Hilton Garden Inn Edmonton International Airport

Very lovely hotel with friendly staff. The private rooms are nice and the bathroom is the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel. I look forward to my next visit to this location!

Close to airport. Has airport shuttle. Staff is great. Located in the middle of no where. Lounge prices are high but on par with airport prices.

Adequate hotel. Breakfast server was awesome. No snow removal on walk ways makes it ridiculously unsafe and slippery although shovel and brooms were leaning against the entrance way. 2 days they were unused. Shower head in bath stuck in between settings. Shower door leaks and fills bath mat. Hot water lacking for hot shower. Had full hot on and was looking for more heat.

We stayed here in sept for a wedding and there was many issues (pool dirty, ac not working, no towels, poor room service) and I wad told they will get back to us in regards to this but not one will return my calls or emails.

We had a crazy trip but your staff and accommodations made it so much better. The front staff were helpful and patient, even when unexpected changes happened and I had to rebook the airport shuttle bus several times. Our sleep was good and very quiet. The most memorable, was Sarah in the dining room. She was very friendly and kind to my son and I. She made our day and our meals in the dining area so much better. Our trip was a bit crazy but the end was a highlight because of your staff. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn.

We were given a voucher for this hotel from sunwing since I plane was canceled. This hotel is very old, uncleanly. Had to ask to have sheets changed as they had stains. Went downstairs to eat food was gross the pool and hot tub are closed because the staff here is having their Christmas party so restaurant is also closed at 7. Went down to have supper at 5: 30 before they close at 7 and was told they are out of food and we only have food vouchers for here to eat so looks like not eating now. Staff is ignorant and rude will never stay here again

I will rate it not even 2 star property as basic dental kit was not provided and they mislead information that they provide everything but on request they will tell out of stock. I would not recommend this property for a family staycation

Dated and needs lots of work.old grungy and dirty shower that leaked everywhere flooding the entire bathroom, dirty towels etc. Terrible for a Hilton property.lots of better choices in the area. Both staff at front desk and restaurant were pleasant but helpless.

This was my first time staying at a Hilton hotel. I was definitely expecting more and was under the impression that I would be staying at a bit more of a high end hotel.
The staff were wonderful and the lobby was nice but that's where it ends.
The bathroom and especially the shower were disgusting with black mold on the walls and a shower basin that was so gross that I wore plastic bags on my feet to shower. I took pictures but am unable to post them on reviews. The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and I didn't get much sleep, if any.
As for the restaurant. I thought it would be a little higher class as well although the food was excellent. Ketchup bottles on the tables is more of a Denny's type of thing. You're also basically in the middle of the lobby which I would say is more of a cafeteria style setting and not at all suitable to an intimate dining experience.
I initially wanted to stay at the luxury Renaissance hotel but they were full and was told by the booking agency that this would be luxury accommodations as well. I think I would have been better off at the best western. I will not be returning to a Hilton branded hotel and will assert to anyone who may ask that they chose somewhere different.

Super friendly staff and happy with the room/ facilities.
Wait was a bit long but they had the same person working a bar/restaurant busy with patrons, and also had front desk responsibilities. He was super friendly and apologetic and was doing his best to help everyone.
Didn’t want to drive anymore so I ate at the restaurant and the food was decent.
Unfortunately prior to 9 PM the bar had run out of most supplies, that was disappointing.
More staff, more supplies and this experience would have improved significantly.
