The Hinse Brothers came to my rescue after I woke up in a panic to leaking ceiling on a Saturday morning. Their technician arrived within an hour after I initially called and was promptly able to identify the faulty pipe, recommend a course of action, and execute it. I'd highly recommend these guys.

They responded immediately to a follow up query I had, so overall I had a good experience with this company and based on what they did for me, I can recommend them.

I had my hot water tank replaced. The service techs were very friendly and did their work swiftly, professionally and well. They called me in advance to tell me their time of arrival. Once the job was done I saw a leak on one of the valves so water was coming out They were very quickly responsive and said they would be back in 20 minutes.

We had a great experience from beginning to end. It started with a bit of an emergency as our outdoor tap had gave out and was pouring water. Even though the technician was very busy that day he FaceTimed us to walk us through how to shut it off and then we scheduled an appointment to actually get it fixed. Moe was the technician that came to our home and arrived on time and was very friendly and was able to solve our issue quickly. Pricing was very reasonable given their expertise and quick response, we appreciate the help from Moe & the technician we called beforehand!

Very pleased with the service. New repair guy than the gentleman who usually comes. Super friendly, professional.very well informed about our water heat. Been living in house home for 10 years and no one has ever told me the radiators louvrer are moveable to open all the way. Would definitely recommend, quick wait time for service and reasonable prices.

After over a week of trying to find and unclog a drain, 3 plumbers with 100 ft snake and several forms of drain unclog along with an Epcor emergency crew.our drain was still blocked!
We were given a recommendation to call Hince Mechanical. This company was fast, reliable and efficient. They found the problem and fixed it without hesitation! Highly recommended.was told by the landlord, their “new” plumber was defiantly Hince!

Contacted for a quote, got a quote within 5 minutes, had someone out the next day (less than 24 hours) moved our hot water tank, and set it all back up with new piping/components in under 3 hours. Could not be happier.

Hot water tank died on us. Called several different plumbers within area. Called Adrien with Hinse Brothers and explained situation. Quote he gave me was much more reasonable than the 6 other plumbers I spoke to in surrounding area. (some even over $2000 more that what Adrien quoted me). Just for a hot water tank and installation. I asked about possible warranty on the tank and without even hesitating he told me he would look into it for me. Called me back shortly after to tell me tank was under warranty. He took care of all the warranty stuff and we only had to pay for installation. Saved us a lot of money. Adrien had to go across the city to get a tank but with no hesitation he went to get the tank. Had old tank removed and new hot water tank installed within a few hours of me calling. Great service, very friendly, no messes. Will be calling Hinse Brothers for any future needs. Highly recommend using them. Won't be disappointed. Thanks again Adrien!

If i could give 0 i would. This company was suggested from a friend and it was the absolute worst possible plumber on earth. They came over cut our roof open said he had to go didnt have time to find the fix cause it was too much work to chip away the insulation, charged us out 400 bucks for taking his muddy boots into our house and providing no information as to how to fix our leak.

Friday Afternoon, My house is flooding. Called Hinse Brothers and they were over in 45min (I live in the country). 2 Hours later, problem is solved, excellent, fast and friendly service. We will certainly call them again for any of our needs. Thanks Hinse Brothers!

Called at 2: 36pm because my furnace would not go higher than 14.
Very knowledgeable guy arrive by 4: 30pm to troubleshoot and get the furnace back up and running.
Happy to be warm again on such a cold day and weekend!
