Don’t believe the fake reviews, multiple tenants names were used without our consent.

Parking is horrendous. People either parking in your stall or they simply can’t park period. You WILL have your vehicle damaged while living here with plenty of door dings etc. I’ve made multiple complaints to our building manager regarding this issue with absolutely no resolution in place on their end.

Elevators constantly having issues. Make sure you’re able to use the stairs.

Monthly unit inspections and fire alarm testing. They will need to enter your unit every time.

Constant police presence.

If these issues are not a problem for you then this is the place for you! Cheers:)

Well looked after but someone keeps taking buttons out of elevator so can't be used

We lived at 2711 James Mowatt Trail and it was a really nice experience. We had relocated from Ontario to Edmonton and this was our home while we were there. The management was always easy to communicate with and friendly as well. They were very fair about our damage deposit being returned when our lease was over. Reason for moving was decided to return back to Ontario (Alberta just wasn't for us). Quiet building, families and middle class working people. Beautiful neighborhood, with many amenities across the street. Would recommend this place to anyone.

If you can AVOID renting from skyline - i’d highly recommend it! They are the most mismanaged and disorganized company i’ve ever rented from. My PAID parking stall frequently had randoms parked in it, or my neighbour would park crooked so I wouldn’t be able to park since I was next to the curb. I also spent the first few months of my tenancy living below a child who ran and stomped around from the minute they woke up to the minute they went to bed, and their parents would blast music so loud my apartment would shake - it took skyline almost 4 months to do anything about it! I get children are noisy, but to that extent, it’s unreasonable. When we ended our tenancy, we let them know at the beginning of october we’d be leaving by end of november. Somehow they forgot we told them this, even though they hand delivered confirmation of the move out - and decided to charge me another full month of rent because they didn’t put a stop to the auto payment! They tried to tell me we didn’t give sufficient enough notice that we were leaving lol. Lastly, do not expect to get your deposit back. Apparently shampooing/cleaning carpets costs $300, even though we cleaned before we left. Also don’t expect to get your statement of account within the timeframe the law requires! Didn’t get mine or was notified of the costs of cleaning until 8 months later when I reached out to inquire about it!

The backyard of 2703 has garbage that has been piling up since around Sept 2022 and it seems nobody cleans it up or stops tenants from throwing garbage there. Other areas around the buildings are also nasty with dog excrements all over. Beautiful buildings but poor maintenance around the buildings.

Dirty backyard! Just clean-up instead of matching negative reviews with fake positives.
