Hide N Seek Indoor Playground & Cafe

Staff was friendly and the facility is full of things to do. It was a fun couple of hours for my toddlers. Only thing I did not appreciate was the lack of supervision of the toddler area. It says up to 36 months but there were 7-8 year olds in there throwing blocks in the ball pit at my toddler and were injuring the kids in there. I blame the parents for not supervising their kids but with the amount of staff at the front of the building you’d think they could enforce some rules so everyone feels as though they got their moneys worth. I felt unsafe with my toddlers and lead us to leave sooner than we wanted to.

The staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Half the stuff doesn’t work. But the stuff that worked was great

Come here very often with my children, it’s a good big space for the kids to play! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND eating at the cafeteria, as the food is expensive and very small portions, the fries are almost always under cooked.

Don’t book your kids party here they are extremely rude. As soon as we walked in the door they treated us horribly! Won’t be back even for a drop in they were that rude to us. I walked into the place for my kids birthday so happy and excited and literally as soon as we walked in the lady was just so rude she made me feel very uncomfortable. Very disappointed and would never recommend going here to anyone there’s way better play places to go too with nicer staff.

This is our families preferred play place. It's large, clean, and has many fun areas for kids of different ages.

We booked a party room/package, the good is that the kids had fun playing. I had to chase someone down to bring the jugs of juice to our room as the kids were thirsty and the assistance as advertised was non existent. We were given game tokens but only 3 games were working, the claw machines were 1/4 stocked with chips and tiny balls as prizes which was very disappointing and the ticket redemption area only had a few items. We ended up having to spend an additional $20 just so the party kids could get items from the toonie machines to make up for that disappointment. The ball cannons were broken. When our party time was up we brought our stuff including our leftover jugs down to the cafe ourselves. One child tried to mix their drink with some vending pop and was scolded by a staff member.we paid $10 for an extra jug of pop and over $200 for the party! The owners really need to fix those vending machines and restock the prize area if tokens are being offered in party packages, get enough staff to have someone assist with parties please.

Update for 2022. The place needs some repairs, the air guns barely work, the ball pit tv screen flashes all the time and there is no ball drop anymore. Standards are not kept up like they were before, lot soft kids running around without socks and a few even had shoes on. I know a couple years ago, staff would call people out for that.

Place is still decently clean and the kids still enjoy it but for the price, there are other play places that are better.

Great place for a young child. There is a cafe on site, mostly junk food. Place is clean, staff are responsive, but you do have to watch your kids, and the other kids around your child. Haven't had a problem with any other parents there so far, but can see the potential. If your kid likes quiet play, don't bring them here, its very loud with little control.
Leave your shoes and ect at own (high) risk. They need a coat check or something, a better system for shoes and diaper bag ect. You get a number stamp to safely retrieve your child, a coat check can't be any harder - Get One Please!

Not a safe place for kids 6yrs old and younger. There spider web is so unsafe the younger kids can get to this spider web. It is a disaster waiting to happen.
The three yr old playground is not worth the money. It is expensive and not much for 3 year olds to do.

Your kids never get bored in there. Good for parties and for kids to have fun. Easy to find parking. My kids like it.

We were there for a birthday party. The kids from 2 to 10 had a great time playing on the much varied apparatus. The service was good.

The place is ok it’s fun for kids but the food is not good at all and yet too expensive. If you have a party not worth getting the food there maybe just cut your cake and don’t even waste your money on food

Kids had a great time! The facility was clean and looked like it was well taken care of and managed properly. Staff were very attentive, friendly and made sure the rules were followed. Numbers/stamps on hand were checked going in and out, very important! We will be returning again and would recommend. I've been to quite a few indoor playgrounds in the city, and this one is at the top.

There was a disappointing number of rides and attractions are out of order, there is a tube slide that is virtually useless and the foul smell in the bathroom (I think there's trapped sewage under the raised floor) will keep me from coming back here ever. It's quite apparent to me that there was no corner they didn't cut putting this place together.

So clean, wonderful staff and overall a fun place! I took my daughter there for her birthday and it was our first time and they did not charge us for admission. She had so much fun, there’s so much to do and I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Place for Children, place is huge and lots of things to do. You can stay here for a day and your child will not get bored.

The place is great overall but there are a couple things I dislike about it. Adults don't have access to all the play equipment so it's hard to watch kids while they're playing. There's not a lot of age restrictions for certain areas like the air gun area the toddler area spider web mountain and the trampolines. I do like the mini jungle gym that leads upstairs so kids don't get hurt going upstairs. It's also easy to navigate through which I like. The size of the cafeteria is great lots of seating for parents and family's. It's also pretty clean and kid friendly the arcade is nice too. They should spray some kind of are freshener because it probably would smell like stinky shoes and people wouldn't like that but I definitely wanna go there some time soon!
