Not only do we get a superior finished product, we get informed honestly & professionally on the process involved plus the shop pups are as friendly as the staff. It's been over a decade and we're always happy with Hi-Tech.

I wish I could give Hi-Tech a higher rating than 5-stars as this business is a true gem! The staff always go above and beyond for their customers. They are kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Their quotes are trustworthy, the quality of work second to none, and everything is completed in a timely fashion (I have may have been in need of their services a time or two ;). They also do a wonderful job of communicating with the customer to make the whole process as smooth as possible. If you are in need of auto body services look no further, you will not be disappointed!

I was in a car accident late april 2023.
I didnt know where to turn. 2 people at the scene of the accident said, "Get your car towed to hi tech. " They are the best!
And let me tell you, I was so glad they recommended this place.
My back end needed to be totally reconstructed from under belly to top, the glove box interior, lets not forget the starbucks coffee stench all over the car. Yuck. Well hi tech fixed it all.

I was so impressed by the team. Starting with the destressed call of me saying I just had my vechicle towed there Ive been in an accident, to the following days and weeks with me calling to check in on it, the accommodations they made so I could take my car out for school (near the end of course) to the finished product. It drives like brand new. They were reassuring every step of the way and kept me in the loop. They called they updated and to me the thing that matters the most is there was no hidden anything. They went through step by step and went out of their way to replace my windshield (not covered by car accident)
And the interior and exterior detailing spot on for my liking. Smells new looks new and its super clean:)
The customer service and flow of the team is by far the best ive ever seen. They truely care about the clients they serve even when under duress.

Gentleman i spoke to on the phone was very polite and professional. He did an amazing job. You did your job to a fantastic standard sir.

Only reason for 4 stars was the quoted price for what i was after. Didnt think spraying 4 steel rims back to flat black was gonna be so pricey.

Took my truck up to get the tailgate serviced and they fixed it immediately. Courteous and professional. Knowledgeable and personable. They didn’t even charge me. I would highly recommend HiTech as they are genuinely honest and customer oriented.

Got in a fight with my snow blower. Snow blower won. I took my Rav4 here for repair. They did a FANTASTIC job. Super friendly and professional. Had my Rav4 back in a few days & it was CLEAN! Wow. Super impressed with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This company has most definitely impressed me with everything from customer service to quality work! I’ve been using them for all my vehicle needs that they offer. Hands down always 100 percent on every aspect.

This business treated me very good. I have never been in an accident before and am very grateful for all the staff there. They were so kind understanding and patient. Oh and let's not forget Sofie who is great and who will greet you at the door and make you feel relaxed.

The girls there are amazing, i went in on friday because i washed my car and thought it was rusting all over. They told me its just rail dust and there is nothing to worry about. I took it in today and the car looks amazing after a detail and clean. 5/5 ill be going back there in the future if i ever need anything. I couldn't recommend them more.

Unfortunately for me this is the second time in under a year I have had a misshap in my new car ………. But not a problem the gang at high tech have taken care of everything. From Mindy doing the inspection, explaining what has happened and then taking care of it all and look for the best price. To the final product being parked outside the door.
