I met Thomas this summer during a stressful situation of his own, so when he found out that I was in a bit of a bind after my car accident, he jumped at the opportunity to help. He was organized and professional and had multiple vehicles lined up for our appointment. We thought we had found the "one" but unfortunately I just couldn't see myself in another chevy after a traumatizing accident. There was no fuss when it came to changing my mind and I could tell he just wanted to be sure I was well taken care of!

Took my van into service and talked to Darcy. After some diagnostic time found out that the transmission had failed. Old van disnt want to spend a ton of money so talked to there parts department Simon and they found me a used transmission. Decided the old girl was worth fixing so gave the go ahead. While doing the work they found some more worn out parts and called me right away with pricing and availability. Replaced some other worn out components and got the job done in a timely fashion. Great team they got there.
