Best of all, when she didn’t have an immediate answer for me, she took the time to find out or ask one of her colleagues. Highly recommend. I love my new CRV.

Was dealing with Mike Jenna's in sales, as well as Andrew, and Malick (I believe was his name) on a pending purchase of a 2018 civic si Coupe, there were some issues with the vehicle that heritage Honda was to be fixing and we had an agreement that I would come back once repairs were completed to look at the vehicle a second time on February 25th (Saturday) as per our conversation on (February 14) and move forward on the deal, I then discovered today (February 21) that the vehicle had been taken off the website so I called to find out a update and was told the vehicle had been sold, I get that whoever has cash in hand has fair opportunity to purchase a vehicle but I am disappointed in the lack of communication and courtesy to of given me a call to let me know there was other interest in the vehicle I would have secured the deal if I had of known, the lack of communication and courtesy to call me was not very professional.

Picked up a used car at this place. The customer service from Jay and Natasha was very good. I took away 3 stars cause of the mechanics job on checking the car for delivery day. When i got a checklist on what they checked before i picked the car up they specified they worked on getting my brakes and wipers checked. I am day 2 in the car now and i already have 'brake fluid' notification that was due in OCT 2022 and they have not resolved that on top of my wipers being absolute dog pile the windshield fluid does not even spray after 3 times of using it? Brakes were obviously not checked because there is just a constant squeaking every time i brake now and i absolutely hate the fact that i know the mechanic did not do his job properly. Also on delivery day he was talking in a very rude tone to one of the salespersons which really surprised me. Like have some common decency, at least the salesperson is doing his job right HAHAHA.

Fantastic experience with Heritage Honda! I was taking over a lease and they made the process simple, easy, and quick! I had some questions about the paperwork and came in to the location to figure things out. The employees at the front were extremely helpful and friendly and went and got somebody immediately to make sure I had all my questions answered!

Absolutely brutal service and product representation. Looked at a possible trading vehicle from one of their sister stores with no answers to any of the mysterious issues the vehicle displayed. Communication with the representatives at the the dealership was was a huge void as well. People are busy and you should appreciate your customers time and feedback.

BEWARE OF THEIR CROOKED MECHANIC!
With the vehicle running totally fine, I recently got my van serviced here at HERITAGE HONDA CALGARY for "intermittent" random misfire code, instead of spending time to diagnose the main issue which Im paying for.they inspect other stuff and recommended things like wheel alignment, power steering fluid needs to be change etc.which are not the main concern. With service advisor, I asked about the main issue and told me that its recommended for valve adjustment that will cost me $800+. I asked if they check basic things like spark plugs, battery etc.before jumping into big job and told me that "THEY CHECK ALL THE SPARK PLUG and all are good", so I told them to go ahead with the valve adjustment repair, the following morning my wife drove the vehicle to work and told me that the vehicle is dragging (loss of power) significantly and continously while driving 100km/hr on highway and noticed that it started spitting oil on exaust after the fact. I asked my wife to bring the vehicle back to them and get it looked at again then service advisor told me that "sparkplug on cylinder 1 is damaged" and would need to replace piston rings which would cost $7000 for repair. I told them that something happen after the valve adjustment that causes spark plug on cylinder 1 now being damaged, service manager never spoke to me which I asked for and felt that I've been brushed off! They refunded me $500 for wrong diagnosis as a scape goat but I have a engine that was damaged after the fact, now I have to dispose the vehicle due to safety concern for my kids and family.with all the clear documented service report by technician, general manager Corey Black just offered me DISCOUNT for FUTURE REPAIR and discount for PURCHACING NEW VEHICLE TO THEM (like seriously? ! Not all people can afford new vehicle or $7000 repair just like that!). I WONT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

The staff at Heritage Honda are amazing! We worked with Tommy and Matthias to purchase our vehicle and they went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. We were never pressured to get a vehicle above our price range, they accommodated us coming in after work to look at vehicles even though it made for some late evenings for them, and they were very creative in working around our transportation struggles (both of our vehicles died - hence the need for car shopping). Both Tommy and Matthias (and all thr staff!) were very friendly and they made us feel like friends rather than 'just' clients. Thank you for a great car buying experience! I would highly recommend contacting Heritage Honda to service a vehicle you already own or if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I live in Saskatoon and my 2020 Honda Sports Accord with a manual transmission was a write-off in an accident with a semi. Fortunately, I was able to locate a 2019 Honda Sports Accord with a manual transmission at Heritage Honda in Calgary through an online search. Max Edwards was wonderful to work with in the purchase of this Honda, Mathias Rayner sent me an excellent walk around and interior video of the car pointing out various features, and Thomas Kerstrong was great on the financial aspects and shipping. This stressful experience resulted in me obtaining a fabulous car that I very much enjoy driving. Given the distance involved with the remote sale and the costs, I am so thrilled that they were such a trustworthy team that worked together to meet my needs in obtaining another Honda Sport Accord with a manual transmission. They even located the winter tires on rims and gave to me after the sale was completed. All and all a very positive experience.

