Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre

Staff are really good to deal with. The restaurant part of the hotel is spot on. Breakfast was perfect, the selections were great. Romms are clean and pillows are a bit to soft but hey it's ok not everyone likes hard pillows. Location is really good to. Easy to find. Kid friendly and wheelchair accessible all over.

Older than dirt rooms. Dirty bathroom, hair on floor, floor dirty, shower head very old and got scalded then freezing water. Cracked tile under shower taps with mold all over tiles and grout. Makeup on towel, sink had toothpaste in it and sink was cracked. Lights burned out in bathroom. When I told the manager about room issues, he just said “I’m here 24 hrs a day & I should’ve gone to him when we noticed the problems. I told him that we didn’t shower before bed so didn’t notice the issues and we got in after 11pm and went right to bed. He brushed me off. Person in pub was rude and we had to wait until there was money from the VLT machines to pay out the cash. Couldn’t put in ticket “cash out” in machine when changing VLT’s for some unknown reason and when asked about it, was just told to wait. Filthy carpets and chairs in both lounge and restaurant. Will never stay there again. Very unacceptable. And what hotel does a $250 deposit? None! Ridiculous!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Caravan Tour. It became apparent very quickly that the sheets are not changed in this establishment. One of the two beds in our hotel room was covered in long black hair. Our friends bed had blood drops on the pillow cases and a wine/red something on the comforter. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that their front desk girl Sara and the dining room/bar girl Jessica were fantastic. Very professional and friendly. Especially Sara who had to deal with so many complaints.

Had a great stay, there is a lounge and restaurant with good food. Pool was down but hot tub was open still. Close to the golf course and easily accessible.

We had a really good breakfast with our family. Thanks for the good service. We also enjoyed wing night when they had it.
