordination with rental company, cleaned the interior of my car for me. Amazing communication.

My service situation was complicated by the the fact that between the time my service date arrived a month or so after making an appointment, my vehicle’s engine seized due to a manufacturer defect a couple of days before my scheduled service date!
All of the repairs to replace the car’s engine took several months. I kept in touch with Jason at your Edmonton South location and he was so understanding and helpful and kept in touch with me and helped me reschedule the work.
When the work was complete and I picked up my vehicle, he and I noticed that the tailgate was difficult for me to raise, so he checked the tailgate apparatus and checked with my insurance company and ordered the needed parts right away. Within a short time the work on my car was completed.
After driving home after the initials work was completed, to my surprise I noticed that my car had been completely and expertly detailed inside and I was so appreciative I let him know right away!
Now that is true customer service!
All of the other staff I encountered were very friendly and excellent at listening to my questions and concerns and working with me to make my experience a positive one.
They should all be thanked!

For the most part it was a very good job they did. But they forgot to put on two parts when i picked up my car. They told me they would call when the parts showed up. I waited over a month and had no call. I called them and they said it arrived but they lost it. About 2 weeks go by and still no call. When i called back they had the parts. I go in to get it replaced and they tell me one of the parts is wrong and they would call me once the right part shows up.i think you know where this is going.been almost a year now and still no call.but its ok ill keep waiting. Cross my fingers.

I cannot understand how they have 4.7 stars. I changed my rear glass and some of dent of trunk hood caused by vandalism. It was just $2000 job and it takes over 2 months. I kept to ask update of my vehicle status and everyone who work at there said all the different and it will be soon. I've been there during fix my vehicle and I saw my vehicle abandoned. Battery was totally gone. After 2 months I get there to return my vehicle, I was really surprised. The vehicle that they said ready for pick up was turned engine light and not working properly. I paid more money to fix my vehicle. Don't go there! Horrible!

My vehicle was rear-ending in the summer. The staff at Herbers Parsons Road were courteous and helpful, from initial damage inspection to the return of my repaired car within the estimated time for repairs. Thanks Herbers Team, you helped to reduced some of the stress during that period.

I brought my car at Herbers Parson because I got rear ended last september. I took my car Monday Nov 7th and was really glad to have it back by friday the 11th.they always send an update with the progress of repair. Staff are super nice and helpful. The two lovely receptionist are very nice always smiling and ready to help.

Referred to Herbers by my insurance company but they claimed I couldn't get my vehicle in for 2 months. Went to another auto body shop and got my vehicle in within the week.

Staff at this location is very well organized and friendly. Vehicle inspection and service both completed on time. Didn’t have to wait at all. Another highlight, the carwash these guys do after service, is far great from the one you’d normally get at dealerships. Recommended!

Want to start by saying the 1 star has nothing to do with the front staff, they were very polite and easy to deal with. They kept me up to date on everything happening and made sure I was in and out quickly.

HOWEVER.the work completed is very poor quality.paint color doesn't match, orange peel over every area they painted, scratch on my inner door panel, they polished through the paint on the back, dust and dirt in the clear coat, grease on my doors and windows.my car is gross inside, smells like paint a shop, clean up after the job, 0 out of 10. I coipd go on but im sure you get the point.all in all very disappointed in the quality control and the over all job competition. In my eyes they rushed the job.

My son did really want to win an iPad though

Herberts was amazing! Our explorer was run into and needed a new rear door and quarter panel fixed. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and have a working relationship with a rental car place to take you to and from. When we got our car back it looked better than it has in years (it was so clean I almost didn’t recognize it:) ). The staff, communication, and workmanship were all top notch. Can’t recommend highly enough.

My Toyota RAV4 had been rear-ended a few weeks ago and I chose Herbers Autobody on (Parsons Road-Edmonton) to do the repairs from the pre-selected Auto Repair Businesses my insurance company gave me.
I’m so glad I did! Upon entering the front door, I was greeted by smiling eyes (masks being required) of the friendly staff. After a ‘pre- estimate’ (which was done efficiently and quickly) I was phoned with a date to bring my vehicle in to be fixed.
I was sent emails to remind me of my appointment, as well as phone calls.
My vehicle’s repairs were quickly and again efficiently done! The estimate was the actual cost with no extra costs over and above the quote!

This location fixed my jeep after a unfortunate incident with a deer. I sent a request through their website and heard back the same day. Within a day I was booked for my jeep to be fixed and parts ordered. Their prices were the best between the 4 places I received quotes from, and their work was OEM standard work. I will deff bring my vehicle back here if, god help me, anything happens again. Talk to Bryanne as she was super helpful and kept in contact every step of the way! Also, they have an online tracking program for their repairs to keep you informed as well. 5/5 would recommend.