I had a great time buying my car at Heritage Honda. Matthias Rayne helped me select my car and Melanie Ashead helped me finance it. They both are extremely professional, always smiling and very knowledgeable. When i went in, my car was ready and sanitized to test drive -> Matthias answered my questions without any pressure to purchase -> Melanie contacted me for financing details and made an online presentation (due to COVID) for all the options/packages -> we went in to pick up the car, signed papers, Matthias took our pictures and done:)

One thing I would like everyone to caution is Matthias joke on your day to pick up the car. I can't tell because I don't want to spoil the fun but you all can find out by buying a car from him and please do - a request from a happy customer. Thanks Matthias.

Thank you Corey, Gady, Ben, Arianna, and David for making my 2nd car buying experience 1000x better than my first. Heritage Honda has definitely renewed my faith in car dealerships. They break down their pricing in detail so I was never left wondering if there were any hidden fee's and I knew exactly what I was paying for. I was never pressured or coerced into buying any of the additional car protection and insurance options they had to offer. They answered all my questions with clarity and transparency. I was able to pick up my car the next day after signing the bill of sale (was fortunate enough that the car I wanted was in stock at the time). If you ever had doubts about car dealerships whether it was from a bad experience or hate the high pressure sales tactics most other dealerships put you through, I highly recommended giving Heritage Honda a visit. 10/10!

I was greeted and attended to by a young sales rep named Malik and I must say he was very approachable and welcoming towards me whilst being at Heritage Honda. He listened to me about what I was trying to get done and tried his best to help me. As the need arises in the future I will definitely consider approaching him again for assistance in seeking a motor vehicle mainly because of his whole demeanor and personality while handling the business. I can say Heritage Honda has a good thing going on and I recommend them to anyone seeking a good place for a nice vehicle

I hope they will improve their customer service. I called their office a month ago regarding some assistance for key fob installation as I lost one of my keys. They told me that somebody will call me back after few days. I patiently wait for over a week before I decided to phone them again and an agent gave me his number and advised me that he’s going to get back to me soon. Fast forward - it’s been more than a month and still, no update. If I could only give zero star, I would?

I purchased a 2020 Honda CR-V Black Edition at Honda Heritage, and I just want to thank Gady for thoroughly explaining the process of buying the car and giving me all the time I need to make an informed decision. I also want to thank Alexis for taking her time to show me how the technology works in the car. Lastly, I want to thank the service department who has been treating my cars with care. I was feeling good about my morning, had a full class to teach, drove in without traffic, sun had peaked through, only to arrive and try to unload my gear and discover that my tailgate was stuck. Like stuck stuck with the tonneau cover locked from the inside. Panic ensued as all of the equipment I needed for my class was in the truck bed. I rushed over to Heritage Honda and tried to convey the emergency to the Customer Service Representative without taking my panic out on her. Danielle understood me perfectly, made it clear that their shop was busy but that she would see if the foreman had any suggestions. Shane not only helped unlock my tonneau cover (which likely left some bruises) he also removed the locking mechanism from the tailgate so I wouldn't have to worry about it jamming again before I can get it looked at more closely. They didn't have to help, and they surely didn't have to drop everything because I had an emergency but they did. Huge *5* thank you to Danielle and Shane- customer service like this is rare!

We recently purchased a 2021 Honda CR-V from Heritage Honda and the experience was great! Our salesman Ben was easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the product. Sam in finance was helpful with choosing the extended warranty, accessories and getting us a great license plate! General manager Corey was accommodating in adding extra value items to our purchase. Overall they have a great team and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

My first experience at Heritage Honda was mostly good. The service department was really responsive with getting me a quote on a repair, and booking me in for service quickly. When I went in for the repair, the gentleman that checked me in and out was great to deal with, and the repair is still looking great.

However, a couple of weeks after the repair, I noticed that my roof antenna stem was missing. I emailed them to see if it had been removed prior to the car wash. I received no response. I called in a couple weeks after that, and the service desk checked, and there were no extra antenna's in the car wash bay at that time. They did take photos of my car prior to the repair, so I probably could've went that route to prove it was there prior to the repair, but I decided to just get transferred to the parts department, since I figured it was a cheap part. Not the case. They wanted $85. Needless to say I didn't purchase there, and I'm disappointed that I'm out of money for the cost of the part.

So overall, pleased about the the repair, but I'll be doing a better check over the car after any future repair.

I shall start by saying that I'm a Happy customer, that is what matters.

Heritage Honda went above and beyond for me. They have provided epic customer service.

My salesperson, Ben, was mind blowing (5), Gady, the sales manager, was very humble and understood my needs. Nada from finance rocked our deal by finalising it for us. All the paper work and everything went very smoothly without any hiccups. The delivery coordinator also kept things very simple and quick.

Even the GM, Cory, was even gracious enough to meet us and sharing his knowledge regarding the future of the automobile industry & Honda’s future cars.

