I asked for no mushrooms on my hot hamburger sandwich not only did they put it on my sandwich she brought me a extra bowl of them

Awesome PEOPLE can't wait to see the amazing people of Brooks come out for CanAm Wrestling.

I stayed in the hotel for couple of days and the atmosphere was very friendly and service was also excellent. Specially the general manager (Eric). He is very understanding and helpful.

The Well Christmas Banquet today was awesome! Food was delish and desserts were even better! Room decor was beautiful. Staff were attentive. Would definitely host another event at this venue. Thanks Heritage

Really comfy beds. Its brooks so there is a smell from the feedlot but you can't really escape that. No kitchenettes.

Room was way too hot, could not open a window, could not adjust the heat, the shower was horrible, people running up and down the hallway until after midnight. I asked for extra pillows and was told they were too busy. The breakfast was cold. Felt like a 2 star than a 4 star.

Checking we were talking with the lady at the desk and right in the middle of a sentence she starts talking to someone else.

There is no elevator and so my son who has mobility issues did not have a great time getting up the stairs.

I was at the Heritage to speak to Eric the General Manager about our upcoming Christmas party. Eric was very accomodating to our small company Chistmas party needs. He took the time to give me a tour of the area where our party was to held and explained how the evening would play out.

We only visited the restaurant.
The staff was very friendly, their menu had many great choices, food was good and the atmosphere was very nice.
