I was very pleased with the service I received for this company. I had an emergency situation whereby my garage door broke and I was unable to open and get my vehicle out. I called, left a message at 720 am on a Thursday morning. Within 15 minutes I had a wonderful guy named Ernest call me back and we worked out a time for him to come over. He kept in contact and let me know when to expect him thereby allowing me to keep my employer aware as I had patients to attend to. Ernest arrived and determined issue, got my car out so that I could get to my job. Parts were required and over that time Ernest was most diligent about keeping me well informed. I never once was concerned that all would work out eventually, and it did. I just want to acknowledge the degree of professionalism and kindness that Ernest delivered as well as a wonderful job on my now "like new" garage door.

I have issues with my garage door in the past and had a company from Calgary come and fix the problems. They charged $500 plus each time. I found High Country Overhead Doors were local and had them come to fix the current issue. I was really pleasantly surprised when the cost was 20% of what the Calgary company charged.

He arrived when he said he would, I thought it was the sensors but he found that the issue was a simple wiring problem which he fixed, never tried to up-sell the sensors, fixed a door spring problem that I never knew I had and replaced one of the door cables that had become corroded as well as checking all the bolts on the door hinges for tightness.

A very honest company that I have no problem with recommending to anyone.