The dealership is far from NE but worth investing your time and money. I would highly recommend them if someone is buying a car, they have provided me with the best deal in comparison to what I was offered by other dealers and exceptional service.

Thank you all for your incredible patience with me and making me a part of the Honda Family.

What can I say about Heritage Honda. This dealership over the past couple of weeks have treated me like I was at a second home.

First of all, my salesperson Ben was phenomenal. Same goes for the finance manager Sam. And last but not least, the GM Cory was even gracious enough to meet with me and make me feel at home.

Heritage Honda went above and beyond for me. They really put the customer first.

If I were to recommend anyone to any car dealership in Calgary, I am absolutely recommending that they visit Heritage Honda and meet this incredible staff.

5 Stars all the way! Thank you all for everything you've done for me over the past few weeks, and your incredible patience with me.

Okay. So I had a very bad experience at Precision Hyundai about five years ago where I was forced to give $500 before they'd check my viability for financing and when I asked if I could have the money back they told me they wouldn't give it back. It very much tainted my view of car salesman. We have a $500 deposit for the same reason here and I fully expected not to get the money back when we realized that the financing rate was too steep. Not with this place. They readily gave the money back and for this reason we will eventually be back. Honda's aren't the cheapest brand but if you look at the write ups online they are certainly a quality car that retains its value. Thank you to Sam and Abeer who were so friendly and accommodating. Even though the deal fell through for my fiance, it went better than I ever expected.

I first purchased my 2018 civic from Heritage Honda in November 2018. Landon made the process super easy for a first time buyer. Even after year one and two passed, he checked in to see how things were going. A week ago I traded in my civic for a 2021 CRV E-XL. I live 6 hours away from the dealership and Alexiss was able to set everything up for me over the phone so it was an easy process once I was there in person. I make the drive to do all of the maintenance required and always love the service I receive! 100% recommend this dealership!

Only giving 2 stars because I'm annoyed that their service and parts department are closed so early on a Saturday. I ordered a part on Friday and was told they would call me on Saturday when it arrives. No call received, so I call them to see if the part is there and they
closed at 1PM. Now I can't finish working on my vehicle to bring it on Monday for a wheel alignment.

So far we very happy with the customer service of the sales team at Heritage Honda. During our recent purchase both Morgan Cairns (who initially showed us the vehicle) & Rob Walsh (who ensured we were able to properly test drive the vehicle before making a decision) were helpful in answering our questions. However, mostly we dealt with Ben Jeffrey who has been very friendly and helpful looking after the sales logistics, giving us a full tour of all the features of the vehicle and ensuring the vehicle was cleaned and detailed for our possession. So far so good! We are hoping this level of customer service & attention to detail continues for years to come.

Jon in service was great! Good communication between us. He was also very friendly and personable. Explained charges accurately, he made sure he checked my history properly to have certain issues fixed under warranty. Very organized location! Good initial contact with service department. I asked for a quote on power steering repair and confirmed it multiple times including when I was dropping the vehicle off only to return home and get a call saying that they quoted me less than 50% of the actual cost.

They offered a car wash then never did it, I paid 80 dollars for a headlight restoration and my headlights look the exact same 24 hours later.

I dropped my car off at 11 and wasn't able to pick it up until ~430 and all they did was tell me my tpms sensors are dead and do a mediocre headlight restoration.

Very disappointed.

With a few Honda dealers out there in Calgary, it's hard to decide on which dealership to deal with. We decided to give Heritage Honda a shot, and boy, was that the best decision ever. We've been on the hunt for a reliable pre-owned vehicle for a while, and dealing with Heritage Honda was just a breeze. We worked with Abeer and I couldn't give her enough credit for what she's done. She was very professional and attentive to our needs from the get go. I never felt pressured or rushed to buy. She presented a couple of options to us based on our needs. I must say, I am always reluctant to walk into dealerships in fear of their selling tactics and pressure. I never felt this way dealing with Abeer. She came off as a very genuine and trustworthy person that truly cares for our needs. I must also give credit to the sales manager Rob. I will never forget the last thing he said to us before leaving his office, and I quote: "I want you to walk happy out of this door". Premium service indeed. I highly recommend Heritage Honda, and we are forever customers to this dealership.

I brought my car in to have a problem with my AC diagnosed and purchase new tires. Jonathan Horne was the service advisor I dealt with. He was able to schedule a loaner car for me during the service visit, enabling me to get to work the next day while they fixed my car. However I had mentioned that if the total cost of repairs and tires exceeded $1400 not to bother with any of the work as the car is old and not worth putting too much money into.

The service department recommended me for $6000 of service and labour, and did not keep my old tires forcing me to purchase the new ones. Jonathan mentioned as I was paying that I should just come back this weekend and trade in my vehicle and that maybe they would offer something for the tires that I had just been forced to purchase.

The primary issue that I had come in for was the AC, which they charged me 230 for, was not even resolved because when I attempted to test the AC on my way home, it did not work.

I would absolutely not recommend going to Heritage Honda.
