Fantastic, suuuuper stress free for the animals. Every dog that came through the lobby was excited (!) to go to the back when they were called up.

Very professional vet service, nice atmosphere and grear front desk staff and veterinarians.

This is a great place to take your pet. I have been taking my dog here for 16 years and they have always taken good care of him!

Secretary took one look at me and my son. Immediate bad service. Won't ever go back to this place.

Great staff from the receptionists to the vets. They always make me and my pets feel cared for. The vets are very through and answer any questions I may have. The receptionists are kind and make taking my dogs to the vet easy.

Disappointment! Our dog needed to change her diet. We we're wanting to try a raw food diet as kibble and their digest brand dog food was not working. They would not have anything to do with a raw food diet. We switch to a differet veternaian. Began the new diet and it worked immediately and has ever since. Very disappointing that they weren't open to trying something new that actually workes!

The vets are very thorough in their examination of your pets and explain in understandable terms what concerns they have about your pet's health, and ways to make sure they have happy, healthy lives. They are great at animal handling and even somehow manage to get my anxious dog to cooperate with the exam (with a few growls and whimpers). Our dog is very reactive and barks a LOT, but they could get him to have an xray done without sedation and I consider that a big win.

This clinic is more on the pricy side, but I feel they hold themselves to a high standard, so I'd hate to risk going someone inexpensive and not know if I'd get similar service.

I’d really like to thank the incredibly special staff, especially Kerry (not sure if I spelled it right, as there are 2) for being so wonderful. We lost our beloved 15 year old dog; Kerry was so gentle and patient, and I could tell she really felt our loss. This place really helped us and we were promised that Bingo would be well taken care of. Thank you so very much.

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with our visit to Hermitage Vet Clinic today! Our new puppy, Stevie, and I met with Dr. Ward and I left feeling elated. The clinic has a great 'feel' - open and inviting - and the staff was incredibly friendly and personable.

I appreciate how Dr. Ward spent all the time we needed to look over our puppy and answer every question I had, no matter how long the list may have been. It is obvious the team really cares about our pup's well-being.

We have found a place we can count on for all of our doggos' needs. We can't wait for our next visit and will be long-time clients of Hermitage Vet Clinic!

Great place, easy to book appointments online and the vets are amazing. They are a bit pricey compared to some other vets I've been to which is my only reason for marking down.

We're new to this side of town and had an issue with one of our fur children so, of course we brought them all to meet the new doctors and nurses.
Everyone here welcomed us warmly and didn't at all mind that the whole family came for support!
The front desk is quiet, neatly decorated, and well organized. They have rooms that are just for certain types of pets to keep smells and such from disturbing them and they have an area in the front room that is just for cats. I know cause I walked the dog straight into it when I wasn't paying attention and was politely asked to respect the space.
The nurses and assistants are very pleasant to deal with from both the pet and the owner's point of view. They also have lovely senses of humour.
Our nurse took us back and assured us that our pet would be well taken care of. She answered a few questions and assured us the doctor would better be able to answer most questions after the exam.
They did the exam patiently and kindly and were so sweet to all of our babies, everything felt soothing. Our normally skittish, and under the weather baby warmed right up to everyone they came in contact with. Which is great cause normally they try to hide from everyone but us.
The doctor explained everything clearly and some parts more than once when we didn't understand or anxiety distracted us and we needed a repeat.
Together we made a plan and we're proceeding with what is best for our pet.
I honestly feel that this was the best vet visit we've ever had. Our fur babies felt relaxed and at home here. The kindness and patience of the staff here is priceless. We'll be returning in two weeks to do a follow up and proceed with the best plan from there.

I can't recommend this office enough, especially, if you're a worry wort!

We've been taking our kittens and cats here for years, good times and bad. Thanks Hermitage Vet for taking such good care of our four legged family members, on even the hardest days.

Always accommodating. Friendly and professional staff, welcoming atmosphere. Our miniature dachshund gets his food from here and check-ups. He's treated like a star.

I took my 90lb puppy, Luka, to see Dr. Erica Ward for an ear infection and itchy skin. She began by listening to my concerns, and informing me of things we can do to help him out. When Dr. Ward examined him, she let him stay laying down on the floor where he could be comfortable and didn't do anything to disturb or upset him. She also didn't try to push any medication or supplements that weren't needed and was very conscious of price when it came to what he needed. What she prescribed and suggested was exactly what he needed and after 1 week, Luka is feeling so much better! Luka loved her and we will continue going back to Hermitage Vet for Dr Erica Ward!

Very good vet for my cats. May not be savvy about airline transport rules but they certainly understand what is and isn’t dangerous for cats in transit and made very good recommendations. 10/10 would go back if I wasn’t moving to the subarctic.

Very clean, friendly vet and very calm and understanding.my dog chase is a shy boy and gets nervous easily so they where very patient with him.thank you ladies and I will be back.
