O stars was not an option. After coming in for a return, I was told they could not give me a physical gift card or receipt, but could just give the gift card number at check out next time. The man (mid 30's) assured me everything would be fine. As I live 3 hours away, I called to confirm and see if I could use it online. Left multiple messages that were never returned despite the employees assuring me they would get the owner to call me back. Finally Dm'd them on instagram and got told since they switched systems they have no record of it and cannot honor my $80-$100 gift card. As a full time student who makes minimum wage, I was counting on this money. I am very disappointed and will continue to tell others of my experience with hercs unless they reach out to try to fix this.

This location is my go to for all my supplement needs. Vik is extremely knowledgeable. Love this place! Great selection, really good prices and amazing staff as well.

And make sure to try his protein shakes! They are absolutely delicious! Cookies and cream is my personal favourite.

Walked in for the first time for some protein bars but stayed for the amazing service! There a million supplement stores out there to choose from, but this guy truly cares about the customer. He's a family man first and always happy to help. He's honest, has great staff helping him out, and carries all the best brands. From clothing, to protien, to the best shakes in town, Hercs YEG truly is a one stop shop. He has brought in several products at the request of customers, and continues to offer the best deals in town.

The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested that my bf try Creed protein. Let him know that it was similar to the protein he is already using. The cost for the protein was reasonable too, actually it was $20 cheaper than the current protein we buy. My bf tried it and loves it. Said the taste was awesome and it doesn't feel heavy in his stomach either. He's very happy the owner made the suggestion to buy Creed! I also got a t-shirt too and will definitely be repping that shirt the next time I go to the gym. Looking forward to coming back to this location. I want to try out their protein shakes, they sound amazing!

This Herc's is the most knowledgeable nutrition store I've been too! They are so nice and have a HUGE selection! My husband and I travel from Spruce Grove to buy our goods from here! Deff recommend checking them out.
