I received my massage from Janet. She is always nice to meet and professional. I have been coming to see her for over a couple years. My job is stressful and beats my body up. She always switches it up never the same massage twice. A very large variety of techniques. I am always super impressed by her skills and always feel awesome when I leave her table. Thanks so much.

Had an excellent experience. Received a deep tissue massage from Hope. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She suggested some stretches to help my problem areas and could not have done a better job. Highly recommend.

Shakira is an amazing massage therapist! My husband and I have been going to her for years. Recently after surgery I had excruciating back pain and our physiotherapist recommended massage. After a month of pain, one visit to Shakira and I felt normal again. She knows what she’s doing, run, don’t walk to see her.

I've had many different massage therapists over the years and I've finally found one I can honestly say is the best. Hope was extremely informative, explaining each muscle and what its connected to and where the pain comes from. She had no problem finding each of my bad spots and preparing me for how much it's going to hurt. Deep tissue massages are a painful experience but it's the only way to get the knots out. I also enjoyed the east coast accent.

I’ve been receiving massages at Higher Health for years and have always had great service. This year I started seeing Hope and she’s been amazing which has helped me finally stay on top of booking regular appointments. She’s been wonderful at treating any problem areas, is so knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to show me different stretches and tips to help with areas I struggle with. I’ve been a patient since the month Amanda took over the previous clinic on Riedel St and loved the changes that have taken place over the years. My favorite is the online booking system, text message reminders because I’m very forgetful, the front desk ladies are always so friendly and every therapist I’ve seen for massage and acupuncture have been top notch! I might have even semi-recruited a new RMT from the college who was getting ready to graduate and I knew I wanted to see her again so I suggested she check out and apply here
