Heritage Station Car Wash

Water was freezing cold and I know this because the wand doesn't have a forward guard and it was so cold it hurt to touch and this is probably why after a 7 minute wash I still had dirt on my windows even though I was very thorough. Don't waste your time and go to the other one down the road closer to Schanks.

Sometimes they're soap brush hoses are leaking and need tending but they're on it fairly quickly I literally live beside Western Pride Car Wash and I will drive the extra distance and come here because the pressure is literally 5 to 6 times more than Western Pride the guns here are longer they're sturdier they're way better than the floppy wands that turn into elephant's trunk

Got to be the most run down old car wash EVER, THE PRESSURE THAT COMES OUT DOESN'T CLEAN THE DIRT OFF YOUR CAR! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I 4 cars I have rental company, he lost me I was very good customer for them

I paid for vacuum and later figured out it’s free if you wash your car there. It was overall expensive to wash my car here and somehow my car is still dirty

Very nice wand wash business. Lots of bays. Coin or tap options. Short wait when busy. Could use a new brush wand in the bay I used.

I haven't washed my track for three months. I read the negative reviews but decided to check what the problem was. And I don't understand why there are negative reviews. I spent $8 and my truck shines like new. $2 gives you 2 minutes of time. In 2 minutes you can go around and wash the truck several times! I think the negative reviews are because people don't know how to use a car wash. I recommend it to everyone!

$6 worth of coins in, sprayer stopped working after $2. No coin return, office closed, no one answers the 'phone. Left with a dirty car, won't be back.

Stay away of this place.

They will rip you off easily. They charge 10.95 on machine, on bank account you will see 14.95 charge.

15$ for 2 minutes off cold water rinsing. No soap no nothing.

They use cold water on purpose because it take double time and water to clean compare with hot water, so you could spent more.

Big mistake. I usually wash my truck in car wash on Heritage near Shell gas station.
Never will be back.

NOT RECOMMEND. BE AWARE. I swear I hit the stop button 3times on $4.00 and the transaction is $14.95 for the second time. I didn’t write a review on the first time, I said it’s okay I probably forgot. Is this a new strategy to steal people’s money? Shame on you. You don’t even deserve the star. Besides, doesn’t clean.

Clean …. BUT the soap cycle was weak on soap and there was only COLD water…. Had to rewash elsewhere

Charged $14.95 when I know I stopped the machine at $8.50. Went back and double checked that the timer had stopped once I hung up the wand. Did a quick internet search and found other people who had been charged $14.95 when they had stopped that machine at a lesser charge. The quantity of soap that came out was disappointing and once my car dried is was amazing how dirty it still was, the windows were still really bad, and they were probably the cleanest part of my car when I came in. Called a couple times to inquire and no one ever answered. Really poor results for what turned out to be a pricey car wash: (

The option you select to wash off the soap has barely any pressure, had to hand wash with cloth even after spending 10$

This is my third time to the Carwash. The service manager at the wash is always helpful and polite. An added plus is that vacuum machines are free. I get value for my money!

What am missing as far as the vaccuum operation? No coin slots or instructions on how they turn on (unless they were both out of order).
A posted sign states, "Free Vacs With Wash". No one in the business when I was there to ask.

When you use cc, Careful. When you finish it, Instead of push stop sign, you need to push tiny "x". I guess I spent good extra $10.

Doesn’t really clean unless you get about 1” with the wand? Just touching the dirt with your fingers once it’s wet does a better job. See the bugs on the front of the car AFTER a thorough and intense wash…?
