I submitted the online form on two occasions, several days apart, requesting a quote for a trailer hitch and wiring installation. No response.

We were travelling from Ontario to Alberta when our hitch system failed. Fortunately we made it to Sandy Mcnab Campground in sheep river. Awesome another review. We called around to find a replacement. Not only did Chris have it he drove out to the campground, 1.5 hrs out of his way to help set the system up. We are on our way home thanks to the kindness and above board service from Chris

Went there, picked the product that I wanted to purchase, and let the salesperson know that I'll buy it. He proceeded to stand behind the counter for the next 5 minutes staring at his phone. At one point, he asked for my phone number, but he never typed it on his computer and continued staring at his phone. I just left.huge waste of time.

Don’t go anywhere else! The gentleman working here was awesome.

The price was so much less than what I would have paid at uhaul and the installation was done efficiently.

AMAZING service! I was trying to figure out 5th wheel hitches and had called a few other places but didnt get great info, and just felt like I was being upsold. Extremely professional and proficient. Called Hitch experts in a pinch over a electrical issue with a slip tank tool box install. Not only where they beyond accommodating, but extremely knowledgeable with Diesel slip tanks and electrical. Highly recommend!

Great Service! Amazing people! Very Caring Stuff! Very Cheap! I received an extraordinary service today. They gave me free ride, and later they just dropped off my car at my place. I had quotes from other shops in Calgary and Winnipeg, and their price was the cheapest compared to other places. They gave me a very good discount on the top of their low price. Emails were replied promptly even during the weekend. You will receive an extraordinary service beyond your expectation. I strongly recommend their shop at Calgary.

Can't recommend this place enough. Just brought my truck in for an electrical issue that required rewiring of the electrical for the trailer lighting, The issue turned out to be very simple and they would NOT allow me to pay for the service call. Simple or not, the shop was obviously busy and they still had to take time to assess the problem, i would have been happy to pay but they wouldn't hear of it.

Part 2: Was about 3 years ago they got me out of a total bind. I had a trailer rented for Canada Day long weekend, and I hadn't towed anything in years. The "hitch" i had in place was not suitable for the trailer i needed to tow but it was so badly rusted into place there was no way I could get it out. They were so accomodating they had me in right away and re-tasked their welder to get my hitch unstuck. Twice now they've gotten me out of a bind.

My girlfriend took her car to Hitch Experts shop and she was amazed with level of service and professionalism of owner of this shop.they have excellent customer service, high quality installation and cost competitive prices compare to other shops.

Had a trailer brake controller installed it worked great, we went on a camping trip with our tent trailer. Thrilled. Two weeks later we were on our way out of town when our trailer brake stopped working. 45 mins to close on a Friday we called for help and they invited us to come by the shop. There was no problem with the brake controller but the guy crawled under our tent trailer and fixed a broken wire. We would have NEVER figured it out without help and now we are on our way camping! THANK YOU

Great service and advise, had a hitch installed by HE a couple of years ago and needed to tow a RV trailer that required a break controller. Really pleased with their help, highly recommendable.

Thought this place was good but obviously things have changed. They do not do what they say, and they do not return calls. If you don’t know how to do the job just say so and I will go to someone who does know, and by the way you still owe me $150 for a wiring job that you didn’t know howto do

I would highly recommend Hitch Experts! There was a delay in the shipment and arrival of our hitch and the owner, Bahram was so sincere and apologetic. We also had an opportunity to chat with Bahram and his brother after our installation and they seem like great guys. Friendly, professional service and very reasonable prices. I got in touch with Hitch Experts for a price on installing a wiring harness for our Grand Caravan. Emails were always answered promptly and with a great deal of courtesy and professionalism. I made an appointment to get the harness installed and they made themselves available on a weekend and had me in and out in a hour. Great guys and will be using them again should the need arise.

Absolutely refreshing to do business with a company that truly puts the customer first. I have had two hitches installed with them and recently I needed a custom trailer adapter and they built it for me immediately. Their debit machine was not working so they gave it to me for free! Unbelievable in this day and age! Small town service is the best way to explain it. Stop looking and take your business here!

When preparing to get a hitch for my vehicle, I submitted contact forms for both hitch experts and Calgary's other big hitch shop. Only the hitch experts responded. Plus they were prompt twith answering any additional questions and recommending what was best for my towing project.

Called to see if they could help me put my hitch together because I didn't have the appropriate sockets to do it myself. As soon as I showed up they started working on it immediately, installed a new ball as mine was in poor condition, and charged me absolutely nothing! Wow. Definitely a 5 star business.

I was referred to Hitch Experts through a work colleague who is a family friend of the owner at Hitch Experts. We had a fairly difficult truck configuration to figure out to get the hitch on and they went of their way to find the right solution for us. I have to say these guys know their stuff. We needed a hitch for our 2016 Kia Sorento, and were told by the dealership that it would be much less expensive to have it put on by an aftermarket shop. I called the one suggested by the dealership, but there was no answer at one of their locations. The call just rang several times before disconnecting. I called the other location and was able to talk with someone who gave me a quote. They also tried to pressure me into setting up an appointment right away. I did not like that at all. They also did not seem to be bothered that their other location could not be contacted. Hmmm.

I next called The Hitch Experts. They were friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, and gave me an estimate without resorting to any pressure for me to make an appointment. After discussing both experiences with my wife, and the associated estimates (which were within a couple of dollars of each other), we chose to go with The Hitch Experts.

Our appointment was quick and painless. At the time of booking, we were told that it could take up to 3 hours to have the hitch and wiring done. When we showed up, the team had a blank space and were able to have everyone work on our vehicle at the same time. The whole appointment took less than an hour. Fantastic!

We also bought a bike rack from them. We had the option of picking it up or having it delivered. We chose delivery. I did not expect the level of service that this would entail, but was very pleased. Not only did they deliver the bike rack, but they showed us how it installed and worked. They tested one of our bikes on it as part of the demonstration, then insisted on helping us put the bike and rack away. Above and beyond!

I normal like to install my own hitchs. However when I looked into installing one on my new import it was more body work then nuts and bolts. I didn't want any random person fiddling around with my new car. After talking to the hitch experts a felt confident they knew my car and exactly what need to be done. I drop my car off and got it back in no time. The job was perfect. This company is easy to do business with and their prices are very competitive. Thank You Hitch Experts.

They installed the hitch for me at my convenience and did an impeccable job. I am VERY fussy about my BMW535 and could not be happier with the new hitch. Super reasonable pricing on top of it!

Very good experience. Staff are very friendly and professional. Got a cross bar installed on my SUV was done in no time.great price. At the end there was some problems with the crossbar and the owner and one of the professional came to my house to fix it. Much appreciated. Great service
