Do not go here for screen replacements. He uses very cheap screens that break from a very short fall, and tempered glass screen protectors don't work on his screens. Screens do break for sure, but I broke 2 screens back to back from this store from a fall under 3 feet. Tried putting a screen protector on the second screen but the touchscreen was unresponsive and had to remove it. Went back to the store but he wouldn't want to hear anything about it. Bad business

Regarding your cracked screen. Clearly the electronics in which data relay are the issue with your screen problem.wether it lessened or worse is not the screen repair service intent nor extent of applicant. Watering a rose at the edge of an active volcano has rendered you responsible for your own misconception. Nurse or Valley girl (guy), equal rights rendered you the quick corner run a pointy finger and ten times more liability then if you would have simply brought the phone to the original place of warranty and avoided the blame game.

Best place ever for phone repairs, screen protectors, and selling your old phone. I won't go anywhere else. Great prices too. The dude that works there is super chill.

After calling literally 10 different places. Hightain offered the lowest price for replacing my iPhone XR back camera. They were the only one’s that had it in stock and turn around time was only an hour! Best case scenario! Definitely coming here for all my phone/electronic repairs.

This guy is awesome, honest, professional with incredibly cheap prices. For example I needed my battery charging port replaced.i called several places to get quotes and $180 was the lowest I could find. He did it for $60 +get and fixed then back for free

It's such a relief to know I have such an amazing cellphone repair place in my "emergency" contacts! Before, the thought of breaking my phone was so daunting. Now, although I'm not going to be throwing my phone around, it's no stress at all because these guys can fix it for a great price! I won't have to buy a "new" one from Apple for $300+. The sugar on top was the extra thoughtfulness they shared when I told them I was fixing the phone to give it to my mom on her birthday. I won't say what they did so they don't have to do it for everyone else, but it was really thoughtful! Thanks!

Button fell off my phone. Came in with the part. Guy looked at it for a couple of minutes. Popped in the part in and handed me back my phone. Refused any money. Could have easily told me to come back in 30 minutes and charged me 50$. I wouldn't have been the wiser.

Best Service ive ever had in my life. Here's the story, i have a Galaxy S6 edge that fell in water, ive been to a repair service that was charging me 80$ to just check the phone when i already told them the phone is water damaged! So I called Cell phone repair and he told me to bring it checking free, which i did. The guy was incredibly polite and professional, he worked on it for about an hour and half, i came back to him and he honestly said the motherboard still has an issue and the system overheats when charging at some point. I felt bad but was happy i could now turn my phone on and backup my data which was the most important thing to me. I wanted to pay him some cash for the work he's done on it and the time spent but he refused to accept anything since the phone isn't completely fixed. I was blown away and couldn't believe it. Definitely recommend him over anyone else, he is trustworthy and that's what everybody looks for when it comes to repair services!

Great service. They replaced the screen on my iphone 8+. Dropped it off and returned 30 minutes later to a new screen and a fully cleaned phone.

Very professional and shows profound care and respect to his client - witnessed earlier this afternoon while picking up my equipment that he didn't charge an older lady anything for her older model cellphone for a quick minor repair he helped fixed!
