I had a great experience, Heather went above and beyond making my experience easy and painless, im not vehicle savvy, but she made it easy to understand. They fitted my 2015 Ford explorer with a bike hitch and took time to show me how it works. 10/10

Passing through Edmonton, I had a tow hitch problem. They saw me right away, extremely knowledgeable and fast. Could have overcharged me but didn’t. Price was fair and Vincent was very, very helpful and knew his business!

Most expensive place I looked into. Would only match pricing not beat it.to me it seemed they weren't eager for my business

Went in and spoke to Kyli who helped me choose the right hitch package for my truck. Having no knowledge of hitches, I never felt pressured or like she was trying to upsell me. Several months later the hitch and all the electrical are still working perfectly. Big thanks to the installers and the tech who showed me the operation of the 7-point connector. Totally recommend!

They have really good service. They helped me with my issue and asked that I follow up with them if there is anything else needed. Friendly people and the technician knew what he was doing.

We have had 6 Blue ox baseplates installed on tow vehicles in the last 23 years and I wish I had came here all 6 times. They just installed one on our 23 Denali, and what a Proffesional place. Beautiful exterior work and Vincent did our walk around briefing before he let us drive away. I learnt more from him in a half hour about Motorhome flat towing than I ever knew. They are a 6 Star Company. Good on you all.

Sadly, though their work was adequate.their inability to complete the job on-time was grossly overestimated!
Quoted 6 hours and we had to wait an additional 3 hours!
The tiny discount given for our inconvenience sure didn't help recover our dinner plans with friends.
If you plan to use these guys for your hitch needs just be prepared to get your vehicle back quite late.

I was quite happy with their service and communication throughout the wiring process. Our old wiring was damaged. Old wiring was replaced with quick and efficient service. I would recommend The Hitch House.

I had my 4 pin wiring done and they also corrected a very poor install of the Curt hitch from a local mechanic.glad I came here and it's all done properly and professionally. Plus the staff are so friendly including Kylie who always smiles. Especially when she hands you the bill!

My experience with the team here has been one of the best experiences in Customer service. Had an issue with my 2 year old trailer hitch. Team worked with manufacture to get it replaced under warranty just in time for my next camping trip. Went the extra mile and carried the hitch to my truck. Thanks for the service.

I give this company 5 stars they were awesome and got us in fast and we were on the road less time then they told us, They explained what they did to wire our truck for our camper and how it worked, We recommend them

Absolutely hands down THE best customer service I have EVER experienced. This amazing group of people should be rewarded over and over. I was on vacation on the Alaska hwy with a 5th wheel camper. Lost the trailer, got to Edmonton, found a truck camper! Hitch house helped me as I had deadlines. In record time had my truck in, removed the 5th wheel bars, installed torklift camper tie downs, and also put in airbags suspension! 6hrs.same day. Absolutely astonishing! Thank you guys so much!

I have known Erika going in 20 years and have always found that she and her team deliver excellent service, and the job is always done to the customer’s satisfaction. I recently had a baseplate installed on a new tow vehicle and I was not completely happy with the final install. Erika ordered a new grill for the vehicle and Vincent and the team did the re-install. I am very pleased with the final product.

Knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking! This was apparent after only 5 minutes in the store. The entire staff, but Erika especially made my experience and time in the store absolutely wonderful. I was in need of an education and a place to buy in-stock hitch parts, they delivered on both accounts! I can see why this place has the reputation and busy atmosphere it does. I will return for any requirements I have in the future! 10/10

I have had two hitches installed here. On the second hitch that needed to be done they did a awesome job. Between my work being so busy and truck repairs needing to be done, I had to reschedule twice. On the third appointment that I had I took the truck in with the window broken. Technician Mark stayed late and got the truck done so I can no take to another shop today and have window fixed and be back on road tomorrow

Brought in my truck and trailer with an intermittent trailer brake issue. Problem solved very quickly and for much less than expected. 6 stars! Thanks

Just wanted to take the time to properly review this business because they took the time to look after me so professionally. All the staff up front are extremely friendly. Received the quote on what was required to install my 5th wheel hitch and the invoice came in exactly what they quoted. I hate it when businesses quote you then they come in with a higher final price.
After installation the tech that installed my hitch was Mark. He went through every detail of the installation of my hitch. All aspects of install and torque specs. Showed me proper operation and set up of my hitch. Mark was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and he loves his job! It showed in his extremely detailed explanation.
This is the second hitch I have purchased from this business and highly recommend that you come by for all you hitch and trailer requirements. Prices are extremely fair as well. Thank you to all the staff today that did such an excellent job for me. Big Thank You! I really appreciate your efforts!

The Hitch House staff are awesome, extra awesome for Erica.
I got a hitch and Air Bags installed through an RV Dealership and was sent to Hitch House for the install.
Air Bags were great as expected but after a couple of days I discovered that the RV Dealership had given them the wrong information and I had a 5th wheel hitch that wouldn't work on my Short box truck.
After going back for more information form the Hitch House, Erica offered me a good deal to fix the mistake, even though it wasn't their fault.
Upon taking the advise from Hitch House I now have the right hitch installed.
This place has staff that are very very professional while still being down to earth.
Long story Short, if you want quality work done by professionals who stand behind the work they do, go to Hitch House, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic service from the ladies at the desk each and everyone helped out and especially the (trainee) MAYGAN!
The tech came out and showed me where the trailer brake would be installed. After the install was completed the tech once again walked thru and tested the brake controller and demonstrated how to correctly use the brake!
Will definitely be back to add some more gadgets and enjoy the awesome customer support and service!
I will highly recommend the Hitch House to anyone needing parts and installations!

Called for info on new hitch for heavy hauling, the girl that answered the phone says she has to call me back as she was new.
Really? Like I want technical information from a young girl on hitches when I am hauling 15 thousand pounds down the highway. Went to Pioneer, great service and knowledgeable.

Exellence service, great people, nice and friendly specially the guy who went back and forth to my vehicle to make sure everythings work. After i installed the brake control that i both and the harness that he customize to make it plug and play. Thank you! And they also do a price match so no need to wait for shipping if u order online as long they have on stock, but like what i said they will help and make it happened in a nice and safe way to get what you need.

Told us they had the hitch we needed then found out they never had it and they wanted to try put one one and cut our new bumper

Ben did a fantastic job, extremely professional and went above and beyond with customer service.

Not only did they install my 7 pin and break control but noticed the hitch was not bolted on completely and fixed that.

Amazing place! Great and very kind staff! They were so informative, made sure we knew what was going on and how they were attaching our hitch. We were able to drop it off the night before and they had it done even earlier then we had expected the next day! They made sure we looked at the hitch and left happy. Excellent experience. Erica was great answering my questions over repeated phone calls (in contrast to a competitor who put me on hold 3-4 times during a five minute call). And when I made the trip in from out-of-town to pick up a weight distrubution hitch, not only did Vince loan me a few tools I'd forgotten to bring, but torqued the assembly for me, helped trouble-shoot a wiring issue, and went above and beyond to be helpful. Don't know what the management here is doing, but they're sure doing it right!
