Wife bought a pair of pants for me, tried it at home, fit great, love it. As I was about to remove it so we can wash it, I felt pain around my thigh area, guess what I found, the other half of the security device. Would’ve given it 1 star but the pants fit great.

Worst experience that we have cashier was very accomodating but the manager is not im looking for a medium size mens tshirt which is they only have 2pcs medium and large i talked to the staff because the medium size is the only mannequin wearing i will not ask if the store is busy but they are not infact they are just talking the manager and the other guy. Disappointent because a customer like me want to buy but the refuse

This store has some funky clothing in it. Not so much for me but it does seem to be somewhat busy when I walk by. The store is very big with lots of selection for men woman and children. The store is well lit but sometimes hard to get around areas as it is really packed with product. Check it out sometime you are in the mall.

I bought some nice outfits for my daughter. Good selection of clothes for men and women. Prices are quite reasonable. Staff is helpful. Located at Crossiron Mills Mall with a lot of free parking. I will continue shopping here.

The quality of clothes is very good. Sometimes they are expensive, but I buy from here and I like the clothes here.

The people working there had not helped me go to a change room they just gave me a number and kept talking to each other (the coworkers) the change rooms are very dirty there’s tags, dirt, clothes all over the rooms.

It seems like most of the clothes were sweatpants or matching sweatpant outfits. They used to have a larger variety of clothes. The quality of the clothing seems to have gone down as well. Maybe I'm just getting old but I was hoping to find more things to wear outside of the house!

Poor service by staff.we were there with bag of guess but all of sudden someone stole our bag and I ask there manager to have a look in camera's who stole it and one of girls just ignored and didn't help.
Customer service people needs to be get trained how to treat customer properly and listen to their complaint.

Their products are not high quality and make sure to be careful how to wash them. I understand that I didn't look at the tag but none of the employees mentioned the fact and warned me about no hot water on that certain top. Now it is so small because I washed it with hot water as soon as I got home.

Works customer service. My wife went to return merchandise couple days after return policy and cashier didn’t even listened. Spent lots here but never going back to their stores again.

Yesterday, My 16 years old daughter had a worst experience in this Crossiron location. First of all tell your employees to do their job properly and remove the magnetic tags. It's not my fault. Nobody comes to crossiron mill daily. Manager was very rude and made faces on my daughter when she brought the clothes to unlock the tags. Learn to behave with customers. I am not seeing good reviews about your manager in the comment section so it's better to learn some basic ettiquetes. If I see the same behaviour next time. I'm gonna complaint to headoffice.

Worst experience ever had at H&M store. The rep was so rude.didn’t gave me her name by saying that we cannot give name to every customer that means she can give to some but because she was rude to me and I want to complain.so she didn’t want to give her name to me. She was in fitting room around 4 pm with brown hair (medium length). Firstly, I asked her about if she had a different colour in specific top coz I couldn’t see any with them she said no that she didn’t but after browsing I finally found that colour and when I went to fitting room I told her that there was one in that colour she was like good for you I said I just told you normally that if someone ask you. We can say that she might not remember each and every thing but she might have checked it at least by scanning barcode of that particular top but she didn’t even tried to help. She actually need some training on cx service.

Worst customer service ever. So rude and really don't care about clients taking their business somewhere. Store Manager can't be working by commission because if she is trying to lose customers intentionally she won't do anything more - extremely rude.

Today we visited your store and one of your employee harman behaved so rudely and used abused language just for leaving a piece of cloth on another place.nd that’s not acceptable.you have to teach them behave politely…we are also worker and we never behaved with our customers liked that.we will not recommend your store to anyone.so disappointed.

Had my first really bad shopping experience in Canada at this Calgary location. I have been shopping in H&M for years in Ottawa, and have never had a problem. The manager is really rude- to customers and employees. The employees don’t know their job.

Full story- Bought a LOT of clothing items for my kids. Fitting rooms were closed. Usually their sizes are perfect for my kids, so I was not really worried about being unable to try them on. The checkout experience was good. The cashier was friendly. She noticed 1 item did not have a tag, so she kindly made a note on a bill saying ‘no tag’ under one item.
Turned out many items did not fit. Went to return and there were multiple problems.
1. Swim wear (with tags on) is not returnable. I did not understand why this policy when fitting rooms are closed, still that’s fine. I kept it. (The manger yelled at the cashier for accepting the swimwear return initially, that was really unprofessional on her part, I feel bad for the girl.)
2.2 items did not have a tag. The ‘no tag’ note was on an unrelated item (and thankfully I had that item on hand with tag, so I could insist a refund on one of them)
3.2 items were not even on the bill, the cashier probably missed scanning them. The manager almost indicated as if I had stolen them. She said ‘let me check the cameras’. Seriously? I was terribly embarrassed. When I am buying worth 300$ of kids stuff, would I care to check each item in my bag against the bill?

Purchasing took me less than 15 mins, but this Return process took over 30 mins.
I really love the brand, but such customer service is going to hurt them big time.
They really need to train the employees and employ people with good soft skills as store managers. They are the face of the brand and the Calgary H&M store is a pretty bad one in that sense.