Good company with excellent service, took my car in to the herbers on 75th street and had an issue with the replacement part a few weeks after I got my car back, took it in and now I’m in the process of waiting for the part to come in and get it fixed again. *Note took my car to the herbers on 75th street but all herbers locations have excellent service and staff*

I brought my car in to have my back bumper replaced. Herbers did a incredible job, in one day. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car, which was much appreciated, as very messy. Will always go back to Herbers, if I need work done again.

As always their service is top notch. This is the second time I used their service, and again the job done was spotless. We had a very positive experience with Herbers. We came upon a bit of an issue partway through the repair job, and I was really impressed with how professionally they (Lodi in particular) handled it and took care of everything.

Went in to fix a peeled off body panel on my Tiguan. I think VW should have fixed it since it was clearly their error.but anyways. Herbers did a great job. Everyone I talked to was professional and polite. The price was great, compared to other autobody shops. The work that they did, makes the car look like there was never even an problem with the body. They also gave me a shuttle service home, and offered to give me one back to the shop when they were done. The car was finished in about 2 hours, and they made the whole situation super easy and smooth sailing. I'll be bringing my other car there later this month, since they did such a good job already.

Update: brought my other car there. A 2015 baby blue beetle for preventative maintenance, a new paint job to fix rock chips and a new 3m coating to help rock chips. The car took a bit longer than we thought, but they kept me updated the whole time. They have a portal you can log into to check on the progress of the car. Very cool! They gave me a shuttle both to and from the shop.

Update: Came home and looked at my beetle a bit harder. There was a piece of sand stuck between the 3m coating and the car, so called them about it and they said to come into the shop sometime. I talked to the manager and then she tried to convince me it was a air bubble (it wasn't), then it was a rock chip (somehow under the coating? No). Eventually she agreed it was dirt, and said i'd have to make an appt to come back and get the whole thing redone. But getting this done in the first place took about 2 days. 2 days I had to take off work since I NEED my car for work. Are you expecting me to do the whole process again and take even more days off work? She didn't seem very apologetic and more that me pointing out the mistake was annoying her.

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! This was my first accident and they made me feel at ease and well taken care of. They honour their warranty without question and have always been understanding and address my concerns without hesitation! It has been a positive experience every time I have needed them!

I had bodywork done on my car and was amazed at how perfect it was done, so very happy with the whole process. Beginning with dropping my car off, getting a ride to rental agency to picking car up a completely clean car 3 days later. Staff was completely helpful using email for contacting me as I’m deaf.

I am quite satisfied with the services including customer services and the job done on my car. It was completed exactly according to their initial estimate including cost and time of delivery.

My insurance company has recommended this place. After having issues with the prior place. I decided to give them a shot. This place was courteous and friendly. They are fairly busy. But stick to their work. They warranty their work for as long as you own the vehicle. I had taken my vehicle to them in 2020 February. They replaced my bumper as it was cracked and a hole in it. The replacement bumper I had issues with, remembered their warranty statement. And they were very good with the warranty work. I highly recommend this place. I love their status update page where you can actively see the progress of your vehicle. 11/10!

Horrible experience here.customer service is good but body shop not. I had my truck door replaced and painted after a hit and run. The texture and finish is off with the paint. Not the same finish and orange peel texture.
Also lots of swirls under the paint.looks so bad compared to my factory paint. Took them 3 times to get it like this.
I wouldn't recommend this place for body jobs and paint jobs.

My car went in for a collision repair. The price was far below what I had expected. The work and service exceeded my expectations. I am very happy!

Great company being in business for a long time, I used them in November 2020 for accident repairs, then just got my vehicle fix for an accident in August 2021. When I asked the front desk staff about a quote/repair for my JDM car which was involved in a hit and run accident. They said it would be fine for it to come in, so we made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived they immediately denied service since it was a right hand drive car. It was a waste of time, and not professional

They help if you need to rent a car or want to be dropped off. At the end, my car was also totally cleaned at no cost. It was sparkling when I got it! Very unfortunate experience. Brought my vehicle in to get the bumper fixed after being rear ended. First scheduled appointment the shop failed to inspect the part they ordered prior to my arrival and dropping off the car. The part was damaged and could not be used and I had to reschedule the repair another few weeks into the future (this is after the car was there for a few hours in the morning and I had already worked out a rental vehicle for the duration of the repair). Went in for the second appointment and they appeared surprised by my arrival. This was further evident by the fact that the car rental company they had purported to schedule me with had no idea I was picking up a vehicle that morning.

After the work was completed we picked up the vehicle and, upon exiting the lot, noticed one of our tires was going flat and we ended up having to replace it. I called the shop to express my concern and no one bothered to return the call. For a shop that expresses customer service as an important aspect of their business they definitely show a seriously lack of understanding of what that means.

Update:

Herbers did a great job rectifying the situation described above after the fact. Management took it into their hands to discover why this occurred, discuss it with me, and note actions on a go forward basis. Quality of work was great and would use the shop again.

Herbers did a good job repairing my car. Fast. Real time update by text. And they coordinated with Enterprise for my rental pick up too.
