I attempted to purchase a new vehicle here but sales was less than forthcoming about discounts I was immediately offered at other Chev dealers so I purchased elsewhere. Later I returned with a small warranty problem and service asked if I had purchased the vehicle there. In the end I paid for their attempts to fix the issue but they were unable to resolve it so I had to fix it myself. Other than that it's a nice dealership. Friendly, helpful people, especially when you buy from them.

I traveled from yellowknife NT to high level for a funeral. I noticed that the oil filter seal was broken.
Needed my vehicle to drive for keg river every day until Wednesday. I explained everything to the service department staff. I really appreciate the care given and his professional support. Within the hour he called and said my vehicle was prepared. I will strongly recommend my family and friends to use the services at High Level Motors. Manager is good. But service there no 0 to rate the server department. This Chevy dealer ship is or was for sale. Maybe why lol

I got my 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 diesel towed to the dealership they could not be bothered to put it on the computer and tell me what was wrong with my truck for over a week. I had to have my truck towed to peace river just to find out what was wrong with it. My roadside wanted 1000 dollars to tow it thank god for AMA. They have no loaner and don’t seam to care that I’m out of town and stuck away. I will never recommend this dealership as they don’t care about you troubles. Roadside assistance will not help either as they tow you to the closest dealer and if they cannot be bothered to help you your on your own. Please consider getting any other make of truck if you need it to work. Any questions I can send you my tow times and repair bills as I will probably never buy a GMC again. Thank you for your time. Worst customer service from any dealership I have ever been to. Worst truck manufacturer service I’ve dealt with as well. I have bought 3 brand new trucks and will buy probably quite a few more before I retire and GMC will probably not be one of them. Hope this helps with your decision.

Arrived and discussed problem. Vehicle was taken in right on appointment time. Fixed and on my way in under an hour as it turned out to be minor. Excellent service as always.

We ordered a Yukon a few months back. When it arrived they were quick to get everything in place for us. Cheryl was so easy to contact/work with to get the paper work finalized. Chris worked to ensure that we had all options covered, and lovey Jason delivered it right to us. Great service!

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and after driving my car for a little bit I noticed oil leaking from my car, a fuel smell inside my car, and my check engine light had come on. After popping the hood I noticed that the oil cap was not put back on and oil had be spewing everywhere. The whole inside of my car was full of oil. I called the dealer to inform them on what had happen and they got me back in to get it fixed which was appreciated but it was cleaned up the way I would have hoped. No one was around for me to talk to once I picked up my car so I was not able to relay that information.

HL motors always gives excellent customer service. Chris and Cheryl and their service staff have been very helpful. Chris made sure I got the car suited to what I need and gave me a good deal. They deliver their customers service far and beyond expectations that is why I never go to any dealership other than HL motors.

My last service experience was excellent. Ian kept me well informed on the progress of my repair. The repair took longer than expected due to an unforeseen complication and they only invoiced me for the flat rate time that particular job should have taken. Thank you very much HLMP for the excellent service.

Great dealership. Nice welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. I was greeted immediately and offered a coffee! Had a great experience, test driving and working out possible deals for a truck with one of the salesman there, Adam, and I believe the manager was there as well. Would recommend!
