Hero Service

Booked them for snow removal. No one ever showed up for snow removal on any of the days when it snowed and my business was impacted because of there lack of service. They also dont have any phone support. And there email responses are slow and not well organized with there UI. I thought they would be good considering there 4.8 star rating. Definitely not a good experience so far. Hope we can change that somehow.

Used Hero all throughout the summer to maintain my lawn. Crews do vary, but everyone works hard and they do a fantastic job. Communication is awesome as well. Would recommend!

Overall, Hero is ok. They could do better with the lawn maintenance - I find some patches on the lawn are not trimmed when looking at other areas. But, they really need a better accounting coordination software for their billing. I had a glitch on this just today. Overall, only minor issues no major complaints so far.

I wish I could leave a review about the quality of work, but we never got to that point. They were booked for a day and just never showed that day. I emailed (the method they had been using to communicate) and they replied the next morning telling me they had mechanical issues. I replied telling them it was understandable, but I would have liked if they had told me. They then assured me that they were going to come that day only to not show up again.

I canceled for good after that point.

Hero Service people did a wonderful job on Weed Control and our grass looked very healthy and devoid of weed. I would recommend to any one who needs such a service.

Eric and his team are very professional and did a great job this year with our lawn from the spring clean up through to the fall winter prep. We will be using them again next year. I highly recommend using their services.

I used Hero Service to clean up my daughter's yard this spring, and to provide ongoing weed control and fertilization. They did an excellent job, and the lawn went from a patch of weeds to a nice looking lawn.

Eric and his team are amazing at taking away all the weeds we had in our backyard, they got rid of all the thistles that grew and also my grass looks much more healthier this year after they have started working on our yard.

I look forward to have them back next year and take care of our yard.

Super happy that I found Hero Service. What started as a spring cleanup to test the waters became fertilizer/weed service became regular summer lawn maintenance and is becoming winter snow removal. Communication is top notch as has been the services provided. Highly recommend.

I have been using Hero service over the summer for lawn mowing and weed control. Mike and his team did an excellent job. So I asked them to refresh my landscape and I was very satisfied with the results. Carm is a very experienced landscaper who re-designed my garden and better yet he is also very artistic he pruned all my trees and shrubs and made them look beautiful. The landscaping project took a week. We got new edging, rundle rocks, black mulch, and top dressing. It was on time and on budget, very honest and reasonable price compared to some of the other quotes I got. I look forward to using their other services (fall clean up and snow removal) again in the fall and winter =)

Their lawn mowing is quick and efficient and fairly priced, but the best part was that they came and did a fantastic job weeding my gardens and also all my brickwork, which was a mess after being away all summer. Fantastic!

I have been fully satisfied with the services provided by Eric and his team. I used their services for spring cleanup and weed control. My lawn looks much better now. They provide professional and excellent customer service. I will use their services in future and highly recommend them to others looking for quality work.

These people keep putting their business sign on my lawn when in fact I do not use this service! I mow and water my own lawn yet they keep putting their sign on it!

Have been working with Eric while he was with "that spring chicken". His team did lawn care for us and found them very professional and always willing to listen and fix any issues. Just started a month of snow removal. I expect it should be no different.

Excellent service. I particularly like the way they let you know that they are aware of snow events and will get to your house asap.

The service rendered by Raymond was courteous, efficient and thorough.
While washing the windows he noticed that the eve troughs were plucked with leaves and spruce cones and recommended cleaning and installation of screens above the outlets.
I appreciated the advise and had the work done. While the work was well done, I found it rather expensive but will have it done again next year.

This is my first year using Hero services. Eric is a great guy who always answers the questions. They did excellent work with competitive price. I will recommend it.

This is my first year using Hero Service. They cleaned and cored my yard in mid May and the work was great. Two days ago Eric applied weed treatment to my lawn and it rained heavily two hours later. I asked Eric would this affect the effectiveness of the treatment. Eric replied to me professionally and in a timely manner. I have the impression that Hero Serice is a responsible and reliable company.
