Amazing service. We called them late in the day, on a -40 degree week when they had a huge list of emergency calls, but they still fit us in. They're courteous, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. We would call them first if we have plumbing/heating needs in the future.

I highly commend Simon and William for their exceptional service! Their prompt response to my last-minute furnace issue was impressive. They were not only professional and efficient but also a pleasure to have in my home. They not only fixed the problem but also took the initiative to install preventative measures. Navien tankless water heater (combi-boiler) had an error code indicating a control board issue. Diagnostics indicated faulty RAM, and the control board needed to be replaced. Service was fast and excellent, as is always the case with Heritage West.

I called Symon on a Friday (water leaking from furnace) and was able to schedule a repair for the following Monday morning.

Symon was very punctual, carried out the repair and ensured to clean up the work area when finished.

One thing that stood out was his willingness to answer questions and educate me on the repair at hand as well as actions I could take in the future (preventative maintenance).

The app he uses to streamline booking, invoicing and automatically send customer updates (email/text) is a nice touch.

With his reasonable prices, attitude and quality of work, I would not hesitate to recommend Symon to anyone for HVAC/Plumbing work.

We got in over our heads with a very blocked kitchen sink/garburator and started looking for a plumber to come do something (anything!) before our weekend guests arrived. Symon answered very quickly, was easy to get ahold of through many platforms and was there as soon as he could. He was able to find the problem and helped us to instal a better pipe in case the problem were to reoccur. Pleasant, arrived with his mask on and let us know he could return if needed.

My furnace in cedarbrae, calgary was acting up so i called Symon to look at it. He knew exactly how to fix it. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, he wore a mask the whole time and his rate was much lower than most contractors. I highly recommend his company!
