Bought 2 cars in the last couple years. Always felt very comfortable buying from them and they kept me up to date across the whole process.

Very disappointed with their service and customer approach. Expected much more after reading the reviews. I got no heat at the back of my brand new bronco sport and they were not willing to open a hood or put it on a hoist just to see if there was anything disconnected or damaged despite having full warranty on my vehicle. Instead they pull out cabin filter and claimed that that's the cause for it just because I had over 10k on it! Unreal. Anyway, Okotoks Ford found out that there was damaged wire on a sensor underneath.

Always friendly and helpful. They pinpoint the problems quickly and have your vehicle back to you ASAP. The sales staff are extremely helpful and the service team are the same.

They did an oil change plus rotation on my tires all within half an hour. Service men are always friendly and very helpful.

High River Ford not only completed my vehicle maintenance quickly but also advised me of other work that needed to be completed under warranty. The service department made sure parts were in stock so when I brought the vehicle back the work could be completed in a timely manner.

Looks like most ford dealerships, which is very nice. The people are what makes this one great. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Derrell the sales guy. He knows his trucks inside and out, and was a pleasure to deal with. The finance guy is also great. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the sales staff at High River Ford. We greatly appreciate your professionalism! Everyone was so respectful & honest! One major aspect most car dealerships lack these days is respect; you never made us “sweat” or feel like we were being taken advantage of. We have never dealt with a dealership that pays so much attention to the little things. We called the sales department to inquire about a particular vehicle they had in their inventory, 10 minutes later we showed up at High River Ford and to our surprise the vehicle was sitting right out front, ready for us to take it for a test drive, nice touch with these cold days! Also the detailing of the car was showroom ready! The whole process was a five-star experience, from providing information, answering all questions we had, without pressure of the sale, they even had our vehicle ready for delivery a few days sooner than originally scheduled at our request so we could still go on our holiday on time. This is our second vehicle from High River Ford, on both occasions we’ve had a fantastic experience, and for that we are over the top grateful and cannot thank you enough!

Went car shopping a week and a half ago and just wanted to thank High River Ford for allowing me to test drive some Ford products. While I didn't end up buying a Ford, My salesperson Wendy was fantastic to deal with. Shopping here was a vastly different experience than shopping in the city for cars.
