I have been going to this clinic for more than 20 years. My doctor Mr. Mahmood Nizam is very caring & always be there for us when we need him, even if we need any prescription over the phone he calls us back on the same day & help us out. I give all 5 stars to this clinic & highly recommend to everyone!

My son and i have been going to this clinic for almost 20 years. They are all wonderful, caring, and very helpful. We go to Dr. Sepannma-Lund, and she is always very helpful, listens to my concerns and understanding. I also see Janice, the nurse, due to my diabetes. She always says hello to me even if I don't have an appointment. I dropped into the clinic the other day, I had no appointment, but she brought me into her office anyway and talked with me for about 20 minutes or so.

Dr Lund is a horrible doctor, she is the leading factor to my fathers death, I will never recommend or forgive her, prescribing him highly addictive medication knowing family history of addiction, and when my father grew sick she kept giving him the drugs. She is the reason I do not have a father.if I could give this 0 stars I would

Don’t advertise “walk in clinics” if you’re by appointment only and have a sign on the door that says “no new patients”

Dr. Nizam has been my doctors for about 10 years now and I could not be happier. I can get my appointment on days that work for me, and the staff always follow up when they say they will. In instances when I cannot go in, Dr. Nizam is always accessible by phone to discuss whatever issues I may be faced with.

I have been going to this clinic for many years. The staff are efficient, friendly, compassionate and very helpful. They have helped me through breast cancer and treatment, a broken arm, and other medical events. Dr. Lund has been amazing, even calling me at home with test results. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I have not dealt with this before. I am having issues with my medication.it is not working, before hearing me out she hung up on me. I dont think I want to go back. Receptionist is unhelpful, and just agrivating.

Dr. Nizam has been my family doctor since 2011 and I've always received the best service. No complain at all.

After going to the hospital with breathing problems and chest pains and getting told I had a few hour wait due to a large number of ambulances arriving. I left the hospital and came to the clinic and was immediately pushed through to receive an injection. The staff were amazing. The doctor was very prompt. The clinic manager made sure I had everything I needed and even stopped to chat while she monitored me to make sure I was okay.

Staff is always friendly. Never have to wait more than 30 mins for an appointment. Dr. Husain is an incredible doctor. Very informative and honest. He’s helped me through out my weight loss. I’m very lucky to call him my doctor. Thank you to everyone at Heritage Lane Medical Clinic!
