Well, let me tell you about my sweet Ruffles' experience at this dog resort. The place was just "okay, " but I must say, I wouldn't bring my precious Ruffles there again. You see, there were wayyyyyy too many holes in the ground, and my dear dog and I almost had quite a tumble. It's a shame, really.

It seems like those holes were from other dogs digging, or at least that's what I think. Some of them were more than a foot deep, and let me tell you, it was especially hard to see them with all those leaves covering the ground. Ruffles is a bit of a clumsy one, and I'm not as spry as I used to be, so it was quite the scare.

So, all in all, I'd say it was just okay, but the holes and leaves made it less than ideal. I wouldn't want any of our furry friends or their elderly companions to risk a tumble like we almost did.

We brought our dog here for 10 nights and were not impressed at all. First, when I contacted them via email, they asked me a lot of questions. I answered them all. Then, the morning we brought our dog in was terrible. The lady that greeted us speaks too fast and is rude. Our check-in took just over an hour and was filled with a ridiculous amount of questions, many of which I had already answered in my initial email. Stand here, put your dog here, do this, do that. Wow! The check-in questioning was in a small, very hot, and smelly room with no ventilation. The check-in hours are very limited, and they make everyone wait outside in line. The process is terrible, and borders on be disrespectful to their clients, who pay a lot of money for the boarding and daycare services. We will NOT be returning.

We have done a few different courses with Kara and have enjoyed them so much! She's a great teacher and very experienced. I would highly recommend!

Super friendly staff and owner. Our dog is always super happy to go and have day camps or even overnighters.

Brought our Moose to high tails for his second grooming today. As a first time dog owner of a breed that needs regular hair trims, I was nervous to make sure I found the right place. We took him for his first wash and tidy when he was only 5 months old. But today he had the full groom! As a 6 month old pup, I’m sure he was a handful. But he was happy to go with them, and always leaves happy! I am so happy I found high tails right off the hop, so he could have a positive experience with grooming right from the start!

This place was OK. I wouldn't bring my dog again though. There was wayyyyyy to many holes in the ground from I'm guessing dogs digging them, but me and my dog both almost broke our ankles.some holes were more that a foot deep. Especially hard to see them with the leaves all over the ground.

First time at High Tails and very very happy. I was a bit skeptical because the suites are separated by chain links which the dogs haven’t had before. But rest assured they make sure they ensured us that they will be safe and with other dogs your pets are compatible with!

Our two pups boarded here for about 18 nights, and they monitor the dogs well. They fed our dogs well too while other boarding places always had leftovers.

They fit them in for a groom as well before pickup! Dogs came home super exhausted and have been sleeping all day. I can tell they had SO much fun!

I'm so glad I found this place! One of my dogs is reactive and can't go to the off leash parks in the city. Their off-leash oasis is perfect, tons of space, fully fenced in and plenty of shade. Their booking system is easy to use and it's affordable. I will definitely be coming back!

I found High Tails when I was so disappointed of the last place I used to take them. I have two rescues that are very anxious around strangers and can be hand full, but Debbie, Heather and London were very patient with them and knew how to make them feel like home. Very appreciative and recommend them 100%.

Our dog loves coming here! We finally found a boarding place that doesn’t let our dog come home hurt, or distressed. They seem to pay attention and care for our pet like we would. 100% would recommend to anyone

Awesome place to take my two beagles and know that they will be safe. One of them is a little reactive and it’s great to have a safe place to take them that does break the bank!

Monica was very knowledgeable with our Samoyed and Chow Chow that came for training. We did the Barn Gerbil Hunt and had a blast for 60 minutes. With the two dogs switching back and forth over the course of the hour, this gave the dogs a chance to take both a mental and physical break.

Everything ran like clock work and very punctual. Great experience for the fur babies.

We absolutely adore High Tails almost as much as our pup! We've used them for day care and overnight boarding and have consistently had a great experience and our pup always comes home happy and tired. We have a young, large german shepherd mix who can be quite a handful. I never worry when we leave him at High Tails. Debbie and the staff are so great with dogs of all temperaments. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. It's absolutely worth the drive - your dog will thank you!

Nothing but amazing things to say about High Tails! I was very nervous leaving my dog alone for the first time, but they were wonderful! Constant updates and photos, kept my mind at ease while I was away. Facilities are great, staff is amazing. Would highly recommend and will will definitely be bringing Chevy back in the future with no hesitation

My pup started here twice and loved it every time. I was nervous since it was his first time away from me/home, but he loved it.

We love taking our dog here for daycare and boarding. He is a rescue and anxious of strangers but he loves it there and they all do so well with him. They made the whole process stress-free for us. Highly recommend. Thanks High Tails!

Our German Shepherd, Max, came to stay for 9 days while we were out of the country. I was very worried as I had never left him before but I am absolutely thrilled with his experience at High Tails! The staff were incredible and went above and beyond! They shared photos of Max enjoying his vacation and I could tell he was very happy. I could tell the staff really bonded with him when we went to collect him and we even received a report card for his stay. We will 100% be returning if and when we need to. Thank you again.

Incredible experience every time! Our boy always has an amazing stay, and comes home clean, groomed and happy. On his last stay, they noticed he was losing a bit of weight due to cold temperatures and all the playtime he is treated to. They adjusted his food to keep him stable. They also did us a huge favour taking him short notice when we had an unexpected family emergency. You can trust your pet will be loved and well cared for when you are away, and they will always be excited to come back:)

Debbie and her team are amazing and made sure I had so much peace of mind while I was away. Their facilities are awesome and all the dogs there seem so happy! Had something pop up where my dog needed to go to the vet the first day out of ten nights he was staying with High Tails and they were incredible taking him in and giving him some meds that followed. Obviously not the ideal way to start a trip but knowing he was in such good hands until I came back was at least comforting. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re looking for someone to trust and look after your babies!

High Tails was a great experience from booking to drop off and the week our pup spent with the crew at High Tails. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and caring and I can tell our puppy was extremely well cared for.

High Tails is amazing, Debbie is amazing! This is the only place we trust to take our dog. He is old, has bad hips and is scared of his own shadow. They take such good care of him, both grooming and boarding. We don't know what we would do without Debbie!
