Shockingly bad service. Due a delivery of 5 pallets to house asked if delivery includes help to door. Was told absolutely not kerbside only. Took next day off to recieve pallets they were a no show, called and was told I had cancelled my delivery and after ignoring major retailer I purchased bathroom from calls all day to get material delivered to them was told my material had been sent back to an unknown transport company by Scott the manager from Calgary! Dispatcher basically lied about our conversation. This type of service is a cancer to the industry!

The driver for southern Alberta is absolutely ignorant/aggressive. He’s been driving in the area for years. I’ve started to ask companies who they will use for delivery as we don’t want this man in our office. I’ve heard this same complaint from other businesses in the area.

Use any other delivery company available. Manitoulin, VanKam, FedEx. There drivers are so unprofessional and rude. Truck 1166 was horrible to deal with. Bring your buisness elsewhere

Awesome to deal with. We just had another delivery to our door. He remembered me years past and even drove out to my rural workshop on his own time to help me get my order when i was very busy. A pleasure to work with. Shout out to Rocky Mountain House driver A+

Horrible customer service. Pick up took over a week! Everyday they said the same BS-we will get it tomorrow! Nine days for 4 pallets to get to Calgary from Med Hat.

After paying over $250 for a SMALL package which was to be delivered within Alberta, we packaged everything took pictures of the product in perfect condition, loaded up and gave specific instructions that it is to be unloaded by hand. Customer arrives at the depot to pick up, transport company sends in a guy with a forklift to lift a package only 2 people need to be present to lift (weighed only 50 lbs), not paying attention ends up damaging the whole bottom sheet of construction material which was shipped. IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER PICKING UP.

Then once they tell us to file a claim and that one panel will be shipped to the customer for free via their service, spend the next 2 weeks being bounced from department to department, from city to city on the phone - nobody can give us an answer and nobody seems to be authorized in allowing the free shipment due to their own negligence.

Hire people who care, people who take pride in the work they do. Because it's tiring running a business already without careless employees from transport companies tanking your sales because they didn't want to strain themselves for 5 minutes by following instructions.

I was expecting an order to be delivered at 2 separate occasions. Both times my order didn't show up. The first time I wasn't home, the second time the truck was too big to make it down my street. Not once did anyone get a hold of me to tell me my order wasn't coming and they would make arrangements for a later date. Both times I had to call looking for my order to find out where it was. Maybe in the future you should call to let the person know so he doesn't sit at home waiting for an order that's not coming when I coulld be out doing other things I need to do

Traveling west on glenmore trail in calgary, alberta on august 21/2018 @ about 7: 10am a courier vehicle doesn't really care as the person extremely cut me off. The driver came so close as to almost hit my trucks front passanger hood mirror off. No signal light, just a dangeous maneuver forcing me to slam my breaks and back off. So drivers of calgary watchout for truck number #141 with the first 2 numbers of the license plate '56' or '51' not sure as i was backing off very quickly to give the owner of the road some space.

Sent our product out on a Monday to be delivered same day. Somehow ended up at a terminal and customer did not get his product until Friday. Lost a major account due to this poor service. Worst thing was I was never notified by Highway 9. Only found out when my customer did not get his product same day as promised.
