We walked in to HRT after 6PM, expecting to view their pre-owned/new inventory with an open mind. With no prior appointment, Ahmed listened to our expectations and took us for a test drive. Everyone worked late that day to make us smile. We ended up booking our first 4runner TRD Pro within couple of hours.

Took my car in to get a flat tire fixed was from out of town and all the name brand shops told me that i have to leave the car for at least 2+ hours and they may get to it they got me in in about half an hour and Mitch did a great job he even washed my car very impressed with the service there and will be back again in the future

Worth the Drive! We spotted a plug-in hybrid electric Prius quite by chance, and drove from Calgary to see it. Of course, we bought it - great service from High River Toyota! Karan was an awesome salesman, very kind and polite, and not the least bit pushy! Antoney was our finance manager, and he was also great. Don't forget to try the delicious popcorn, and say hello to the enormous fish! (but don't tap the glass please.)

I had a great experience the team was extremely helpful, alive and full of energy. I felt very welcomed by the whole team felt like I was at home with family. Any questions I had were clear and precise, the paperwork was completed and explained thoroughly. They really took the time to ensure everything was done right the first time. Excellent customer service. I recently purchased 2021 Sienna & traded my old one. We found, the trade off very simple & without any hassle. Both the sales & finance team were very helpful & made the transaction very simple & quick. I got very good value for my old Sienna.

If timely communications, "important" recalls being repaired, and contracted vehicle servicing being scheduled and completed are important to you, pick another dealership because High River Toyota will be a series of back to back failures and they will not care in the slightest.
I was advised that my vehicle had a recalled part that, when I was speaking to the Toyota advisor about urgency, I was told it was "important". High River Toyota are committed to covering my vehicle servicing appointments as well as a part of my purchase agreement, and my vehicle was also coming up on a regular servicing time so I attempted to contact them to arrange both.
Numerous attempts to contact the service department over several days all resulted in no one being available to take the call. On those attempts being unsuccessful I was put through to a voicemail, and a week later there had still been no efforts by anyone at High River Toyota to contact me. I then sent a message to them via their website messaging tool. The following day I was sent an email reply and I felt that finally the challenges were over and this would be dealt with.
High River Toyota has a program to pay for day use of a courtesy car while your car is picked up then later dropped off after servicing. I was assured by a "Platinum Service Advisor" that my vehicle would be picked up and the courtesy car dropped off at 7pm that Wednesday. Keeping true to their standard of service, no one arrived and no one phoned at any point that day or night.
I emailed the same advisor and he offered to pay for my servicing, clearly not even bothering to spend the couple minutes to assess the situation he had, and see that my service appointments are already paid for.
I emailed the same advisor back and arrangements were once again made to have the courtesy car dropped off and mine picked up the following Monday. By this point my vehicle was well over 1000 additional km past its required service deadline.
On the Monday someone actually did come and pick up my vehicle, however contrary to the arrangements, they locked up the courtesy car and took the key with them. When I was done work for the day and there was still no sign of my vehicle, and the locked courtesy car remained secure in my work parking lot, I again emailed the same "Platinum" Service Advisor who told me that the driver with my vehicle was "leaving here ASAP". I did a phone map check and it showed the drive to be approximately 45 minutes. An hour later I received a phone call from the drop-off driver advising that he was just leaving High River Toyota and would be with me in 40 minutes.
I emailed the same advisor back and, once again keeping with their standard of communications, did not get a reply. I guess he got to leave work on time, rather than 2 hours after work ended for the day like myself.
So, if you don't mind being ignored, having important recalls not dealt with in a timely manner, and if you enjoy getting the run-around repeatedly with zero concerns on the part of your car dealership.maybe then High River Toyota would be the place for you.
I remain loyal to the Toyota brand, but fortunately there are plenty of dealerships willing to actually earn your business.

Always an amazing experience with high river toyota, they always fit me at the last min, and such a family orientated place.know me by name when i walk through the door, and always have a smile on their faces. Owed a fair amount of vehicles in my life, but I always seem to come back to toyota specially for the service

I bought my first Toyota Highlander New in 2017 at a dealer ship in Calgary. I was very dissatisfied with my salesperson and the service I received. My Aunt bought a Toyota many years ago at High RiverToyota so she talked me into driving out with both vehicles to High River Toyota for them to do the service. I couldn’t believe the service staff Mitch and Darcy greeted us right away. They offered us a ride into town so we could shop while the work was done they came back and picked us up when all was ready
I received a message from Glen stating they were looking for used cars like mine, so I went out to see what they could do for me.
My salesman is Francis Diogo VERY FRIENDLY NOT PUSHY. He spent a very long time making sure I got vehicle I needed (. Highlander 2021) His manager was also very understanding. Gerry in Finance was friendly explained all the extras but didn’t make me feel pushed into anything. I will tell family, friends and anyone I hear needs a new or used vehicle to go out to see the staff at High River Toyota. It is worth the drive.

Will only do what is necessary and will only bill for the time it actually took to do the job even if I had authorized more on a quote. They have had my trust for 20 years and continue to impress me. Sales is great as well but I haven't needed them lately as I have a Tundra that s still going strong after 13 years.

I am very satisfied with the work done on my car at High River Toyota.
The work on the car was of the professional calibre I expect. But more than that is the great qualities of the staff - prompt, courteous, kind, helpful, and going the extra mile to make the experience a good one.
Eg I asked at the last minute to have someone clean the inside of my windshield, and rear window - and this was done with no charge. And so thankful to always have a car wash when I have work done there!

My car was picked up as scheduled and taken to High River Toyota for windshield replacement and returned the next day at the appointed time by a very pleasant lady named Karen. The price for the work was exactly as quoted and, as always, the car was washed.

High River Toyota staff are the most caring and friendly. They genuinely care about each of their customers, and make choices for repairs much easier, as they spell out all the advantages and disadvantages, so you can make your own decisions. They do not press you to do things that do not need to be done, and advise you when things should be done and in what order, so you feel you are family. I would and have recommended High River Toyota to most of my friends as they are very reliable.
