Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Airport

Great place to go if you need to park your car for 2 weeks. The only reason I deducted a star is because it's -40 and the shuttle driver drove up with a freezing cold van and turned it off while loading. I get that there are preferences for not idling a vehicle, but when it's -40 you can and should make a concession. The van was still cold by the time we reached the airport.

Really happy with my stay here, everything was very convenient from the shuttle from the airport, gym, pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There for a Sunday evening loddy meeting.no one was around to offer food or drinks. Only on the restaurant side, not by the fireplace seems kind of weird.

I think the rooms have central ac. You can set the thermostat as low as you want but it's not going to get under 70F. Three separate rooms same issue.

Perfect location. The bed was Firm and the room was cool. Very spacious. I will stay again.

Very good room, bed and pillows. Good bathroom just shame jets didn't work in hot tub.

Front desk staff was amazing. Could hear walking through the ceiling quite well though, and the dresser drawers kept sliding open even after they sent someone to fix them, so that made it have a bit of a cheaper feel to it.

The swimming pool is rented to 3rd party and the hotel management needs proper guidelines. Parents and kids walking around the pool area with outdoor shoes. Parents using hair dryer right next to the pool.

Conveniently located close to the airport with decent access to the main highways.
The facility was was ok (towels, carpet in bedroom, furniture were worn…) customer service was great. Marketing fees on my bill…? That’s ridiculous, why should the customer have to pay for this fee?
2 nights will run you about $600!

I have stayed at all Hilton Gardens in Calgary area, and this location was the least favourite. They have done a great job renovating the lobby area, but the rooms are still outdated. Also most of the staff were not friendly and didn’t put efforts to make you feel welcomed. The hotel has good amenities and is very close to airport; great place to stay for one night.

Extremely overpriced pet fee. I will not stay with Hilton again unless absolutely necessary. They’re making every pet owner over pay due to the few that don’t clean up after their pets.

Loved staying here for a night. Staff was friendly. Rooms are very clean and have microwave and refrigerator. There is a pool too. Lot of space to walk around the hallways.

Area is quite industrial, so prone to stuff like catalytic converter theft.

Rooms are clean. Air is dry, dry dry. Like, uncomfortably dry.

*I even not give one star, the room not clean I found food under the bed from previous customers, *we paid 35 cd for cornflakes considered as breakfast like trick us and we need to pay more for any, we left without breakfast, * one lady after midnight night tried to open our room by mistake she scared us and wakeup my daughter, the alarm wakeup us at 6.00 morning even we not set it up *the heater air condition make a sound whole the night need maintenance, *under t.v table one drawer keep opening need to be fixed, and the most annoying one that’s my husband didn’t have any help for taking the luggage 6 pages by himself no one help him just watching him im so choked in all over, however its very bad experience ever

Didn't stay just parked there for a flight. Shuttle situation was surprisingly smooth.

I love this hotel. You can leave your car for 15 days for free with the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located near the airport, 15 mins by taxi. The hotel pays for your transfers to the airport using taxi or shuffles to and from the hotel all guests. There is also an inside restaurant if you want to have hot meals. The staff are very friendly both in hotel and restaurant.

Great place with clean rooms and friendly staff. Lots of good amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness centre and airport shuttle. Great restaurant with good prices too. Recommended!
