High Quality Property Management

My experience with these guys have been great, especially during covid. I had minor issues on my end, they've had minor issues on their end and we've both worked through them. Thank you for making my renting experience as least of a hassle as possible

Hi, new to this town but I just wanted to give some credit to my rental company after the nightmare I had w previous agency.

I went with High Quality Property Management. I am a one woman army with lots of littles, and like a lot of people this year has been an absolute STRUGGLE.

I wanted to thank my rental company, for showing compassion and giving me some wiggle room on rent this month. If they didn’t, my kids would barely have a Christmas this year. Last year, no tree, etc, got them some used devices because we came to GP with NOTHING.

I am just a greatful they were resasonable but they went BEYOND that. They were our Santa. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart

Nice affordable places, understanding about credit scores if you’re just starting out.unfortunately there’s very few places that will allow pets but other than that really great, haven’t actually rented off them but I was looking at one place and i hope to rent with them in the future

Been with them for 2 weeks and issues that have occurred have been taken care so far a few more things to go but they have been assuring that they will be fixed

I rented with high quality for almost 3 years they were the best, whatever I needed was treated with the up most respect, I'd probably would be still with them if I didnt buy my own home, I would recommend anyone that's looking to rent contact Valarie shes also the best there is.

I have been renting with high quality property management for 2 years and I couldn't be happier, maintenance calls are handled quickly and efficiently, staff are incredibly caring and the property grounds are always beautifully maintained! Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a home and not just a house.

Avoid this group they don't maintain their properties and will falsely claim that you've damaged there run down properties. Consider your damage deposit gone. There are better places to rent these guys are bad news.

Do not rent from these slum Lord's. They do t give two sweat fks about your building or unit. Literally Parked a dumpster in from of the building in a 1 of ten parking spots. There's more organization in a ball of yarn then in the entire company.

Didn't show up for viewing after we had scheduled a time to view, didn't even answer the phone. If this is the kind of business this company conducts I highly recommend not going with them as a landlord

Been great landlords. They professionally address any maintenance issues in a very timely matter. No hassles with switching properties when we needed to. Always efficient!

Its our second house and when we transfer here last October it was good the house is a lot of space.the rooms are big and the heaters runs good.i hope i could find also a house like this when my family is here soon.thank you

I found HIGH QUALITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to be very professional. Property I rented was in great condition, very clean. If I had any issues concerning property one call was all I ever needed to make. Maintenance personnel always showed up in a timely fashion.
Very professional, excellent company and great people to deal with. Definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Property I was in had no large garbage bin it was a secured area with lots of regular garbage bins. I actually loved this as I didn’t have to look a a large bin over flowing constantly. Garbage was always taken care of weekly. Area was always cleaned, no mess to see. Great job!
I received my full deposit back at end of lease. I left the property in the same condition as I received it.

Absolutely the most horrific rental company I've ever had to deal with. Zero moral standard, lied about the property, omitted details like the unsafe water, abused shared responsibilities. Saddest most disgusting transaction I've ever had to deal with, sickening what they do to people and get away with.

Realtor was late to first viewing. Didn't really say much about the unit either. Just had to "show myself around".
For the second viewing I had booked she had to "cancel" with 0 explanation at all. I was at the unit and she called at the time the appointment was supposed to be held. Very big waste of time! Not reliable that is for sure.

Fantastic property management company! Everyone I interacted with was smart and kind, dealt with any issue I had efficiently, and didn't give me too much of a hard time when I locked myself out. I highly recommend this company.
