Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre

Terrible management. Rude staff. Ok breakfast.
Charged me 25% extra from rate given at checkout. Told me rates change everyday. LOL.
Lots of better hotels down the road. Carpet has never been cleaned also. Keep your shoes on

The hosekeeping staff need to clean the lobby bathrooms more often. Smelled urine as soon as i opened the door. Smelled like it had not been cleaned in several days. DISGUSTING.
The front desk staff were quite nice and the rooms were clean. Very plain, nothing extraordinary. Oh, yeah, only 2 pillows on the bed.
Ice machine was a quite a ways away from my room.
At check out in the morning, i found out that i did not qualify for a free breakfast. REALLY? ALL the hotels i have stayed at provide complimentary hot breakfast. This one does not.
Dirty bathrooms, no breakfast= 1 star in my books. I WILL NOT STAY here again.

I travel quite frequently for work and this hotel is up there with the worst of them. The staff at the front desk are completely lacking any kind of customer service going as far as yelling at one of the owners of the company I work for, for literally looking out a window. * although the restaurant staff were incredible * it doesnt make up for the rest of the hotel experience. The rooms could be fantastic if the heat was turned on and the water was hot (when you shower hot only turned on and its luke warm then freezing after 5 min). Overall my experience here has been very disappointing.   Hopefully this reaches someone who cares about this establishment and things change.

Staff shortage is no excuse for no room service or closing the restaurant, reduce service sure,

No ac in 1st room I stayed in. Couldn’t take the heat and went to front desk saying I couldn’t stay in a hot room like that. She offered to put me in a ac room. Ac blew warm air but at least some kind of air flow. It was 1: 30 in the morning to tired to deal with finding another room somewhere. They did discount my price so I Thank you for that.

Booked my room on the phone a week ago. Got there tonight after a long day of working and driving and was told I didn’t book in time to get an air conditioned room…on a week that is forecasted to be +32C!? When asked why I wasn’t told this on the phone when I booked, was given no explanation. Had to drive over an hour to Medicine Hat to get a different room.

It's been years since I've been there.
But after so many years of being away it was nice to be back and also working a concert with a great bunch of people!

A respectable place to stay. Like a maze to find our room and no elevator so be prepared to haul luggage up a flight of stairs. Air conditioner was noisy and during a hot summer night, the room was not cool. The bed was comfy and had a good breakfast in the morning.

Definitely had a good photographer take their pictures my room didn't have ac and the window didn't open, tub and shower curtain where stained and pipe under sink leaked. Also no ice machines worked

Went to the Season restaurant on December 1st. Got there about quarter after 12 and seated almost immediatelybut waited for a periodOf time for the waitress to bring us menus. My daughter finally got up to ask the waitress for menus so that we could order. She was advised that the menus weren't available until after 2 p.m. And then we had to suffice for what was left of the almost finished brunch buffet. A lot of the food was cold and on some of them they was not enough for everybody. There were not even any offers to bring more out. I don't know if the brunch buffet would have been any better had we got there any earlier. I would not recommend this restaurant for Sunday brunch.
